I'm not sure what it is with the chain but boathouse staff never greet you or ask if you need help. They are always just behind the tills talking.

They have a good selection of clothing and a lot of differnt styles to choose from. They have some.amazing deals at time bought onesies for my kids there. Regular price was $75 each got them for $25 each. Staff was really nice and friendly and very helpful and knowledgable.

I will not be shopping there again. Wanted to return boots that fell apart after two weeks. The manager wouldn't even deign to look at the boots I was returning and then informed me that I was only allowed a return of 75% of my purchase price. No other sales person approached to help me try other boots on so, I left with zero satisfaction and a pair of damaged boots. The manager needs classes in dealing with customers..what a rude, dismissive girl!!

Very nice staff! When I entered I was immediatly greeted by the nice woman behind the till and every staff member I came across asked me if I needed helped, I was personally helped by a tall brunette lady who was running back and forth to grab shoes for me, she helped me for at least 15 minutes, even if they didn't have my size in a style I wanted she would bring out other options as well wether it was the same shoe but a different colour or a similar style. The staff here are very nice and know how to work well in customer service! I'm definetly shopping here again
