Got a haircut by Tiffany and I can’t begin to express how satisfied I am with the service. She was AMAZING!!! She was patient, heard out my requirements and gave exactly what I want. The way she she took her time to cut the hair, I knew it this is gonna be goodddd. I am not going anywhere else for haircut. I definitely recommend Tiffany and this location (as they are the only ones open on a sunday).

What a great location! Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ashley, who was a prime example of quality Customer Service. She was warm, hospitable, and provided great service. She maintained good conversation and made the experience a breeze. In addition, the haircut was excellent and the location clean and well maintained. Also to add, the store has a policy that should a customer walk in right before closing, they would still accept them. That is an example of warm hospitality, and kind courtesy. Keep up the great work!!

UPDATE: I just wanted to react to the business’s response to my review below. It’s just a tactic to mislead people reading it that there could be a chance to work out a problem. unfortunately the reality is that after I was dismissed by the manager of this location, I escalated my problem to her boss who also dismissed me completely and expressed that they didn’t care loosing my business they rather keep the $20 I was hoping to get back returning the product I had no use of... It is sad really as my kid haircut was good so for that, I was about to convince myself to drive there regularly... original review: Purchased 2 hair products, I asked how soon I had to return the one I didnt want. was said: “not to worry about it” I moved 30km away and have no business going there so I “did not worry about it”. When I tried to return it; they said NO. They said the receipt said 30 days. And yes it did, but I was a trusting person who was there first time in her life and trusted the manager’s word vs asking her to put it in writing or look at her receipt. Unopened, but they dont take it back nor do they offer store credit or anything really. It is entirelly my damage! This was escalated but didnt get any empathy or willingness to work with me and find a compromise. Dismissed all together. Back in August I was trying to get highlight. We agreed to do the cap version. She was poking my head so painfully I had to ask her to stop. She refused to service me after that. There were so many people waiting that after all this I just left in tears. they knew it was my birthday btw. So much about this business...

Booked an appointment for 5 o’clock. No one told me that walks come first . Waited for 30 mins with two more people in front me before leaving... not impressed. I drove 30 mins after work just to go. Maybe inform clients booking an appointment for that walks in comes first, complete waste of my time . Thank you so much everything

Had some super poofy waves going on looking like I had wavy helmet needed a hair cut. Was in La Salle core and see there was a BoRics. Walk in name number taken. Waited about 6 min called to a chair.Gave cut request (get rid of waves and helmet head)and done correctly super satisfied . I will be back in about 4 weeks. Staff friendly and cheerful .
