Had an issue with my wife's laptop , wasn't working properly . It took them a little longer than expected but they completely waved the regular fee. The lap top is back to perfect working order and I couldn't be happier . Great business to have in Kirkland lake and would recommend anyone to their services .

I am from out of town working here for a few weeks and my phone stopped charging with the cable so when I went to get myself a wireless charger to have a phone for the few weeks, (I’m assuming the owner) the man in the store asked to see my phone spent a few minutes with it and came back with a phone that was charging no problem. Very nice guys with very good customer service and would recommend to anyone needing something up this direction.

They won't answer the phone ever. I left a message with my phone number. Waited over 2 weeks and they still never got back to me. I also question their computer repair skills. I am a labourer and have fixed 3 or 4 computers that they couldn't for friends.

My computer has been in the shop for over 3 months. He said that a power supply unit would be coming on the 1st of September. I called a few days after, and then a few more days after, when they said it wasn't done yet. I have had a few issues with this place before, but its the only shop in town. Not impressed
