We just had a terrible experience at Norgate today. I went to Provigo with my son. We bought groceries. Packed them into my van with the receipt and my son don’t forget. I had ordered pizza ahead. Picked it up across the street and when I got back no more than 10 minutes later they were trying to tow my van with my kid in it..??! The person working there was very rude. He missed the fact that I was a paying client and my son was in the car with our purchase. Scary experience. Buyer beware!!! Money grubbers. Con men. False Positive Buddy!!!!! Go harass your mamma and leave us good folk alone.

Towed.. no clear signs, they hold the car in a private parking without ways to recovered cause was closed!!, I DON'T RECOMMEND GOING TO THAT MALL, PLEASE AVOID GOING THERE, ABUSIVE PRACTICE WITH TOWING......

I've been to better malls than this one. Pharmaprix here is a disappointment and so is the Tim Hortons. Find the photocopy place suspicious. The only businesses I got no issue with is the pizza place and the Beauty Hera. But as mention in the previous comments, BEWARE OF THE TOW SHARKS!

Ok shopping mall, but the parking is pretty horrible. The towing company is brutal and crazy quick to tow you if you dare step one foot outside the area or cross the street. Sometimes they even tow you anyway and expect you to pay for their mistake only to be reimbursed (maybe) later. Yeah right...

Other than sometimes they come and towing your car very arrogant towing drivers and bunch of scams and one guy showed up and telling me not to tell anyone about towing their car cause I'm not allowed to tell So I gave him the honorfinger and told him to disappear from my face . It's a great place to shop you got everything you need.

Towing company are snakes waiting to strike. In and out in a few mins. Real aholes. Charged me when they moved my car 50ft and still on the lot. Law states otherwise. Had I known.

worst mall on the whole island of montreal, I hope the owner is reading this and takes note. if you think its normal to tow people right away you have big issues.. especially when there's multiple spots available. I literally went to marche yasmine. On the same block of the mall just right next to the pharmaprix and I get towed. I'll make sure word get's out to make people not come here. terrible terrible towing company you have employed. such a scam that's going on at this mall its legit crazy how you haven't been reported to the authorities yet.wish I can give you - stars. pos

went to tim hortons in the mall. came out my car was towed. they said they have video footage of me leaving the mall. I have my receipt and I was with someone. still fighting it. enjoy thinking about if there going to tow your car or not

Parked here for "30 minutes", went across the street to pick up food before going to the pharmaprix in the mall. Got towed within 15 minutes according to the receipt and didn't get the car back until an HOUR later. Car was parked almost 20 minutes walk away and there was someone with essential tremor with me. Tow company was incredibly unsympathetic. Never park or shop here again unless you want to pay 125$, waste an hour of time and walk for 20 minutes with your groceries.

Same problem, i got towed because when i left my car i went to buy a few tomatoes just across the street before i went to Provigo to do my usual weekly shopping; the guy who towed me said people were taking the subway ! wow i guess i went for a 5 min subway ride...i told him he could wait 15 min before towing any car.... i guess i woul have to take my car get across the street park there for 5 min and come back with my car to norgate to do my shopping ...WHAT A GIMMICK!! of course i ll never go back to any of the stores at NORGATE! i ll make a point NEVER TO PURCHASE ANYTHING AT THAT MALL..... hpoe you all do the same.

Shame on you for towing peoples car for no reason, they even have people checking cameras and following people to see if they go in to the store there or not. i saw one person getting food at the jasmine restaurant and then going to pharmaprix to get a few things and his car was towed because he went first to jasmine 5 minutes. I AM NOT AFFECTED PERSONALLY BY THIS, but its still a shame they do this....

It's not bad,Tim hortan, provigo, pharmaprix, pizza, rbc bank, Indian grocery store is also near, nd its near to cote-vertu metro station. So, you can get your daily bases things.

I also got towed, for leaving the parking lot for 10-15 minutes, before coming back and making purchases at both the Pharmaprix and the Tim Horton's. The mall owner has the lot watched in person and on camera and will have you towed the second you set foot out of the parking lot for any reason, even if you first shopped at one of the stores.

NEVER NEVER NEVER!!!!! GO SHOPPING AT PHARMAPRIX OR PROVIGO OR ANY OF THE STORES IN THE NORGATE MALL. I went to go buy groceries at provigo and my son called me and said he needed 3 dollars for his sandwich which he purchased at Jasmeen. I looked out the window and there was a tow truck towing my car within 3 minutes. They watch your every move!! I explained to the tow truck man I purchased at provigo heres my bill. He first called me a liar, until I showed him my bill. But he said doesnt matter I left the premises for 2 minutes it was illegal. I will NOT let this one go. Doesnt make sense!!!!!

I had the same towing problem and when I complained the owner started yelling at me in a threatening tone of voice and then started acting belligerent towards me. I will be boycotting all the stores in that shopping centre from now on and I recommend everyone else do the same.

My car was towed for a 5 minutes stop going at the metro station filling up my daughter opus card. But what those thief's doesn't know is, I was going to Provigo to do some shopping after that. It cost me $100.00 to get my cat back. I did not go to Provigo after the incident and I will never go back there. We were doing our grocery shopping at that Provigo every week and also doing some shopping at the Pharmaprix but not anymore. Mrs. Provigo and Pharmaprix will be loosing a lot more than the $100.00 that I had to pay to get my car back. I hope that those thief's are happy with what they took from my pocket and being responsible from the lost that Provigo and Pharmaprix will have to accumulate from me not going there anymore and hopefully all other who had to face the same situation.

I've been shopping from this mall for more than 2 years. yesterday when I was shopping in the store for 10 minutes, they towed my car which was parked on the parking. It was horrible and I was forced to pay 100 bill for towing. The towing company is saying that I went to another store (which is exactly besides the parking area and its name is Yasmine) which is not supported by this parking area. I was shopping from both provigo and yasmine like I always do for 2 years and There is no sign that you can not go to that specific store. It says its for the customers of the shopping mall. I showed my Provigo receipt, but they did't care . I won't go there again till they fix the issue. It is a clear fraud happening under their watch. I was in hurry to do a quick shopping and go back to work from home. but I lost the whole day finding my car with all my documents inside it
