Disappointed by no on line ordering in Canada - during pandemic all orders are charged US funds, and shipping and handling. Surely there are stocks in Canada and Canadian patronage is important ? Not to mention profiteering during the crisis.

Staff were doing a good job of managing the queue - my wait to get in was approx 25 mins. The maximum number of customers allowed in at a time is 11. The store was organized and well-stocked and easy to navigate. Staff members were restocking and cleaning frequently. They all seemed to be having a good time, despite being really busy

I've never been incredibly impressed with Bath & Body Works. I've been in here numerous times and only once or twice have I been asked if I needed help. Walking into the store is a slap in the face with scents. While they have a good selection of candles, most of them are incredibly synthetic smelling. As a candle collector myself, the only candles I'd consider buying here are the White Barn candles (even though they are a little pricier). The foam soap scents are nice if you can find a nice scent, some smell like child's flavoured chapstick. I personally wouldnt buy any of the body mists or lotions.

I was at this location with my family. The products smelled good but the customer service was horrendous. A worker by the name of "Ezzy" was extremely disrespectful and pushy to me and my family, to the point where we had to leave. Me and my family were not welcomed and she had a horrible attitude. I will not be coming back again.

How could you judge by appearance? The Korean lady was just trying to get sanitizer according to your policy with her family. But the staff insisted that she was hoarding without checking if she was there before or not. This made another customers think that she was hoarding, too. Of course, I know the staff said sorry to her eventually. However, the other customers already considered her just a bad hoarder. Can you imagine how she and her family got hurt? I want you to take any proper actions on this and then attach the written apology in front of door as soon as possible so that another people don't misunderstand this situation. DO NOT forget that every Korean people are going to keep an eye on this racial discrimination.

Sad update on my review. Previously this was the best bath and body works location. Not sure what happened but the last several times I've been in there I have had very negative experiences. Staff are rude and pushy as well as very intrusive. If I need help I will ask. Asking me personal questions is way out of line. I won't be back at this location at all unless something huge changes.

Manager of the store (I think, the one with the red hair, older woman) has such a bad attitude. Heard her getting mad at one of her sales rep just in front of customers. TRULY Unprofessional. Was not impressed, I had gone to get the products I use all the time and was also ignored by the staff. There had been two employees there and I did not get help from either of them. Decided to put products back and exit the store. Just terrible, just go to the guildford location instead or the body shop right across to be treated like an actual customer. Another time I was there, Taia (bigger, younger woman), customer service representative was one of the rudest cashier's I've ever met. She was rolling her eyes at me and my friend the entire time we were in the line up and told us to move to the side once we reached the till because we were in her way. Fix your attitude problems before you decide to work in customer service, would look a whole lot better too.

This is a great place to buy candles. They have a wide selection of scents in different sizes and styles. Little jars with metal screw on lids up to the hefty, three wick candles. Great for your bathroom. They also sell bath and body products, but I've never bought any.

Ordered On Line Today & "they" could not fulfill 1/2 of my order. They then proceeded to charge me full price for 2 body sprays in US Funds (buy 2 get 1 free) and wouldn't give me the 3rd one free. They also charged me $10 bucks shipping! Talked to supervisor & she could care less! I will never support this company ever again!! Customer service sucks! Please don't shop here!!

Same thing happened to me. Placed order over $150, the could not fulfill the order and it went down to $20 and half of this was shipping fee. I called customer service and complained as their line personnel can't do anything, and they refunded me my shipping. It took over a month to get my product. I will not use them again.

On Saturday November 7th, 2020 with to purchase my plug ins that were on sale. I went over 20 by mistake so the other ones rung up regular price didn't realizes until I got out of the store. I ask employee if she could take a look at my receipt because I think I been over charged she did and explain to me what happen. So another employee walk over and ask what's the problem she had a very bad attitude and she was a manager (Alyssia), so the employee explain to her then she told me I had to stand back in line which is outside of the store to do a return no one is in the checkout line and she wasn't busy neither, I told her first of all she didnt have to come over here with an attitude and I'm not standing back in line when I just literally just walked out. She walked away at this point went back into the store and went to the office another employee called me in and did my return. The point that I'm making is that she is the manager with an very BAB attitude walked away with a simple situation that she could not handle. Does she need this position as a manager, not a good example for her employees. Sincerely Unhappy customer!!

A girl who recently helped me here named Alyssia is one of the most helpful staff I have ever met. She offered to check the back for me when they were out of the candle I wanted and she was so kind. Some of the best customer service I have ever gotten. After she helped me, I saw her running around helping customers, helping one of the other workers and doing such a good job!
