Man Honestly I don't know how hard can this be I've called in to customer services because I want to get an tablet on my account and they kept transfering me to each department 3 times And said it's the wrong department So annoying Bell please have your staff know what they are doing Thanks
I went into this bell to upgrade my phone and change my plan. I found the guy I was talking to did not know much about phones at all and was no help in advising me on what iphone would be best suited for my needs. He did not seem to really be listening to me eithier. He was pretty arrogant too. I went to the bell store in Guildford instead.
Picked up my new phone was very impressed with it good products and nice staff.
I have been a Bell customer for about 6 years, and as long as I stick with this carrier, I will make sure I do not go to this location for any renewal business. My phone had problems from the day I bought it, but had to send it in for repairs anyway. They had the phone in their hands for 2 of the first 3 month I owned it on three unsuccessful service attempts. After that, store manager said she'd work with the Samsung rep to sort something out. I chased her down for the next two months, and did not receive any responses, and was ignored. And this was the store MANAGER! Phone finally sorted itself out after Samsung released an software update 6 months into owning phone. The employees at this store will tell you things they have no intention of following through with, and when they're selling you something is the only time you'll get any customer service. Unfortunately, Google doesn't allow a 0 star review, because that's what this location deserves.

I’ve been a customer at Bell for years and I’ve always gone to Bell at Willowbrook. Salochna and her team have always been amazing with their customer service and they’re always able to help us get the best deals and more. I would highly recommend Bell to anyone especially the Willowbrook branch
If I could give zero stars, I would! Unbelievably horrible customer service all around. Do yourself a favour and go to literally ANY other cell phone provider and I guarantee you will receive better customer service than with Bell. I spent 2 days of my vacation trying to give Bell my services, but they refused to honour a deal I was offered online on their chat where I was. I was hung up on, I never received a callback when one was requested, and i was talked back to in an extremely unprofessional and rude manner. Regardless, I went into the Willowbrook corporate location, where I was told they couldn't honour the deal in store, but I should sign up right now because the prices were going up the following day. I was told I could call in and have Bell honour my deal after I sign up at the base rate, so I did. I signed up and called Bell the next day and asked them to honour their deal and change my contract. The representative on the phone told me, and I quote, "I don't know why he told you that, because he knows we cannot change a contract after it has been made." They also did not know why the man in store told me the prices were increasing, because they never did. Essentially, the man in store lied to my face in order to get my money. Bell STILL would not honour the original deal which was promised all along, so I canceled my contract LESS THAN 3 DAYS IN under Buyer's Remorse. I gave the phone back and went back to Telus, who offered me a way better deal anyway. Now, in December 2019, TWO MONTHS after I canceled my contract, Bell has called me 4 times over the last 2 days and called my boyfriend 5 times. I was at work, so I could not answer. My boyfriend has nothing to do with this, so he did not answer. They did not leave a voicemail or a callback number, so I had no idea where to call. I went online to the chat and they gave me a phone number. I called, which took me to the receivables line, and the lady told me that they don't usually call canceled contracts, and transferred me to customer service. After being on hold for 10 minutes, I heard the background noise of someone answering the phone, and then *CLICK*. For the THIRD TIME, I was hung up on. I didn't even have a chance to talk to customer service. I have yet to receive a callback from them. I repeat, I had only been with Bell for less than 3 days, yet I have had this horrible experience. Please, save your effort, and do NOT go to Bell. You will thank me later.

This is a good store. The staff are knowledgeable and really helpful. They're not afraid to work hard to get you the best deal. They can't help with everything since they're not directly connected to Bell, but they do what they can. The lost star in my review is for the ridiculous wait times that can occur. No fault of the staff, but they could benefit from more staff members to help counter this.

I visited the store on a relatively easy Wed afternoon, to purchase a SIM card. You’re greeted by a barrier and not greeted. I waited patiently for the first 5-7 minutes. There were two customers inside the store being served I suspect and two associates that pretended nothing existed other that their computer. Then I drew attention from outside the barrier and asked for help. Can someone please get me a SIM card? It takes 30 seconds to pull one out of the drawer I suspect. One associate responded, disappeared in the back, and after a patient 5 minutes came back as if nothing was requested. I asked again and he replied his colleague will help me. At about 17 minutes past when I reached the storefront I’m starting to lose patience and asked loudly again is it that difficult to get me a SIM card which likely is assured new business for Bell. I walked away completely ignored after another minute of no response. What a colossal waste of nearly half hour. I drove to the nearest alternate Bell store on Hwy 10 and got the SIM I needed in less than 60 seconds. Avoid the location if you value your time and/or dignity.
What a great experience! They helped me with all my questions in such a friendly manner! So patient & kind. Hands down the best cell phone company store to go to !
This is a true BELL representing establishment. Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. (They'll go an extra mile or two to help out resolve your problems/dilemma). Yes, I do recommend this BELL store. ????????????????

I wish there was a 0 star rating. Left Bell after almost a decade. Attempted to port a number to Telus and after multiple calls they refused. F*** Bell. I highly advise an alternative service provider. If Bell would like to hear more about my experience, they should respond to the complaint filed with the CRTC/CCTS regarding this issue.
employee claimed to be the store manager even though he was not. was charged for a loaner device even though I was covered within warranty. I was informed I was being charged because there was nothing to stop me from keeping the piece of crap samsung loaner phone I was given (even though they had my $700 phone in their possession). I was entitled to a free loaner phone and not given it. Was told my device was going to be sent in as soon as my previous repair file was closed. I called Bell myself to find out that the file was closed 3 days before hand and they still hadnt shipped out my phone.
Do not ever go here they promise you things that they don't uphold I was supposed to receive a credit on my account and I've been waiting 2 months now and they refuse to do it. The manager won't help and I'm now waiting on a response from the district manager for 3 days now. Go to Rodgers or something bell is the worst decision I ever made.
I can see why this location has bad reviews. Went there to ask about our plan, no one was in the counter, empty store..later people cam out from the back door. They showed no interests to customers at all. Wanted know my plan options but the guy was not willing to explain in detail. Asked for paper so I can write down any information, he didn't give me any. Very rude, unfriendly, terrible customer service.
After one of the hottest weekends in history my boyfriends phone literally melted. It was a rough weekend and that was the cherry on top. We went straight to the mall to try and fix it and were told it was not possible, we then tried to get a new phone and our provider was not helpful or understanding. They wanted to almost double what we were paying. So being in a nice cool mall we decided to shop around. Walking into the bell store was the easiest thing we have ever done when it comes to dealing with cell phones. Paven was so welcoming and in a way better mood than everyone else hiding from the heat. He wasn't pushy on upsetting anything but made sure we had what we needed. He really made us feel like we weren't just another customer he was making money off of. He made a great personal connection and we both ended up getting new phones and a better plan. His manager Salochna also helped us and made sure we were being taken care of. I've been avoiding getting a phone for myself for over a year because I hate dealing with phone companies but I would and will definitely deal with them again!
Terrible company policy. Happened to be in Vancouver and made a purchase from Bell at Pacific Center. Product had a defect, so went to exchange at Bell in Willowbrook mall the same day in the evening. Nope. Told that they would not honor purchase made from other Bell locations. Was told I needed to buy it again or drive back to Vancouver lol, an hour away. No more Bell for me thanks. Brutal. Thanks for the reply... that really helped????
My last visit on June 6th, 2121 was a bummer in terms of customer service experience. The representative who entertained me was very cold and showed a very little interest to serve me and while leaving the office, i literally deduced and apprised him regarding his attitude.

Had the best experience here, I was helped by a very pleasant lady named Gris. She was so knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. She took her time to make sure I got the best deal possible. I had been doing my homework for a couple of weeks with all the providers and I definitely know I got the best deal here. She also made sure my devices were in working order before I left. I definitely recommend this location the service was phenomenal. Thank you

Have been a Bell customer for over 10 years now, and although the customer service has generally been above average, the store manager at this location truly went above and beyond helping me with a lost phone that I soon recovered thanks to her help. We had the best experience today with Gris! After not being super happy with our options at other retailers, we went into Bell and she was incredibly helpful, and got us more for our phone trade-in than anyone else offered, they had the phones we wanted and stayed late to help get them set up. Very happy we came across this store today and got to deal with such a wonderful person!
