Where are the deals?

On Saturday I was at the store and needed help finding multiple jeans 3 different sizes to purchase for my friends in Cuba. I was helped by Elizabeth who turned out to be exactly the kind of person you want to have help you. She was friendly, kind, understanding, knowledgeable and an absolutely pleasure to deal with. Thank you for all your help, truly appreciated. Will definitely be back!! All the jeans are packed and ready to go to cuba.

Sales person too busy on their phone, was not acknowledged. I was in the store for 15 minutes, no one asked if I needed assistance. Very POOR customer service! Excellent product, poor customer service.

Maybe I was expecting something along the lines of a Factory store, or outlet, because this is just a store which sells Levis clothing, which you can probably find cheaper at a Walmart. Its like the M&Ms store in Niagara falls where you pay more than you would at Walmart or a grocery store for the same product. The Guess factory store, Banana Republic, and especially the Columbia store all have great deals compared to their "Shopping Mall" counterparts. But the Levi's store is now exactly like you'd find at Birch Run, or the St Jacobs outlets or other Tanger outlets. Just an outdoor mall store.
