Love this place! One star less: return policy - only 7 days

For a woman living in Langley, this dress store has it all! Irene is the manager and she's very good at fitting and finding the right styles for your body type. I love the Frank Lyman and Joseph Ribkoff creations but will also try on all the new lines they carry. I have been a customer for many years and will continue to be one!

I bought a very expensive top at this store. Before I purchased I asked about their return policy. I was told to keep the tags on and receipt and within 7 days. I changed my mind on the item and with the tags, my receipt and within the 7 days went to return it. The sales clerk right off the start was clearly not happy I wanted to return this item. First she said there was no receipt, I said it's in the bag. Then she said she wouldn't do refund because I had worn it, I said I didn't wear it, still has the tags on. She turned the shirt inside out and pointed to somewhere that she said had deodorant marks, I saw nothing. I again said I did not wear it, basically she was calling me a liar. Then she said I could get it dry cleaned and then maybe she would return it. I said, your kidding right? I haven't worn it, the garment had to be hand washed and to do that you would have to take the tags off. She was so rude to me another customer in the store came over and said, if this is how you treat your customers I don't want to shop here, both ladies left the store. After being treated incredibly horrible I had to call my boyfriend to come assist me. Again, same rudeness to him. We both said, we are not going any where until you return this item. I asked to speak to the manager, she apparently was the manager! I couldn't believe someone who treats customers in the manner she did could be a manager. Unreal. After some time and much rudeness she said she would make an exception and do the return. What exception? It's your store policy, honour it!!!!!! Obviously the staff work on commission, more time should be put into customer service. I will never never step foot into that shop again. Don't shop there. I also will do what I can to find out who to contact higher than this so called manager to report this. I have never been treated in such a horrible manner

I do my best to stay away from this store, but I can't. I absolutely love everything in it, and the sales ladies are soooo nice! They seem to know just what looks good on me. They are very helpful. I know that they will have everything I need for a special occasion, and what else I can combine with it.

After buying a sweater and pants from this location, I decided against the sweater and planned to return it. When I bought it, I was told I had 7 days to return it. Upon arriving at this location and explaining my reason for return to the extremely rude woman working the front desk, who happened to be the manager (Irene Bowermon), I was told it was "final sale" and I could not return it for a refund nor could I have store credit. She proceeded to tell me my only options were to choose another item from the store of the same price, which I had no time to do, or keep the sweater. In shock, I mentioned I am leaving for a funeral tomorrow morning in Ontario and she had no remorse for my situation and was utterly rude to me. Her complete lack of social skills were appalling for someone who works in customer service/retail. The fact that she is the manager is surprising. I will never shop at this store again because of Irene Bowermon and I sincerely hope she does not treat any future customers with the disrespect in which she showed me. Only giving 1 star because it does not give you the option to choose 0.

I have been shopping at this location for several years now. Love it and the sales assistants too! I have never had a problem with their return policy because I try everything on and LOVE everything I buy. Today I purchased an AMAZING pair of Lemon leggings just in for fall/winter. Such a perfect fit and SO cozy since they are lined with a soft fuzzy fabric. Perfect for my early morning travel to work on the Skytrain.

My fiance's mom bought a dress to wear to our wedding and decided the same evening of her purchase she didn't like it. The next day went to return it and was told she couldn't, I went back with her and was treated with the most disrespect from a worker there so badly that I quickly and discreetly pulled out my phone to video, was constantly interrupted, yelled at, and just treated unbelievably bad. Fiance and her mom went back today to try to talk to a manager and were treated equally as rude as the previous day. Don't shop at this horrible business "establishment"

I've shopped here many times. They carry a nice selection of a designer I have been wearing for many years. I'm careful to only purchase items I'm 100% sure that I want to keep as their return policy is very restrictive. Special occasion and sale items are final sale and regular price items are not easy to return.
