The rink workers are not will to budge for ice time, regardless of open ice time slots. So if you like 50mins right on the dot this is the place. You like watching open ice just sit there after your dressed and ready to go, come here

Tried to book my wedding with them. Not only did the employee not email us after we went by twice. But when she finally told my fiance we could meet her there. She had called in sick, and no one informed us so we waited there for her with no phone call or email to inform us. On top of that, her receptionist apologizes and takes our number AGAIN and says she will call us back Tuesday. It's now Thursday and we haven't heard so much as a "I am so sorry I didn't show up or notify you" Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and quite frankly, rude. I will not be contacting them for future events .

I do not recommend the Lasalle Stompers Soccer Club, ESPECIALLY the adult league O18. I have had many negative experiences over the few years that I have been involved with the club. I have personally been involved with negative coaching and playing encounters.

This is a very good local recreation facility. They have great out door facilities with a number of great baseball, soccer fields, skate park, splash pad and outdoor building/pavilion. They also have a great walking track around the Vollmer complex. The indoor facility has two ice rinks, workout gym, track, pool and a number of recreation rooms. It also has a concession with a good variety of hot and cold snacks. The facility has a plenty of parking spaced around both the indoor and outdoor areas. However, during soccer season and special events it can get congested. Check the town website or with the Vollmer information desk for more information on activities at the facility.

Our family has had good experiences at Vollmer although the fumes of chlorine are extremely strong and at times overwhelming. It lingers many hours after you've left the facilities.

The location is isolating and inconvenient. The town of LaSalle really missed an opportunity for a condensed walkabout town centre whenever they decided to build this complex in the middle of nowhere.

We went swimming as a group and were not told of the changes and had to scramble for adults to swim so 7 little kids could go. 45 min after we were notified we could pay to rent a lifegaurd. After 7 girls sat with life jackets while other girls swam.

We love having the Vollmer Centre so close to home. The centre has two ice rinks, a pool, gym, indoor walking track, party rooms, as well as a new playground and splash pad. There are also several soccer fields on the property. A wonderful place for kids to be active and social.

Thought we'd take the kids swimming today cause i remember this place being fun a couple years ago. We will never go back. So strict now. They told me the kids have to be close to us while swimming even though they know how to swim or wear a life jacket and they can swim where they please. Me and my hubby got out of the pool because our 2 year old was freaking out and 5 minutes later the kids come running to us saying their not allowed to swim without a parent in the pool even though we were watching them and they had life jackets on. The life guards are rude. There's so many stupid rules with the toys and floaties they have it's ridiculous. And my daughter was not allowed to wear her puddle jumper. We will not be going back. No wonder it's so cheap to get in. Worst 20$ i ever spent thats forsure though.

Reserved for public skating a day in advance and was told that they are at capacity and cannot honour my reservation when i showed up with my children. Skate time was 3:00 to 3:50, we got there at 3:05. They said they only hold reservations for 5-10 min when we showed up. Kids are now upset and I am very perturbed. Very unorganized and callous workers. No where on my receipt does it say I have to be there at 3pm on the dot.

I dropped in there today at 11:30 and although there was six staff members at the front desk no one could give me a tour of the facility. They sent me upstairs 2 Fitness. And there was nobody up there. I don't know who's managing the place but they're not on site.

Worst service I ever received!! My join basketball class for my son . 4 time in a raw classes cancelled Nd they never informed cancellation. I takes 20 mins to go there . I asked for refund and I called 4 time to speak with team lead. Every time they said they emailed to call me but never heard back
