I bought a very expensive top at this store. Before I purchased I asked about their return policy. I was told to keep the tags on and receipt and within 7 days. I changed my mind on the item and with the tags, my receipt and within the 7 days went to return it. The sales clerk right off the start was clearly not happy I wanted to return this item. First she said there was no receipt, I said it's in the bag. Then she said she wouldn't do refund because I had worn it, I said I didn't wear it, still has the tags on. She turned the shirt inside out and pointed to somewhere that she said had deodorant marks, I saw nothing. I again said I did not wear it, basically she was calling me a liar. Then she said I could get it dry cleaned and then maybe she would return it. I said, your kidding right? I haven't worn it, the garment had to be hand washed and to do that you would have to take the tags off. She was so rude to me another customer in the store came over and said, if this is how you treat your customers I don't want to shop here, both ladies left the store. After being treated incredibly horrible I had to call my boyfriend to come assist me. Again, same rudeness to him. We both said, we are not going any where until you return this item. I asked to speak to the manager, she apparently was the manager! I couldn't believe someone who treats customers in the manner she did could be a manager. Unreal. After some time and much rudeness she said she would make an exception and do the return. What exception? It's your store policy, honour it!!!!!! Obviously the staff work on commission, more time should be put into customer service. I will never never step foot into that shop again. Don't shop there. I also will do what I can to find out who to contact higher than this so called manager to report this. I have never been treated in such a horrible manner
