Women working behind the counter today around 4 pm don’t properly greet you when entering the cafe and don’t give you the total and St and there starting at u waiting for you to give them the right amount feel like there was a major lack in communication and they made it feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Absolutely one of the best coffees I’ve had

Clean and friendly. Obviously understaffed and I really appreciate the effort the only lady working their had put in to serve the flocks of visitors on such a busy weekend right after restrictions were lifted. However, the menu is limited and the food was average ( ordered buffalo chicken sandwich) as far as quality and portions go. Coffee isn’t that great either. I totally understand how overwhelming can serving people be so Again, thank you! You did your best!

Short lady speaking spanish was really unwelcoming, can hear her nagging her colleague infront of customers, what a great way to start a cup of coffee early in the morning,gave us the wrong order and the lady after us and the guy after that lady. Lol, totally mess up.

I was exhausted by the travelling I had to do because of the full parking at Lake Louise. I was hungry so I decided to come to this Cafe at around 4 in the afternoon, and I was amazed by the customer service by the young lady, I felt like I was welcomed here. The food was just amazing and well presented. Professional style. Overall I just love the food and the customer service and I would recommend everyone to try this place out. Thank you Javalanche Cafe for a great service and amazing experience.

Closed on a tuesday morning... to bad. Took my business to the other coffee place by the visitor centre. I go there everyday. Not worth going there to find out they are closed when i can go to the place that is always OPEN

Driving home, thought we would "shop local", to grab a bite to eat and coffee. Well, staff was pleasent, but very expensive stop for a muffin, piece of bread, and chai latte. Plus no washroom available, told us to use the information place, but they were closed, so then told to use the gas station, but the signs clearly state, customer use only! Muffin turned out to taste awful, and only able to drink half the chai, as there were numerous leaves in my drink. No return visit from us.

We actually stopped to go in the place next door but so painfully slow to just get a table we opted for the Javalanche. Good sandwich and very quick service. Good quick stop roadside option.

Great coffee place that hit the spot! The lady behind the counter was very nice & accommodating and got our drinks ready in no time. Unfortunately they didn't make Decaf Latte but my lady settled for hot chocolate. There were plenty of cakes, cookies, etc available so we got 2 slices of cake and they were great. One may have been from the previous day but due to the very very reasonable pricing I didn't mind at all. Plus, I prefer that over shops throwing out perfectly good food every day. Will stop here for coffee again!

Staff are great - very friendly and very accommodating with adjusting orders for dietary needs. The food tastes SO good. Prices are what you would expect for a tourist location but it was over half the price of what our hotel wanted for a breakfast sandwich.

Double Espresso was good. My $12 sandwich weighed about 100 grams. It did come with a bag of chips.

A wrap and a bag of chips is $13...and the wrap is about 4 inches long. Tasted decent enough but the portions are tiny.

Great place to eat. Looks very nice. Had a breakfast sandwich, it was pretty good. Didn't get any time estimation for when my sandwich would be done, though. Only negative thing I have to say.

Ordered 2 regular coffees. 10 minutes later they started brewing the coffee as the 3 carafes were empty. A coffee shop should always have brewed coffee on and ready especially at 11am! They then tried to just let the machine brew right into my cup... ewww being coffee is their thing you'd think they'd know this goes against coffeee making techniques. One girl stood there completely clueless while the other 2 worked around her. The man was rude too. Such useless people that do not know good coffee!

Ordered the Veggie Sandwich few days ago. Supposed to have spinach and onions. Came with lettuce no onions. Heard short lady with long hair say "It's fine as long as we make a sale." Disappointed will not be back.

Just left just from having such a terrible experience. I never write reviews but hope someone reads this so that they spare themselves. Firstly, wifi was so slow I couldnt pull anything up. I could literally now tell you exactly who is sleeping with whom in this city as their conversation was so loud. I ended up just leaving because I couldnt stand hearing i cant wait to get drunk tonight one more time. It's a Wednesday at 2pm. Do you even understand how unprofessional that is? They started doing a we are almost done with 1 hour and 15 minutes to go every few minutes. So loud I couldnt rake it anymore. Won't be back and hope this business changes things ASAP.

Came off the highway for bathroom break (located in the adjacent gas station (nice n clean). The coffee shop we met an extremely polite and friendly young lady from New Zealand, who really makes a great Macchiato! Enjoy

Worker wih black curly hair was extremely unfriendly. Didn’t greet me when I walked in and could barely stand to look up when speaking with me. She was too busy fiddling with her black curly hair. As someone with a child looking for a washroom, I didn’t think my question needed to wait 10 minutes to be addressed and with that much attitude. Hopefully any future careers she chooses she adjusts her piss poor attitude. It isn’t hard to greet and smile to people.

The gentleman behind the counter was professional and polite - he seemed to be the only one working when I arrived. He took our order and the coffees were made quickly. The flavor was flat - one wouldnt be able to make out any notes the beans possessed. It wasnt the best coffee I'd ever had but definitely not the worst.

This place is unbelievably good, staff can look a but overwhelmed by the high flow of tourists but they always pull through, a must if ur driving by Lake Louise and craving a warm drink! Also, I recommend the turkey club sandwich, it's crazy good!

So, we went here because the Trail head Cafe across the road had a line out the door and around the corner. This place was dead. We went inside to be greeted to a empty showcase of what should have been, judging by their menu, doughnuts, and other baked goods. We ordered 2 caramel macchiatos. They were decent, thats what got this place 3 stars. The fourth star came from the speed in which we had our order vs waiting at the trail head cafe.
