Here you will be able to see all the feddbacks of people who know the products of Lakeview Lounge (Mall) in the area close to Lake Louise (Canada).
To this day this business has a score of 4.2 stars out of 5 and this score has been based on 127 reviews.
As you can read, the average of ratings is quite high, and it is founded on a large number of feddbacks, so we may be quite sure that the score is quite accurate. If there are many people who bothered to value when they've done well, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to set feddbacks when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Mall is classified in the category of Lounge.
Great service great food reasonably priced excellent host and servers
Great location, good food, wonderful service.
This place is delicious! They don't have a broad menu, but what they do, they do well. I had the lobster roll which was phenomenal. Very generous portion of meat. The chips they serve with it are cooked in house and are very very good. Perhaps the best part about this place is the views of the lake and mountains whole you eat.
Too expensive!
Sat on the outside patio. Views cannot be beat!
Lovely experience with stunning view of Lake Louise in this palatial hotel. Service by Chris was impeccable. Food very rewarding after some excursion walking the lake.
Its not cheap, but if your looking for spectacular lake views and great service stop here. Any table offers breathtaking views. Last I had a cup of freshly brewed coffee, and a tomato soup, and both were very delicious. Don't be shy to come in as a non-guest. They aren't judgmental and they are quite accustom to the common folk drinking hot chocolate and taking in the views away from the elements.
we would wish the serving can be better. The view is amazing! The food is great but considering the price I would wish to have more in terms of portion.
If you're at the Chateau, you must at least enjoy a beverage in the Lakeview Lounge, as it has one of the best views in Canada. Service is stellar, but I found that my French Onion soup was just a tad insipid, ergo, loss of a star.
Went here for the afternoon tea. It is about $50 per person. The biscuit spreads and scones are pretty good. Most of the desert is good but some didnt suit my tastes. The view is great of course and the staff are very nice.
Great food and friendly staff
Even my dog ???? was surprised how beautiful this place is .
We visited the Lakeview lounge on our anniversary for Lunch and were very pleased with the staff and the view of the lake from our table was amazing. I ordered the duck wings and my wife ordered the Vegan burger. The burger was great but the duck wings were very tough, a little cold and not sauced very well. I have never had duck wings before that so I wasn’t sure if they are always tough but them being cold and not well coated was something that could have been done better.
Great views
Food is great. A bit pricey. It's worth it just for the view and access to the Lake.
Only open to registered guests - no walk-ins allowed into hotel at this time, for those thinking they can purchase any food or even a coffee in the hotel itself.
So so disappointing! We came here for dinner and got steak and a few sides. I asked for my steak medium rare and it sadly came out medium. The asparagus was also very sour and soggy and to be honest I couldn't eat more than a bite - and I love asparagus! We also ordered cocktails and we both hated them because of how bitter they were. It was overall a really disappointing (but incredibly expensive) meal. Mad props to the bartender though who made the best amaretto sour I've ever had after I couldn't finish my drink from the menu! Our waiter was also very lovely.
went for lunch there- some dishes were good but very overpriced. there was MOLD on my sister's burger. green mold on the burger bun. fortunately they replaced it, but didn't even take it off the bill. overall not a great experience, and extremely disappointing for a Fairmont hotel. save your money and go elsewhere.
A place you could see the Louise view from hotel, but make sure you are the hotel guest and book a table before your trip. I booked my table six days ago and I don’t get a nice table to see a view, they tell me is fully book with patio and I said I booked six days ago and they just not patient and give me a last table on the hallway…… come on, who are not coming to Banff and want to having a nice dinner in one restaurant??????
Wonderful view of lake Louise and excellent food. BBQ brisket sandwich, chicken panini, fries and salad all very good. Very nice setting and presentation inside the Fairmont. Reasonable price given the premium location.
(Translated) Awesome hotel. (Original) 超棒的飯店。
Bar view and cocktails were excellent
Amazing execution on drinks, I would highly recommend the old fashion. The five stars however was due to the service provided by Blake. Blake was so helpful, friendly, and made us feel at home and it was all very genuine, truly an asset to the hotel.
Great food and perfect place to hangout and enjoy the stunning views of Lake Louise and the glacier backdrop
Actually ate the best burger I have had in Canada. Get some.
Nice ambiance and great views. Food was nicely presented and tasted good.
(Translated) Lake Louise is the place to have the best view (Original) 레이크 루이스에서 가장 좋은 경치를 볼 수있는 장소 입니다
Great view and good service.... however it was the worst Mochacino and bread I ever had..not to mention it is expensive.
Recommend to make a reservation to reserve window seats.
Excellent service, excellent food and the best view you can imagine! We had Jade as our server the first day and she was lovely!
A place to check out for sure! The staff were all friendly and accommodating with our 2 standard poodles. The food is to die for- the salmon and soft shell crab is a must!
The venue is beautiful - if you are patient you can sit by the window which my wife and I did for afternoon tea. I enjoyed the experience but the taste of the bites and scones are less than I expected. I am from the UK so am accustomed to better scones. My wife is a macaroon amateur expert and she was a little disappointed. On a good note, the waiting staff and venue and our window lake view made up for the tray of bites.
Best Calamari, all dishes were great! Views can't be beat and staff are amazing.
Great view & food/drink!
We stopped into this restaurant for lunch after we checked in. We were seated right away and had beautiful view of the mountains. I had the the Moscow Mule and it was delicious One of the best I've ever had. I rally enjoyed it. The kids loved their little kids meal. They had the grilled cheese and the mini burger. They were loving the smart cooke but the candy as well. Sugar overload!! We ordered the Charred Calamari & Cress Salad for a starter and it was very small serving. I had the lasagne and it was not bad. How can you mess up a lasagne?? Meat, cheese and pasta. The wife had some sort of pasta and it was ok she said. Overall a very good lunch with the view and the food.
Great view, service is friendly in the restaurant but cold in the bar (we were being interrogated for sitting there with a cocktail while we waited for a seat). Portions are large despite the high prices ($25-30 per plate). Food tasted good but is basically upscale pub food (burgers and fries).
Nice view...great food..surprisingly not that pricey.
The food was alright, definitely overpriced (as expected in a hotel lounge), but the view is priceless ????
$$$$$ But can't beat the VIEW
Wow, food and service was impeccable. The best calamari I've had! Seriously, I've never had calamari pieces so big and satisfying. Caesar salad, duck penne, and duck wings were all great too.
pretty nice
The casual dining room if the Chateau Lake Louise. Combination lounge and dining area. Somewhat lighter menu than the Fairview. Reserve early, but seating is unreserved in the bar area, and the votes are most amazing.
Had a late lunch here today during our stay in fairmont, in general everything is OK. Got a window seat though the staff led us to the very last table at the end of the hall even though there are 3-4 other tables available with better view. We ordered AAA beaf burger and salmon with soft shell crab. But the beef patty was really too dry so it doesn’t have much taste, the salmon was well done even though we ordered it medium rare. The waitress was very friendly so we didn’t want to bother her too much about the food thoughts. Just hope the kitchen can improve a bit then it’s definitely matching a 5 star !
Very disappointed. We were seated and told that our sever would be right with us. After 30 minutes without even getting drinks we told the hostess that the sever hadn’t been by yet. After rudely shrugging us off and seeing others being seated and getting drinks we got up and left. For a fine dining restaurant in one of the most “luxurious” hotels in Alberta this is extremely disappointing.
Unlike other reviews, I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The dishes here, especially the vegetarian ones, were very much not to our satisfaction. Hospitality and scenery were impeccable, but perhaps a restaurant’s priority should be getting the food done right.
The portion I got was smaller than I expected since it was supposed to be a full plate; and the price that it was at. Good cocktail selection though. You're really going here for the view and staff.
Chicago native, had a wonder dinner here will be back here again. Need to try their craft beer "Wild Rose Wrasberry" ????????????????
Embarrassing service. I visited the restaurant on January 1st with a party of 9(7 adults&2 children). We were all looking forward to spending the first day of 2022 by the lake. Before I get into my complaint, I’d like to pay a special thanks to Theresa(welcoming host). She was extremely polite and very accommodating to our needs to seat us at our preferred table. I must say, we felt that we are very special guests of Lakeview Lounge. THANK YOU THERESA. But, the experience goes downhill from there on. Unfortunately, our server Bhavneesh did not extend this courtesy. His behaviour since we took our seats was appalling, particularly for a restaurant with such high standards. We asked for extra forks and he rudely told us that they were already on the table. We repeated that we knew there are forks on the table, but we wanted extra forks (a very simple request). He finally did give us ONE extra fork.To avoid asking him again, we actually asked another server walking by for extra forks, and she happily gave us a few. Next, when our food came, the person who ordered the steak noticed that it was cooked closer to a well done than the requested medium. We brought this to Bhavneesh’s attention and he began arguing that it was a medium and insisted it was done perfectly. We had a couple of avid steak eaters on the table, so I like to think we were right, but regardless, the way Bhavneesh reacted was totally out of line. I’ve been to much more “casual” restaurants who have had no problem replacing a steak if the cook is not up to satisfaction. For him to spark up an argument left me dumbfounded. I’ve never seen this type of playground behaviour from a waiter, let alone one at such a highly reputed restaurant. Lastly, the most disgusting behaviour is what he did with the bill. As we were a party of 9, gratuities were already added to our bill. I paid with both cash and a pre-paid credit card. When I was paying the difference with cash, I asked for change for my $20 bill, Bhavneesh strangely became infuriated, even though he knew that the tip had already been covered. He then tried to mock me by returning the $20 bill pretending to give me a tip, saying “keep the change, we don’t need it”. Is this how the Fairmount Hotel’s restaurant management teaches waiters to serve customers? To humiliate them? By the way, we had kids on the table, which makes his behaviour even more disgusting. Despite Bhaneesh’s behaviour, we were never rude in return. We kept our voices down and carried on showing our kids how to react when someone is being a bully. However, I did think it was important to bring this to your management’s attention, so future guests are not faced with the same mistreatment and humiliation.
Expensive but this meal was excellent, with a view.
Told us to wait 45 minutes, came back and they told us they can’t take us anymore. Very poor customer service. I’m very unhappy with their customer care.
Lunch service ends at 5:00 but they lock the gates and stop accepting anyone that is not a hotel guest at 4:00 and this is not mentioned on the website or by the staff when I emailed and called about booking a reservation and confirming the lunch hours.
Had an incredible lunch here at the Lakeview Lounge. It's a great spot with tons of windows to look out on the lake. Our server Kristin was phenomenal, she was so nice and helped us a lot with our menu. We both had the tomato soup which was great and I had a Braised Beef Crostini which was also great. The Coffee Whiskey tart was also super good. Definitely recommend stopping here for food and drinks!
Great service and reasonable prices for a beautiful place to be even for a day.
The staff told us they were understaffed, yet we saw other tables who arrived later than us got their food and drinks sooner than us. The area we were in had the same server. Other than that, food is slightly above the average and service meets the expectation
We had a fantastic dinner at Lakeview Lounge on the evening on 2/23/2019. We were a party of eight, including four children. The food was delicious and fairly priced. The atmosphere was upbeat, yet relaxing at the same time. The highlight of the meal was our server, Julia. She took care of every need that we had from start to finish. We did not have to ask her for anything. She did an amazing job of anticipating our needs and staying one step ahead of us, which is not easy with four kids in the party. She was friendly, engaging and provided great food and beverage recommendations for the table! Overall, it was an excellent meal and Julia truly exemplified what great customer service is!
Limited menu, somewhat pricey too, but the quality of food is very high. The portions are quite small so not a place to arrive hungry. Had to sit at the bar as we were not guests of the hotel. Bar was quite fun to sit at as it offered a great vantage point for people watching. The highlight of the meal was the ice-cream sandwich for dessert. Again, quite pricey but worth the splurge as its a BIG portion!
The food was above average, but it was their service that much better. Even though there was a small issue with forgetting an order, they were apologetic and corrected the issue quickly and didn't charge for the mistake. The views are certainly worth it for relaxing and eating.
Penelope was awesome . Very friendly and knowledgeable Jorge and and Courtney were great too!!
Beautiful spot for lunch!
The staff are friendly and the service is as amazing as the food. Prices are what you'd expect for such top notch food and service. Got the drinks in the lounge and the steak was from room service.

Incredible view and food is good too. Only the service could use some improvement.
Great service, good spot for a view of the lake and people watching. No need for reservation at the bar. Limited selection of draft beers but good selection, including its own label.
Out of all the places I have gone to eat, I can honestly say that this was the grosses meal I have ever had. The burger was way to tough and super bland that I couldn't even finish eating it (yes it was that gross). The boar bacon is something you have to use your knife and fork to cut through as well... All around the food was super bland and way to over priced. I would highly recommend you save your money and go elsewhere!
Went tonight for dinner. My girlfriend and myself both ordered the beef burger. Tasteless and the beef was so tough. Who knew a burger could be tough. The boar bacon was absolutely inedible like rubber. Writing this review 2 hours later and my stomach is churning. Absolutely disgusting food. Save yourself and don't go there!!!!!!
Great views staff and drinks
The view is great the patio will block most of the window view. The food is just Ok and pricey. You are paying the price for the view basically.
The view was Incredible, the drinks was stander, the food... was awful. Only had one bite.
Beautiful view and decent food, unfortunately our experience was ruined by the poor service we received. In a mostly empty lounge it took us a half hour to get our drinks served to us. We were able to see them sitting on the bar for about 20 minutes so by the time they made it to us they were warm and watered down. What was more frustrating was seeing the attention another table was receiving while we were ignored and that the other table was just in to have coffee while we were having a full meal.
Great views. Server was very nice
While the food and environment was good, the service needs polish. Our waitress certainly had issues with timings, orders and billings.
First of all this is inside the Chateau Fairmont at Lake Louise, so you can expect the menu prices to reflect that. So don't complain about sticker shock when viewing the menu. That said, the food, service, and views are all top notch. Outdoor seating is great. There are warmers if needed. Beware of the chipmunks who freely roam about and will grab food from your plate if you are not paying attention. Otherwise they are an added entertainment bonus.
The food at the Lakeview Lounge was below average, and the service was unprofessional and slow. Not the level I expected from The Fairmont. I recommend giving one of the other restaurants at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise a try instead.
Says it opens at 11. No food for a good hour... Thats fine because it was due to power outage. But 1.we were told there would be food at 11:30 2. We were not even offered bread We asked for bread and it was cold and wet Food was terrible for the price.
Nice place to take in the view while enjoying good food, great service.
Really poor food like worst I’ve had in Canada. Beef carpaccio tasted of nothing. Steak very chewy, garlic bread was stale and had to request a replacement. Gave up eating, paid and left. Via rail serves better meals. Excellent location. Best view of the lake. Nice drinks and decent service with a smile.
French Onion Soup is the best we’ve ever had. And if I wasn’t too busy writing home about the soup, I might mention the views not bad either! But seating can be tough - even for guests of the hotel. Prepare to have to wait if there during peak times.
If you want to stop at the Lounge - have a drink and maybe an appetizer, do not order from the main menu for lunch - super overpriced and mediocre taste and quality. We liked the BC muscles with a glass of wine, but the rest, which included peas pasta and chicken sandwich, was awful
Fantastic service by Leo and Amy(from Saskatoon) which made our experience extra wonderful. The food was great and our boys really like the kids meals. Thank you.
Excelent...
Have been back a couple of times for drinks and food. Would like to say a special thanks to Richard behind the bar for going over and above to make sure we had a wonderful experience.
View was amazing, food excellent ! Brandon the waiter is very professional, friendly and helpful!
You might think it is grossly overpriced tourist trap In a 5 star hotel, but my experience shows otherwise. Food: 4 out of 5 stars. All tasted great and served beautifully. Cheesesteak sandwich : pricey at $26, but probably the best value option on the menu. Huge sandwich and comes with a free side. Super tasty too. Duck nuggets : $19. Avoid! Only four small nuggets. Tasted good, but the portion was way too small. Poke: $22. Deconstructed poke, but more like a salmon tartar with some crunchy side and veg. Doesn't work as a concept. Stick to serving a normal poke. Tasty though. Medium portion size. Hot chocolate : $5. Surprise of a value. Handmade hot chocolate, very chocolatey and comes with whipped cream and a cherry on top too! Environment : 6 out of 5. While it is madness out by the lake shore, here you can enjoy the beautiful views in warmth and comfort. The premium you're paying for the food is worth this. Value: 5 out of 5. Yes it is expensive. But it's right next to Lake Louise. You get beautiful views. Good service. Comfy dining. Pretty good food too. And in Banff town, dining is only like 10-20% cheaper, and you don't get all this. Service: 3 out of 5. Too clinical for my liking. No warmth or friendliness. One waiter spilled hot chocolate over the rim down the sides of the glass, and still served it rather than fix it. I recommend that you get a meal here, either lunch or dinner, rather than eat in Banff. Just be careful with the menu - avoid duck nuggets. Portion size can be huge. See what other tables are having before you decide.
Having lunch there and it had a great view of Lake Louise!
Mcdonalds has better service than this restaurant. Very ignorant hostess and servers. We waited for half an hour and we got nothing. You are basically paying for the view.
Exceptional food and service!!! Beautiful. Will return for sure !
Amazing view! I had to come back a second and third time!
Beautiful view! Perfect place to stop by for lunch by the lake. Food was surprisingly good (we were not really expecting good food) reasonable price, good service.
I'm not sure if it's just post-quarantine organization, but I was very disappointed in both the service and food during our stay here. The staff were very slow even when we mentioned we had a time limit (we gave plenty of time for our meal but got served after other tables that arrived after us). The food was cold and not very flavorful, for example- the burger my son ordered was literally just a patty on a bun. No toppings and no condiments. Surprising for a 5 star hotel.
Closest rest stop from lake louise. Great place to catcha cold brew after a long hike! Faces the scenery so its a great experience.
Don't be hesitate view and taste of the cuisine either price. Best view ever Perfect flavor Reasonable price
Great holiday ambiance and atmosphere. I'm glad to see that they have a separate vegan menu. The beyond burger is delicious and very, very filling.
Came to the hotel to do some shopping and have dinner. I was told the restaurant was saving the open tables in case guests of the hotel came in. Our money works the same and you lost an actual table for a potential table. (Walked by later on and their were still tables open)
really nice burger and chips, aioli was a bitter disappointment, tried to make me buy sparkling water without saying it cost money, atmosphere nice though, also hard to find anything under 25$ expensive menu, felt like waitress kept trying to sell us more. second time coming waiter came to us after 10 minutes. we then waited for 11 minutes for a check
Had coffee and cake at the restaurant. Cake was stale and showed freezer burn.
Stopped into the Fairmont the other day for a quick drink with my mother. Server Brooke was very personable and nice. We had a baileys and coffee as well as an old fashioned. The view from the covered/heated patio is the main attraction. Keep up the good work.

I had a coffee there. It is a nice lounge but the coffee was't hot enough.
(Translated) Very good restaurant at reasonable prices for the area, located directly in the hotel with views of Lake Louise. Very good service obviously and the food and very good too. Eating constantly looking at Lake Louise and the mountains is fantastic. You can eat on the terrace ($ 5 per person if you are not a resident of the hotel), but the view from the inside is just as beautiful.
This dinner had mixed emotions honestly the service wasn’t great but I have to give it to them bc it’s during covid-19 and that makes it harder to be in contact, but that doesn’t mean you are not able to check in on the table and too clear dishes, our servers had some sourness towards the end. But the manager named Leo was very helpful and fixed most things for them good service from him disappointed in the others. Food was average prices are a little overpriced.
Pretty overpriced for mediocre food. The duck confit with bone marrow wasn't worth it, and even after I voiced my concerns, apparently "the kitchen wasn't very happy." Sorry but when a bone comes out without anything in/on it, it's basically a dog chew toy and not something that should belong in my dish. The in-room breakfast was by far the best in terms of quality and quantity! It was great!
We visited Lakeview Lounge multiple times during our stay and had a wonderful experience every time. The food was delicious, the staff are all very attentive and welcoming - I loved speaking to every one of them. Gorgeous views of course ;)
Fantastic food with phenomenal views. Table ervice was quite slow and overall very disappointing. Took 10 minutes or longer for the server to arrive at our table, then we ordered appetizers and drinks. Food arrived before our beverages with 1 of our beverages being sent "to another table" according to the server. No side plates provided for the appetizers we were sharing and no quality checks from the server for our food or drinks. Would definitely go back for the food but might want to make sure the serving staff is attent before sitting in their section.
View 5/5, food 3/5
Very expensive for McCain French fries and a $30 burger that you couldn’t chew the sinewy fat from the bacon, and my wife’s chicken sandwich was so greasy. Then to top it off there is an automatic gratuity that was not mentioned by the staff or on the menu which is very insulting. Might be a playground for rich but even if you have money there are so many better options out there…
First of all, the views at this lounge are amazing! Picture perfect view in front of the lake. As well, the service was on point! The servers were very attentive and friendly. I definitely recommend their watermelon rose sangria as well as their salmon nicoise! So delicious ????. I would definitely return if I were to visit again.
Good cocktails and food
Food was ok. For the amount you pay I expect better quality. Service was ok. The server did apologize for making a mistake and suggested to take it off the bill. But totally forgot when it came to the bill. We didn't want to bother the guy. Cause he seemed flustered
Great view. They had amazing live music when we were there.
Bad customer service! Waitress put us on the waiting list and after waiting over an hour, they did not honour the waiting list. Very disappointed.
Great food. Amazing service from Chris for dinner.
I was visiting Lake Louise with my friend and went to go eat at the Lakeview Lounge. We were asked typical questions about COVID safety: temp check, etc. Then my friend gave his phone number and the extremely rude man working at the entrance near the lake (did not know his name - this was 06/11/20 around 2pm) asked him where the number was from. My friend said Massachusetts; he then began to inquire if we had completed the 14-day quarantine and why were in Canada. We live here and are legal residents and have not left the country in many months. When we explained this to him he told us we should “get our stories straight” and became very abrasive and telling us “we need to carry proof” like a passport and said “we should get a Canadian phone number to avoid situations like this.” He was incredibly rude and inquired about our immigration status more than Immigration Canada ever has. I am aware there have been issues in the past but once we established the situation he continued pressing us and was incredibly unprofessional, out of line, and rude. We ended up not eating at the restaurant because of him. Again, he was working at the podium when you enter the hotel from the lake, a short bearded man on 06/11/20 around 2pm. Incredibly unprofessional and I will never eat at the restaurant.
Solid spot for a cocktail and a bite with a view!
The food and view are amazing! I saw some negative reviews but my experience was very positive. We had the calamari and burger and it was yummy! I would definitely go back.
The view was beautiful and the food was super delicious. I had the salmon cesar salad. The service was great thank you PeneloPe for the awesome service.
My girlfriend and I came down to Lake Louise for a romantic Valentine's getaway. We had a great time at the Fairmont, but specifically loved our dinner out at the Lakeview Lounge. Our server Nick was extremely courteous, professional, and down to earth, which is always refreshing. The service was incredible, food was unreal (best lasagna ever!!! Sorry mom.), but Nick was seriously a highlight of our weekend. He was very aware and followed all regulations with the pandemic, yet still gave us a very personal and amazing experience! Great job Nick and co!
Was hungry and stopped for lunch. The burger was pretty bomb but the bacon was the real MVP. We were sharing and they were awesome enough to split it for us. Saw another group eating those onion rings so we got them. Wish there was more with the order but they were crispy and delish!
Had a quick getaway to lake Louise. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and service at the LAKEVIEW LOUNGE restaurant. Our favorite server Becky took extra time and was so gracious towards us.
Nice view but still have rooms to improve ~ expecting a more innovative cocktails
I have very high expectations with Fairmont properties that are typically met if not exceeded. This meal however was inedible, gross and supremely bland. I expect more from a $30 sandwich than a boiled chicken breast with no seasoning with everything else being bland as well from Caesar salad to the French fries. You definitely pay for the view here, and not the food.
We made a reservation the day before. Limited spots for afternoon tea and it fills up fast! At $48 pp it's a lovely indulgence with a stunning view of the lake. The sandwiches were so good that we asked if they had some more. Our server, Richard, initially said no but was kind enough to bring over a few more. It's a dainty tiered platter of sandwiches and sweets and surprisingly filling. Really nice tea selection and service is friendly and attentive. Well worth the indulgence and a great experience at the Fairmont!
Service was just ok. Food not very good. Definitely not worth the money.
Solid 4/5. Had the afternoon tea, the scones and sweets were done incredibly well. Great service and with a variety of excellent teas. Had the Icewine (sweet, fruity and delicious) and the Madame butterfly (green tea with jasmine flavour) both of which I would recommend. The sandwiches were a bit on the dry side. Window views of the lake and mountains are superb! A chic and fancy loungy vibe.
Only popped in to get a drink after walking the lake. Friendly staff had no problem with us sitting in and enjoying the breathtaking view
Delicious food. Amazing view
Loved the views and the amazing lunch! Simply beautiful and would def recommend it! A little bit pricey but worth it
The restaurant is too expensive for the service and food quality they offer. Not coming back to this restaurant, even if they pay me. Waitres was rude and food bad! Now the location is insane!!! One of the most beautiful places I've seen. But that's lake louise and has nothing to do with the restaurant. Is better if you bring your own snacks!
(Translated) Good food, very nice views, but cold service, little close. Many prohibitions everywhere, including a sign not to access the toilets if you are not staying, preference in the allocation of tables to hotel guests, in short, things that do not make you feel comfortable in my opinion. Given the price category of the restaurant it does not seem correct to me that they do not reserve a table at noon.
Gorgeous view, nice foods, and kind staffs. Worth visiting.
Come for the views of Lake Louise! Very cozy. Otherwise, price is a bit on the higher end for the amount of food. They seem to do unlimited refill of certain platters -- although I can't be sure. Otherwise, our server was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to give us suggestions for our trip, even making recommendations for where locals would go or prefer to go.
Great friendly service. Majority of the food was excellent except the chicken pappardelle with chicken gravy??
The food here is delicious! Hotel guests can avoid waiting by making reservations.
Great view. Solid food. The best hot chocolate I've ever had. Nice spot for lunch/breakfast.
Lake Louise
lobster mac and cheese is the best
You are paying for the location and the view, so obviously it's pricey, but q great spot for a refreshing lunch.
Very very rude and arrogant staff, they do not want to serve you, if you are not a hotel guest. They kept bouncing us through restaurant to restaurant even when they seating available. Never go to this lounge if you are not a hotel guest.
(Translated) Superb place! (Original) Superbe endroit !
The views were spectacular, but the staff was even better! Everyone was so nice and friendly and the food was really delicious. Be aware that they make their hotel guests a priority for seating during busy times, which we greatly appreciated.
Average food quality and taste! Would expect much better at that price point and 5 star hotel!
(Translated) The sandwich was delicious (Original) 샌드위치 맛있더라
Always a lovely experience here! Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Amazing food and service at the lounge. I will definitely be back here again!!
Food could be better
Good food, lunch wasn't worth the $80 but would come back just to try something different on the menu.
Not a very extensive menu but enough. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Great views.
