Really scenic and easy walk to the other end of the lake. Really mesmerising
Nice place
Mountains Lakes Snow!
Nice
Very helpful and friendly.
On a minor highway in the rocky mountains there is a fork in the road. If you follow the road to the left it will become narrower and wrought with twists and turns. Eventually there is a very old town where the highway goes right through the middle, and narrows to a single lane and snakes back and forth in the tightest hairpin turns. You're forced to slow to a crawl to navigate these turns, and thus forced to observe the town's extremely weak, extremely antiquated claim to fame. A literal tourist trap, you drive through the halls of a building that is home to the Great Museum of Cupboards. There is only one type of cupboard however; the walls are lined by floor to ceiling wooden doors of varying pastel colors, completely plain in decor, adorned with nothing more than old silver round knobs for handles. Occasionally you see a small placard on a door, commemorating some hole, and explaining it's historical significance, but usually it's just an old knothole in the grain of the wood. An experience, to say the least, but the smithsonian it was not. Some things just don't live up to the hype.
Beautiful location, very close to the very picturesque Lake Louise. Visitor centre area contains a reasonably sized supermarket, food outlets and stores for souvenirs and clothing. Free WiFi also which is a bonus
This Is a great place to stop on your way into lake louise plenty of maps and great advice. Also if you work up in Lake louise you can get your resident passes here for as well. I got some great hiking advice when I arrived here and bear advice too since there are grizzlies in the area time to time.
Nice. Proved good shelter on a rainy day. Nice educational artifacts. Helpful Parks Canada staff. It's actually a five star, I made it four because the washroom sinks are difficult to use specially for physically challenged users. The idea of combining the hand dryer with the faucet doesn't really work. It was splashing drizzles when it should be drying. Hopefully they'll reconsider.
(Translated) It is a tourist information center of Lake Louise in Benf National Park. Provides guidance and program or course recommendations. There is a small exhibition space for a short tour. Souvenirs and guidebooks are sold, but the overall size is small. On 7/2/2017, 3:30pm, I tried to park my car near lake Louis, several cars in front of me were able to be allowed to get access to the parking lot even if it looked crowded. However, the staff stopped me and didn't allow me to enter due to full lot. I didn't believe because there're some cars out of the lot at that time. I asked his permission that I'd like to drive around the lot and make sure it is indeed full. He stopped me and demanded me to make a U turn at narrow entrance, which is really hard and probably damages my car. After I left, I found out he allowed the car following me to enter the lot. Then I stopped my car and asked him why to do that, he just said the lot is full. I was so angry because he has race discrimination on me. Everyone spends dollar on visiting the park, which means we are equal to have the right to park our cars. Why only me not allowed to park? It's totally unfair!!! To wrap up, the lake is beautiful but parking system is toooo bad. I totally understand it's crowded during summer time but parking staff should be friendly and helpful.
Excellent customer service
I called into the impressive visitor centre yesterday to be met by a bored and uninterested member of staff. Asked about day hiking trails and was handed a leaflet , I asked if these could be started from the village centre and got a nod - no attempt to open up the map and discuss some of the trails . I then asked about bike trails - was told only available in French not English. Ok, but how about offering to point out some options. Handing visitors 2 maps and not offering to give advice / help to use them/ ask if there’s anything else they can help with is pretty poor and not exactly selling the beautiful area.
Very informative place with knowledgeable staff
Beautiful place, but not worth the lineups and crowd. There are lots of lakes in the area as beautiful if not more than this.
They had all the answers.
in the small town and good place to have a rest.
Nice location, the temporisation washrooms are still nice
Beautiful lake n beautiful surroundings
Fantastic background on the history and geology of the local area along with plenty of local help if you need it.
This visitor center is very nice and the rangers give very good advise. If you have an RV, same big, you can park it for free !
It's dream inducing place, excellent service, limited hours constraint!
Nice place to stop and stretch the legs. New into center is pretty cool.
A very soothing place to be. Clean water and fresh air. View is just too superb. Very calm and clean lake.
What a picturesque view????????????
What can I say, its Lake Louise... Absolutely beautiful
Beautiful scenery for taking photos
The best Visitor Center in the WORLD! Its in Lac Louise AB. Just be Jealous. Ha .. DM
Parking lot pretty full but eaterys good
The visitor center is helpful but I did not spend much time there but...the lake sceneries are breathtaking and it is a piece of art that no one can denies. Love it!
We stopped at the visitor centre to purchase a park pass and to check if highways were open after the winter storm. The people working were very friendly and helpful.
So much construction happening and huge crowds but glad we got to see Lake Louise
Great views! Just breathtaking!
The place is simply stunning
Food on the walls.... can smell washroom while eating...
It's small and can get a little crowded, but the displays are great and there is plenty of information throughout the area. Definitely check out the glacier exhibit.
Great source of information for your trip!
Very helpful and friendly people and atmosphere!
This is a very cool little visitors center with a fun museum inside. A couple of videos and some cool gondola cars outside for photos. They have a fun little program for the kiddos to go from site to site and get badges like the US National Park Jr. Ranger Program.
Second time to be there and still want to get there. Its so beautiful
Just went to eat at the restaurant, nothing fancy
The Parks Canada staff were extremely helpful and friendly!!! They gave us great recommendations for hikes!
beautiful
I have to come back here. Absolutely stunning views.
Terrific
Very nice visitor centre and lots of workers for quick moving lines. Although going on a Wednesday around noon was not busy at all.
(Translated) Very high-quality tourist center, the snow has not disappeared in April, the scenery is beautiful, it is worth visiting again (Original) 非常優質的旅遊中心,四月下,積雪未消,景色優美,值得再遊
Friendly stuff
Poor directions for shuttle parking. Temporary bathrooms we're closed.
Park staff was very helpful. A lot of information on current park conditions and maps. Displays were well made and interesting. Overall, a great stop for first timers
Not really helpful to provide proper information
The ranger was friendly and did suggest trails for me and it was a nice one. I wish she could brief summarize the neighborhood, so I might arrange my hiking better.
Lake Louise is absolutely beautiful... But, I hate there parking system. They always charge for 12 hrs even we stayed for only few minutes. And, too crowd to take peaceful time.
Very nice place
Love this place, we hiked and climbed...
Need a little maintenance but overall was good..
I love it,The most beautiful places of the world
Wifi could be stronger. Helpful and nice displays.
Breathtaking.
Very good service
Staff was awesome!
Absolutely stunning! The picture below was taken April 23rd, 2017.
The representative was informative
One of the nicest views I've ever seen in my life
Stopped in to get some canoe/kayaking and camping info. They gave me all the info that I need for camping and kayaking along the bow. Super friendly and helpful folks.
Unfortunately the guy is not interested to give me a good information!! He was very nervous ???? I don’t know why!!
A lot of interesting information on the Rockies. The staffs are friendly and great source of information. I was here during the winter month, I dropped by to check on the conditions in the icefield Parkway. I got a couple tips and suggestions on places to go from the staff.
Got my new Parks pass there... great answers to a lot.of questions.
Very friendly staff. Visitor center is very clean.
Lake Louise is always pretty. Too many tourists though. Bow valley parkway on the journey there is worth it
Great advice for given for trip here about attractions to visit. Staff were great and very knowledgeable, really grateful for all advice received.
Excellent information and products to purchase about the national parks in the Rocky Mountains
Excellent centre with extremely helpful staff and great historical information about the area and the creation of the Rockies by tectonic plates. It's a highly educational visitors centre.
Not much information was given to us, and the staffs don't seem to really wanna work. I understand that there are thousands of visitors every day wanting the same info, but I mean,it is a visitor center at the very end of the day.
A must go place to visit Lake Lousie.
Very servicial employees
Nice place with free Wi-Fi
Wonderful mountain town, unfortunately its lost its charm as everyone wants to go there its to crowded.
Excellent advice!
Lovely lake and mountain view
I loved this place lol really recommend going here just to look around or to buy something unique.
Very helpful staff
If at all within driving distance I have to recommend going to lake Louise. It’s one of the most breathtaking views I have had the chance to see. Ideally go early on an off season because it gets busy. A great place to hike, picnic, sight see or even propose.
Helpful staff! They have some good exhibits as well
Really beautiful, thanks God
Very friendly and helpfull. Provided as with a lot of information.
They provide great information on the stunning Lake Louise which is down the street. Get there early because parking can be difficult.
Really helpful staff, interesting little museum.
Absolutely beautiful ???? ❤
Very helpful and knowledgable staff.
Very beautiful mountain
The employees are nice and professionnal, the wi-fi is free and there are places to sit down. The only "negative" point I would say is that there's a sign that say English/French, but the people I spoke to were veeeery happy that I can speak english because they wouldn't understand french. The point is understanable, it's an english state.
Good service
It was amazing but the train at night was annoying because it would echo off the mountains, The sites were amazing you could look across and you would see lots of mountains. If you don't like the cooled than don't camp here because it gets really cooled at night.
Good view. Nice place to see aun rise
easy to find parking
Great visitor centre with good washrooms and alot of information!
The staff here, were very helpful and lovely.
The visitor centre is good. Lake Louise itself on the other hand....way too much tourists. Been there, seen it and quickly moved on. Its beautiful, but overcrowded. We were there in May, not even the peak of the tourist season. The Rocky's have so much to offer, you can easily skip Lake Louise and visit other postcard places without missing it.
Nice place to stop for restrooms and supplies before heading up to Columbia Icefield. Nice deli with good selection of sandwiches and baked goods. IGA also a good place to stock up on snacks, water etc
Beautiful must visit place in Rockies.
The asian guide thinks I'm there to go shopping? Please put some more appropriate person, I told her repeatedly that we wanted to hike and explore nature!!
Best place for information for that area very helpful staff
Too many visitors during the week day and not enough parking stalls
Lots of information, interesting building, friendly staff, free wifi.
It was beautiful and really fun!!
Will be back for sure.
Nice place to relax
Super friendly and helpful staff.
Friendly and informative staff
Never got to see the place. Way too many people
Was under construction and in my opinion wasn't set up very well considering. They had a bathroom trailer with 3 stalls in the womens side which had no toilet paper and then had notices stating there was no running water but also didn't have anything in the hand sanitizer pumps.
Good
A beautiful lake by the chateau
(Translated) It is the starting and ending point of Lake Louise. It is also a place where drivers and tourists who come and go on the highway fill up the scarcity. I have gathered information here, bought equipment that I did not prepare, bought small items needed for tracking, and enjoyed the pleasure of filling the ship to solve the hunger, and the pleasure of emptying, the basic human physiological phenomenon They visit to save their tokens. The pleasure of satisfying the tongue and filling the empty stomach is the greatest joy of many pleasures. We also climb up and down a second floor restaurant to fill that joy. There are various kinds of food on the second floor. To satisfy people from all over the world, we serve various steak dishes, noodle dishes, chicken dishes, rice dishes, hamburgers and so on. Absolutely breathtaking. Even on a misty day, walking around the lake was amazing.
I almost come to visit more than four times year! I just love it!
Awesome staff nice view
Clean washrooms. A lot of staff o hand to assist visitors.
Friendliest and most helpful staff!
Nice views around and water looks beautiful !
Absolutely beautiful, the lake is stunning and you can still see some snow on the hill. Canoeing was also fun, you should definitely try it out. Also if you have time, go inside the Fairmont Chateau Hotel to take a look.
Extremely busy with Japanese tourist
Rude people. Didn't like it.
Admission and parking are free for Lake Louise
Poorly organized, so much traffic and no way to get in with a wait upwards of 2 hours. I even stopped by late in the day and was told that they were turning cars away. Shuttles were too far away and every 15 minutes with lines upwards of 2.5 hours. What a waste.

Good public washrooms
Great Place to visit year round. I love how clean everything is. I live in Calgary, but i still enjoy visiting lake Louise a few times a year. Personally i like winter the best, because you can walk across the lake when it freezes over. Its an interesting experience.
Learned many facts

Lovely place
Wonderful lake The color makes it beautiful Kayak in the lake was a diff exp Even newbies can go for it
Very clean place. A good place to start a trail hicking to Lake Louise.
A spot for quick shopping and grabbing your favorite snacks or stocking up for your hike. You'll find it here.
Drove 3 hours to tell us to go away. There’s a lot of parking at top of hill explained it to parking attendant I see like 8-10 free spots he told sorry keep going. What a joke this place is waste of time.
Very informative, wifi works, shelter from the elements, helpful staff.
Great and fun place to visit. They are very knowledgeable about the area and willing to help. They will be undergoing renovations after the new year (Jan 2019) and will be in temporary trailers in the parking lot. You can buy Park Canada Passes here too.
Very organized parking attendants who help to direct you to the best bet for finding a spot. The views are amazing!
Excellent place to get relax and understand the nature.
Heaven on earth
Amazing views
Excellent customer support crew and a nice geological diorama about rocky mountain
Very helpful
This place it's very beautiful ????????????????
Small gift shop, small 3d relief map of Banff, and awesome staff!
Helpful staff and maps, a lot of history and geography's maps and boards
Neat interior, employee who assisted us wasn't the greatest with directions. Maps of the area are somewhat incomplete. Convenient.
Amazing it is a must in a lifetime
Beautiful
Friendly staff.
Amazing place for resources.
Comfortable warm space to tuck in on a cold rainy day. WiFi, couches and plenty of knowledgeable staff to help guide you with decision making for your journey
Impressive displays and helpful staff. Offers lots of information on the formation of the Rockies, animal displays, and the history of the parks. Nice building. Free WiFi.
It was so beautiful that you will think its a painting! I was so mesmerized.
Need to improve customer service
Always no parking
Too many people but nice if you want to get some nice shots
Coffee was amazing
Majestic and beautiful but very crowded
Very pretty place
Free wifi, big space inside, Parks Canada merchandise store and clean washroom.
Lines moved fast and very courteous great experience
ok ok place
Beautiful place, must visit if u r coming to Alberta
Most informative employees every. Super polite
Good place to start, organize, and get to know this place better as the guides are very helpful with sharing live pictures of the lake and sharing easy to understand map of the area
Wonderfull!!!
Very helpful staff plus free wifi, a scarce service in the area!
Love the place
Stopped by to ask directions on our way to Lake louise. They also have a gift shop that sold lovely small souvenirs. The guy there was friendly but was a bit weird with directions
Responsible and fast
Beauty ????
A great break from the cold ! Knowledgeable and friendly service. A great preview of what Lake Louise offers, and you are able to purchase your park pass here as well. Washrooms are available.
Lady at the desk was super helpful and friendly. :)
Great staff, very good information center for hikers who wish to hike around Lake Louise and even Yoho Nat. Park.
(Translated) When visiting during Blizzard, the service staff of the visitor center is like a beacon to guide and give advice. Great public washroom
Great facility with great staff providing great info. Displays are starting to get a bit dated to us locals, but come with terrific stories. Ask about them
Fantastic place!!!
Beautiful place to wonder
U should go. That's it
Provide proper information. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Wonderful natural location but the parking organisation was very poor which spoilt our visit. Couldn't get to see Moraigne Lake as no parking.
If you need to get to the bathroom quick this is perfect! Great info and picnic table by the river!!
Thank you for the service
Free carpark. There are grocery store, cafes, bookstore, souvenir shops and public washrooms nearby.
Awesome!
Amazing views
This centre is a must visit anytime you are in Lake Louise. The staffs are very helpful and the information are very useful for a first time visit to Lake Louise... The best of all, there is WIFI, this is a scarce resource in Banff so any opportunity to relieve your DATA usage is always welcome. The only downside for me is the washroom which I believe can be better maintained.... Overall, I greatly recommend this place.
Very accomodating very clean and they observe physical distancing this pandemic time
Great info service. Not much to see at the center.
(Translated) Help is good, WiFi is slow Place lake louise was superb (Original) Wordt er goed geholpen, WiFi is langzaam Plaats lake louise was super

Lake Louise is great place to visit in spring and fall. One should especially go through Lake Louise trail. Its just a small hike but its really fun.
Nice place. Staff were courteous.
Beautiful place.
Good.
Beautiful area. The only drawback was the lake is still froze over.
Offers a nice sample of the diversity around Alberta.
A good stop to check in on hikes etc in the area. They have plenty of info booklets, helpful staff, interactive displays and weather reports etc.
Staff was friendly but when I asked for recommendations for a 2-3 night backpack trip I was told to come back when I knew what I wanted to reserve. What is a visitors center for if not to help guide the experience. I was a bit put off.
Beautiful lake, didn't spend much time in the visitor station. Incredible views, but the canoe rentals are too expensive in my opinion ($100/hr)
Beautiful area and friendly staff it was very interesting to walk through the centre and see all their neat little exhibits and other cool displays. If you have any questions or even need some quick gear this is a good place to stop they will surely guide you on the right path for the next part of you’re journey :)
Amazing place to be.
Beautiful place
Heart breaking sigth seeing...Beautiful nature of Rocky Mountain....must see once in life...for sure you wont regret...good place for hiking and horse riding also..
From spring to Autumn, you can enjoy beautiful views. Winter season??? Humm..so cold..ㅜ.ㅜ
very nice and informational
Veeery poor wi-fi... Canada is such a civilized country, but wi-fi is the same as in third world countries...
Very nice view and great place to see natural beauty.
Possibly a must-stop for newcomers to the Lake Louise area. You can pick up maps and guides for free and also get some advise in either English or French on where to go and how to get there. The inside of the centre is like a little museum, there are exhibitions and things for the kids to look at while you're busy planning trips. Outside are the washrooms (including a wheelchair accessible one) and since it's inside the Samson Mall you might as well continue on to the other stores next door.
Majestic views! Clearly a winner in terms of pure natural beauty. A must visit if you are ever near banff, Alberta. You can easily spend a ton fo time staring at the serene winds blowing over lake louise! The color of the water is unreal. Especially, consider visiting during/ near the end of summer!
Dis a great job considering how busy it was for the Ice Festival
These guys are completely overstrained by the masses and masses of tourists. Even worse, the staff in the Visitors Centers didnt even mentioned there is a shuttle service to the Lakes. We just found out by coincidence.. Park and Ride should start in Lake Louise village and expanded. In turn, both parking lots at the lakes should completely be closed for individual traffic.
Fabulous! Must go.
I am only posting this beautiful place as a TWO because of the conditions of the taxpayer's financed washrooms. These are an absolute disgrace and an embarrassment to Canadians. Get on a (thorough) cleaning program pronto! Every time I go to a Federal Park the washrooms are dirty and unkempt. We really need to show our visitors some respect. (Apologies to those good folks who take care in their work....it's just something that has to be looked after with some consistency)
If you're looking for information concerning the park and surroundings this is the best place to go to.
Lake Louise Visitor Centre has:
I for one loved the visitors centre. Many diaramas explaining techtonic plates and mountain formation. Very cool preseved wolf. I bought a bumper sticker for my truck of the parks canada symbol. Great experience.
Very nice piece of property. I am sure its owned by British family
Helpful staff and cool exhibits
The staff is really kind and helpful.
Nice little place
Beautiful amd picturesque
Very helpful with road and weather information.
Excellent staff. There's actually exhibits to see history about the national park. It's a large visitor center. Very interesting!
Very knowledgeable staff. Wifi, water dispenser. Toilets. Informational placards
Always friendly staff waiting to help. ????????
Staff available to help figure out hikes and activities in the parks, but if it's summer don't expect to get to Morraine Lake without paying for a bus ????
It's closed. When travelers need information, it's closed...!
Beautiful place but do many tourist at once
Great place and helpful staff
Nice enough place but not terribly helpful. Just go see the sights.
If your ever in the part of Alberta this is definitely a place to visit. Great views and perfect place to hike. Lots of shops to explore and everyone is kind and always there to help and answer any questions you have. Just breathtaking! M8TRIX5 Rating scale Atmosphere/Ambiance???????????????????? Cleanliness???????????????????? Service???????????????????? Food (Did not try)
Always so much fun to go their. The must place to go when you go in the Rockies
Helpful staff, cool design, next to well equipped strip mall.
Place is nice and clean. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable and speak French
The staff here was extremely helpful and friendly. They seem to have really extensive knowledge of the surrounding areas and are really passionate about ensuring that all hikers enjoy their explorations and are safe in doing it. There was an issue with my campsite online booking and Karen even stayed late after close to make sure everything was worked out before I left. I would reccomend this stop to anyone looking for information of any of the Jasper, Lake Louise, or Banf areas.
Very beautiful lake

Nothing special about this tour
Info
Beautiful place with lots of info
Very informative displays. Its like a mini museum
Amazing views.
Very helpful Staff. You can grab from here map for hiking. There are two different one for winter season one for summer season
Awesome free lunch on Remember ancestors Day made our day in addition to the great facilities map and friendly people.
Useful staff, free wifi
Free wifi but slow. Nice staff.
Beautiful location with great views
Friendly helpful staff sometimes getting in there is a problem with the crowded parking lot
Amazing place, love the view
You MUST stop here before you go anywhere in the park. We discovered waterfalls, places to see wildlife and great restaurants that we would have otherwise missed.
This is such a beautiful location to hang around for a while and learn about the mountains around. It is surrounded by a beautiful river, gorgeous and awesome shops and if you're lucky, he sound of a train going by. A must stop!
Gorgeous frozen Lake view. Big tourist attraction. Yes, I took these pictures! Looks like from art work.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean bathrooms
Interesting place with lots of information about the area
Some very knowledgeable attendants on hiking trails. Lots of local informstion.
It's clean. Toilets are on the smaller size.
Great information on the area.
Parks staff provide information.
Bathrooms are grosse.
Avocado on Toast - was decent, quick serve! Hot chocolate could be better.
Amazing views! Friendly people
Great place
Lots of good information. Public washrooms.
Always very friendly and very helpful staff!
Didn't even know this place was here, tons of great information and learning experience for all ages.... And even better the washrooms here are Extremely Clean!
Extremely polite and very helpful, especially to us camping seniors ☺ !
A must visit place in Alberta
Lake Louise is a must see. Incredible views...the visitor centre not much there....bring you own lunch!
Helpful friendly staff.
Nice staff very knowledgeable
Third time to visit here, never tired of seeing it.
Truly well organized. A pleasure to visit
Lake Louise is pretty small, so parking can be hard to snag. You might have to ride the shuttle to get to different places. Visitor center was pretty wide open inside to accommodate larger groups. Some very interesting facts l had not known before visiting.
Simply one of the MOST BEAUTIFUL PLACES IN THE WORLD! Only the Austrian Alps compare in my experience.
Definitely worth a visit. There is a bakery and cafe that serves fresh baked products for a nice break. Plenty of shops for picking up souvenirs. There is also an information center here where you can buy park passes if needed.
One hell of a place to visit even my Boston and bulldog love it
A lot of little tourist attractions and shops
Friendly staff but not completely knowledgeable about all tour options. We found better alternatives by chance.
Touristy, but a nice little area to visit & get info about the area.
Helpful staff. If your in Lake Louise go here, they may have some recommendations for things you didn’t know about.
Under construction. Only the restrooms were open. Looks like it will be a nice place when it opens. A temporary visitor is set up nearby.
(Translated) Very good service (Original) Très bon service
I always take my visitors here to look around wildlife on display as well as geological and historical information.
Well, if you're reading this after you've arrived you're already too late in the day to park near the lake. But the people here are friendly and helpful and will find you a way to make it all happen.
An awe-inspiring natural feature! The lake is incredibly beautiful. With the snow mountain behind, the scenery is totally breathtaking! That can explain why it is prestigious in the world.
Great service. Be sure to take the shuttle bus service from Lake Louise town centre to the lake itself.
There isn't much going on in here, but I think they're doing construction. Maybe in the future it will have more goings-on!
Nice weather plus snow
People from Parks Canada are very nice, but the place is always crowded
Fabulous geology display
Very interesting things to look at
Staff was helpful
Very helpful, although most go there for the free wifi.
For questions, maps and possible itineraries best to stop by here
Located in the village. Staff is helpful and friendly. Limited resources on site but their job is to give advice, not provide everything. Their are incredibly conservative. Discouraged travel to Jasper staying we need snow tires. Appreciate the concerns. Gave good recommendations for hikes and trail advide
People at center gave us the right information and perfect free advice..
Very helpful people, clean, and open. But.. the museum (which takes up most of the space of the center) is very very disappointing. A very expensive exhibit filled with useless and confusing scientific information that is presented poorly. I'm not sure who the target audience is.... I make a point to stop at every visitor center to learn something of the history, etc.. But I would expect something much better for Lake Louise!
Very attractive building with great setup for wifi and charging electronics. An oasis in bad weather.
Beautiful surroundings.
Even though it was early May, there was still a blanket of snow over Lake Louise that was about 1-2 feet thick. Nevertheless, I enjoyed hiking part of the way around the lake, which is supremely beautiful.
Very helpful.
Beautiful scene - Reflection of Glacier
My go to ski resort for quick day trips from Calgary. Consistent snow and great facilities.
It's heaven on Earth! Peaceful ☮️ and serene. An experience of a lifetime ❤️
Very beautiful place to go
Must Visit. Displays, info.
Nice lake with blue water
The weather was perfect and the scenery is totally stunning,we never get bored of visiting, always something new we discover
Absolutely love Lake Louise.
Very friendly staff
I wanted to get some information on good hikes around the area with no risk of avalanche. The lady at the visitor centre advised me to go to Mirror Lake. I double checked with the rentals shop at Lake Louise on the same day. Turned out avalanche risk was extremely high on that day... They should definitely inform themselves more!
Beautiful place
This was an extremely helpful visitors center. I received all the details I needed regarding the "usual sights" as well as local tips on how to get off the beaten path.
Visitor center is ok.
Clean and informative visitors centre
I think they need to tell everything about wht you can do hear. Whose going there first time.
Beautiful!
Helpful staff.
Not a lot in terms of gift shop
Lake Louise is beautiful. Go there.
Spectacular place too crowded
Awesome
The lake is amazing, even when it’s still frozen.
Cool views and great overall environment.
(Translated) The snow is beautiful. The Bow River flows nearby. Nearby restaurants offer a variety of options for travelers. Lake Louise is located in Banff National Park, Canada, 56 km west of Banff Township and is Banff's most famous lake. Because the lake contains minerals flowing under the glacier, the sun is clear blue-green, as beautiful as sapphire, and is known as the "sapphire of the Rocky Mountains." Unbelievable
A place is to be important to stop. Where you can get maps, explanations and updates. The workers are kind and give important tips!
I'm really shocked. They are not even able to grant a pass for the Morraine Lake parking lot, while my wife is pregnant and it is a high-risk pregnancy. They prefer that she take the risk of walking, waiting for a shuttle. How can anyone be so inhuman.
The scene was sooo breathtaking thank you father God for allowing me to see the beauty of your worked ❤❤❤????????
Nice displays, a place to sit and helpful staff!
Wonderful place
Very Helpful for Tourists
Helpful staff. Lots of people.
Nice people and very helpful
Its a spacious visitor center maybe because of the high ceiling. And the washrooms are nice and clean. Isn't why we always stop at a visitor center?
Very good!!!
Loved it
Very helpful staff
Great place to crash during wet day. They have nice little exhibition about mountains and wildlife. Really friendly and helpful staff. Free wifi. Thanks
good
Spectacular
Beautiful. Period.
People there were really patient and helpful. Thanks!
Great views
Beautiful
Magnificent views. Love ???????? it.
They’re in a maintenance so it was a temporary one but the staff was really nice and very informative. She gave me a lot of information around this area and a lot of maps as well which were totally needed for me. Recommend definitely stop by at first.
amazing view and place
Very cold
Love it !
Beautiful place to enjoy the nature
Amazing people at the visitor centre they try there best to help out
Amazing place
Friendly staff, easy to get maps and learn about the attractions.
Amazing
Clean facilities, and helpful staff.
Free wifi and tons of help!!
Nice view
I would give this place a negative 10. They put so much physical distancing barriers in front of the entrance that it made it very difficult for disabled people in the elderly to access the facility. Some of their barriers were also tripping hazards. When I talked to the staff they were very rude and this is very disappointing considering their park employees. I think some disability sensitivity training needs to be done. We disabled have accessibility rights and you could not put physical blockages in front of the doors. This is also a fire hazard. The bathroom had some fancy hand dryer extending off for the water tap and it was not clearly marked. How the heck is somebody who is visually impaired supposed to find this? I was unable to find it. Nice to see that the federal government it's not up to par on disability access rights. When I mention these things to the stop they were very rude to me and it is disgusting that they would argue back to a disabled person. Putting all these blockages in front of the doors causes more pain and suffering to disable Community as we are trying to get from point A to point B in the shortest distance and this is forcing us to endure hindrances that we do not need.
You can find lots of information here before you set out to the great outdoors.
Paying for parking lot is additional expense to see the view.
Good place for info
The water is crystal clear love the place,it's definitely worth visiting the parking space is limited, you shall give your more wait time.
Too busy, didn't even get the chance to go see the lake as the roads were closed cause there was no parking spots available, there are shuttles but we had a dog so basically hiking is the only option , but when it's raining you're basically can't go see the lake.
Very nice staff. Very helpful
Very nice visitor centre, complete with washrooms and even a few shops and a liquor store!!!
Beautiful place
One of the more stunning Visitor Centres in the Parks. Large with plenty of staff to help accommodate visitors. We wanted to add a fourth onto our backcountry camping permit, they easily did it with zero hassle. Very friendly.
Clean public washrooms!
Free WiFi but slow.
Very busy..
Great Staff
WOW..
(Translated) === EN === (FR BELLOW) I stayed there when it was raining and I get the free wifi, very usefull. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only "negative" point is that they miss some table and more chairs for people who stay I little time. Anyway, it's also a very beautiful place with a little museum inside and some animals decorations (ses pictures) Very good thank you :) === FR === I stopped there for a while when it was raining. I found an open and free wifi there: super useful. The employees are very nice and ready to help. The only "negative" point would be the lack of tables and chairs for people staying there a little time.
Serene views, but I hated the crowd and it's pretty disorganized in terms of parking.
GOOD
Amazing place. We could not find a parking spot close to the lake. One of the most friendly women at the information centre recommended taking the trail to the lake. It was 2.8 km hike with a lot of amazing views. It took 45 min with a child. Hiking child carrier is a most. Enjoy your trip :)
Lake Louise is one of the most beautiful places on the planet
Info, passes and permits, WiFi and presentations all under one roof.
Friendly and efficient tellers with a lot of guiding experience. Free wifi and information. I really enjoyed each conversation with the representative.
We slept there for a few hours
Helpful place and great attention. Important: in summer Lake Louise parking is full most of the time, but in the visitor center usually there is parking free for 2 hours so my advice is to park there and then take a shuttle to the Lake and then go back in the bus. Is easier. If you are planing canoeing in the lake then that option can be tight with time.
Best vistor center in Canada.
Really helpful staff with all the information
Excellent place to get info about Lake Louise.
Clean washrooms, friendly staff
Just look at that view and you will be in love of that wonderful place...
Friendly knowledgable staff, clean place, beautiful washroom (ya I know that's a little weird) with taps/air dryers combo I've never seen before! Tip.. read instructions first! Lol
