After having a bad experience at another vet office in town I am beyond happy with every visit to Chickopee Hills. Very polite, amicable and caring staff. When my pet became ill and had to have lots of medical attention and then be euthanized, the staff was extremely caring and considerate. Chickopee sent a rose to my home as well as made a donation to a veterinary college in my pet's name. We received a heartfelt card from our vet and this devastating experience could not have been handled better. Thank you Chickopee Hills for taking care of Zef, Bodhi and Ultra like your own. <3

This small little plaza has some great unique things in it. Robert's box meats us anything in terms of meat you'll ever need. Plenty of other things like a veterinary clinic, some Italian shops for authentic Italian food products. It's never full and always has lots of parking. I don't think it's the most popular plaza, but it's definitely a hidden treasure.

This Centre has several shops, including a pharmacy, veterinary clinic/pet store, Italian grocery shop, play area for kids/cafe for adults and a meat shop etc. The parking is often adequate, with plenty parking spots even during peak times and weekends.

Wheelchair accessibility leaves alot to be desired. No automatic doors at Robert's or the psychologist area. The cement that makes a ramp is deteriorating badly and is very hard to get up or down . Almost popped out of my chair lol. Even if the entrance doors were a little wider it would help- if they can't afford automatic . So if you are mobility challenged then be warned.

Bit of an older shopping center. Doesn't have any clothes shops or gift shops. However there is a European store Wich is a must visit if you are looking for any foods from Europe be it meats or dry goods. Overall the place is old and could use an updated exterior. Not much to go crazy about.

Fantastic place. So clean. Great staff. Good music. Definately only for kids 6 and under. Even has an activity room with crafts, puppets, etc. You can eat inside the playground area, but only their food.
