Store located in Windsor crossing outlet mall in Town of LaSalle, ON. Good choice of clothing at a discount price. Sizes can be a hit or miss sometimes. For example a shirt size M would be too big for a person who normally wears medium size shirt/t-shirt. Overall, good experience.

I have purchased items from this store on multiple occasions and in my experience they consistently offer terrible customer service. When I walk into the store there is no greeting and when I say “hello” to the staff, there is no answer. More often I am ignored by the staff and have been walked by and not asked if I need assistance finding anything. Columbia does have descent quality products and the store is clean and well organized, however, in my opinion this stores atrocious service out weights my desire to purchase anything from here. If anyone else has had similar experiences at this location, and is looking for a comparable brand. Arc’teryx sells outdoor apparel that is better quality and not much more expensive than Columbia and Arc’teryx also has an online outlet store. I have purchased a winter jacket, shoes and various apparel and I am more than pleased with the quality and durability. This is my go to brand now. I’d rather wait 7-10 days for shipping, get a better product and not have to deal with rude people.

Hadn't been in for quite some time so checked out what was new about it - no much. Still has a lot of good Columbia branded merchandise but overall the prices have jumped quite a bit and the sale prices are what the regular ones were a year ago, but then that is probably a common theme today in most places. Though, not quite the pricing you would expect from an outlet store!

store lies and return policy is awful. i wanted to return a brand new jacket no damage with tags never worn and they declined to return the item because they were running a discount and they said items cannot be returned if there is a discount, it was not on clearance! the sales rep name was Ashur and the managers name was Zobia. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE AS FAR AS POSSIBLE, ORDER ONLINE ITS BETTER ALONG WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
