Was waiting in drive thru for such a long time and when I got to place my order using coupons they would not take any more than 2 orders per vehicle and there were 4 ppl in my vehicle each paying for their own meal... next time I won't be moving ahead... I will back up traffic to make a point if I have to... this is just plain stupid... how hard is it to take extra orders for the same vehicle.... not hard at all... just LAZY... I owned a fast food place and if a customer drove up to my window with orders for a dozen ppl they would get the same courteosity as the next person with only 1 order!!

I have traveled all across Canada and this is by far the worst customer service I have had yet. The entire order was wrong. I had to go back 3 times to fix my big mac alone. I asked for extra mac sauce and I got none. When I went back the manager working gave me a pack of mac sauce and said "here, or would you like for me to take it and put it on for you". Unbelievable!

Terrible, absolutely terrible. The head manager Rob is terrible, very verbally abusive and treats his employees horribly. And don't even get me started on the filth that store is in. Mold and water damage every where, stories of rodents running around in the kitchen, a very dingy atmosphere. 1/10 if the terrible food and atmosphere isn't enough to keep you away then the health and safety violations should.

This is the littest spot in Liverpool. Besides falling to alcoholism, hanging out at "Don's" is one of the only things you can do in Liverpool from October to May, besides going to a Jr. B or Midget A game. And really even of you're going to a hockey game you know you're gonna stop into Macca's. As for customer service, as long as they're better than Tim's they don't have anything to worry about because where else are you gonna take your business? And trust me, they have Tim's beat handily.

This McDonald's isn't like any other one in the province. This one runs on "Nugget Sauce" currency. Nothing like getting charged nugget sauce for something that's free on the kiosk or at any other store. They use unstanderized containers for the strangest of stuff. If they screw up they fight with you over your order. I lived for years in St. John's and didn't realize how good I had it. The food is ok when it's busy, but frequently screwed up. Stay away or not prepare to be nickeled and dimed.

This is one of the worst McDonalds that I have ever ate in. The floors are dirty as the road outside, the staff could care less about the pop machine being out of CO2, (Pop is flat), there were no napkins, the service was extremely slow, the ice machine had no ice, when I told staff about no napkins, pop machine they said that they could care less. No staff member left from behind the counter to check on anything in the lobby. The staff is extremely lazy.

I went in got my meal sat down and realized it would be nice to have a pack of Big Mac sauce with my burger at first I looked to see if there were any around but none to be found because they hide it away and charge you for it instead so anyway I asked behind the counter for a single packet of the stuff and I was told I would have to pay .30 for that small condiment..... Worst mcdonalds I have ever been to! I only ordered a $5 meal and was parked and told to wait for the fries.... there are now FIVE cars parked! Are you kidding me? I'm from Hamilton ontario, the only time you get parked there is if you have a huge order. How is this Mcdonalds even functioning? It's the lunch rush and you run out of fries? There arent even that many people inside. Head office needs to look into this Mcdonalds. I just watched a truck sit at the 2nd window for 5 minutes waiting for 4 coffees. I'm still waiting for my fries and it's been more than 10 minutes..... last time this happened here my fries werent even hot.

Menus are too fast transitioning. Also, when standing back to make sense of the menu, I get asked multiple times before I am ready, almost as soon as I get in through the door. The drivethrough menus are bad as well. However, I usually know what I want before going. The food is great otherwise, fries are warm with right amount of salt.

McDonalds is the lowest on my list of preferences when it comes to similar burger and fries fast food for my tastes. All the other places offer better versions of burgers or fries or nuggets, but its fine to eat there. This location is fine, and just off the highway about halfway between Halifax and Yarmouth.

Unfortunately this has been one of the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. My first experience I thought was a one off, however, upon returning multiple times, it has not improved. There is a reason the lines for the Tim Horton's drive-thru are always out the parking lot and this McDonald's is empty. Sometimes the food even comes at lukewarm temperatures and not hot like other locations.

Drive thru is very fast, it's not very often I get pulled to the line to wait for an order, on top of that, I always order a custom item, and it's always correct. I am very impressed with the with staff here, keep it up guys, you are exceptional. Grand falls mcdonalds is the by far the best experience I've had, thanks so much for your years of service, special shout out to the mangers, they run the place very well.

My order gets messed up almost every time. I went inside asked that I get everything made the way I asked. I only got two burgers this time. They made them both incorrectly. Slow service. All day, every day. Plan for at least 10 minutes in the drive through during meal time. Minimum 5 minutes even if there is no one else in sight. Always check your order before driving away. 95% of the time there is something incorrect. Even if you just want a coffee.

I don't know how but almost every time I order here they mess it up some how. ordered a mc chicken meal today and for the 3rd time they managed to mess it up. nothing besides bun and chicken. I get sometimes they might not do it right, but constantly is just ridiculous.

I might have taken a pic , everything was very dirty even the tables that the janitorial girl hair wiped off..! There were pierces of lettuces on top of the tables and food leftovers on the chairs...very bad hygiene.
