There was a fire at this location and most offices have set up temporary locations except for Service Ontario. Customers wanting to renew their sticker are being directed out of town. Why hasn't a temporary location been set up in Kirkland Lake?

I mean, you HAVE to go to one no matter the reviews. Some of the employees are sassy, some are lovely... But they all get the job done!

I came in 30 minutes prior to the end of their day and it was the last day prior to my license expiring, so essentially the 11th hour! I honestly thought that they would be angry, but all of the girls attitudes were so positive and light! They were making jokes and even including me in their conversations. I want to give them the recognition that they deserve. They were well hired!!

Went here on a Wednesday because all locations in london are closed and this location says it is open on google AND the Ontario.ca website has this location open as well. Well I drove here (35 mins) and guess what? CLOSED what a waste of time, please update this!!

Hours of operation are bad only 9-1 mon-fri, hard for people that work during the week but they get people threw quickly. Would be nice if they do some Saturdays.

The reps are always so knowledgeable, patient and kind hearted. This visit was no different! What a great service center, they instructed covid protocols clearly to the people in line (telling us to move up to the lines, etc) and she let me run to my car bc I forgot my vehicle registration while she continued updating my info. Overall, she was so quick at helping with the half dozen things I was there for and didn't have a hint of impatience, which makes all the difference when I'm at their mercy bc i don't know anything lol I always dread going to Ontario Service bc of the potential lines but as always I got great service and left happy regardless of the wait.

I went here today at lunch and there was a sign on the door saying it was closed until further notice due to COVID-19 but also had a sign saying Open Mon-Fri 9am to 1pm and the doors were locked. I called service Ontario and they told me the service I needed completed couldn't be done over the phone and I had to do it in person at one of their locations.... It's very frustrating trying to complete this and being sent around in circles. I called the location and the lady on the phone was terribly rude, hung up the phone on me, and wouldn't answer when I called back.
