It's a quiet, small mall with a Valu Mart grocery store, Dollarama, a ladies clothing store, gift store, Photo Master and some medical clinics and Doctors. There is a fairly new Tim Hortons with Drive through on the corner.

Let's do the positives first Frederick mall offers lots of parking. The mall is clean and has a value mart attached with a full hot deli. There is a pool hall on the side and a afew chain restaurants in the plaza. The mall unfortunately is not what it used to be quite afew small mom and pop stores have closed down. Not alot of variety other then for a haircut, banking at Scotia or grocies sadly.

CIBC bank with ATM , Dollarama, life labs, value Mart, thrift for mission store , convinience store , sewing machine store, optimitrist, wedding planner, physiotherapist, massage, barber, photography and framing, a cefe and subway!!! It's a full fledged mall !!! Not crowded and on top of it a Tim Hortons!!!

Nice location. Good array of shops for quick stops. Dollarama and a grocery store ate good add-ons to a small mall, but that's most of what it has to offer. The subway is a good one and the life labs here is usually one of the fastest aswell!

A visit to the optometrist led me back to this mall. I've only been a couple of times since we moved to the other side of town. They built an external Tim Hortons! However, they still seem to be doing work inside the mall.

I love this mall and my community it's clean, the stores are stocked well and all the staff are friendly ,kind and extremely helpful when needed as well. I would definitely say it's a little gem that has survived along time and alot longer to come. God bless you all.

Enjoyed the comic store with independent artists work. Can even make your own comic book if you are inclined. Good selection of comic toys etc. Mall is clean and open.

Parking lot all redone finally. Looks great! Value Mart a good grocery store to top up on items or stop by heading home from work. Dollar store always handy in the mall. I go here regularly.

Your parking lot that you spent heavy $$ on had a massive sinkhole at the bank entrance and no one has put a barrier up to avoid that sinkhole. You can't see it till its almost too late. I'll send you my bill for my front end and I suggest others do the same!

Frederick mall pharmacy is super fast and beyond helpful and friendly. Been his customer since they open many years ago. Drop by and ask for Ramsey. You will never want to go back to your pharmacist.

Quiet in the mall for a long weekend. Vaccines at drop in clinic. Dollar store was busy. Comic store and photo shop open. Sewing machines and dresses as well as valu mart are open. Barber shop open.

It is one dead mall. The movie theatre closed. If you like pool I guess then you are set. There is a grocery store and Dollarama. It works for a quick pick up place but not some big glamorous place.

Small and unfinished/under refurbishment, not sure which. It may be a great place when it's finished and all the shops are open, but right now it's a bit sad. I took someone to the lifelabs there, which took us a while to find, as it was hidden behind some scaffolding. I hope it will fulfill the potential.

This mall doesn't seem to know what it wants to become. They lost the cinema, and a few tenants in the mall, although the grocery store anchor remains. The "food court", well, isn't much of anything. On the bright side, it's not abandoned, there has been a cosmetic upgrade outside, and the parking lot has been repaved and revamped. The owners seem to be trying, and it certainly could be a lot worse!

The problem is the completely illegal hand rail (or lack of) at main entrance. It's loose and is isolated to the right of the stairs. What if that's the side of your cane? Scary and completely useless. Waiting for law suit.
