Soon to be the second largest mall in our city, Polo Park has some pretty good shopping options. It's easy to spend a fortune, and some prices can be a little crazy at some of the stores, but I think that's all part of the "mall experience." Guest services is top notch, and there are awesome food court selections. Parking is usually ok, unless you go there during the Christmas season. During the holidays your stress levels will be through the roof, and Polo Park can be a soul crushing experience. Overall though, a decent facility.

This Mall was a fun place to spend a Sunday, true it was a bit crowded, it was well organised and structured in a way that made sense, i had alot of fun there, go visit the Vans shop when there, or the Steve Madden one, I'm obsessed with their shoe selections.

There's lots of parking, considering it's in downtown, and the parking is all free. Pretty large with a good selection of stores. It's also easy to get to, with entrance right off of the Trans Canada.

Good mall overall but I find that the layout isn't all that great compared to some of the other malls. Just one long strip with 2 levels. I do appreciate that this mall has a better selection of stores. Typically it is clean, plenty of parking and the food court has a good variety of options.

Fantastic shopping mall. Great prices, friendly store assistants. Always happy to greet you, gets quite annoying as they literally jump on you in every store asking if you need help. Brilliant food court. Can't wait to go back.

Polo park mall is an odd place to shop now. It's mostly empty of people yet when you get to the stores areas half are open and half are closed. Those that are open have long lines to get in due to capacity issues...there are other stores with no customers at all. Good luck getting into Apple store, Aritzia, Bath and Body Works... All in all...we left without entering one store. Just not worth it.

If malls are your thing, come experience the best Winnipeg has to off. There is a large number of stores here which are bound to have whatever you're looking for. At the end of the day, I get it, that's what a mall is meant for. If malls aren't your scene to begin with, and you only go to places like this out of necessity, you may want to give a visit a second though, if you value your privacy. As reported in summer 2018, the parent company that owns this, may have face recognition abilities at this location. At the time of this review, investigators at reviewing.

Arrived in the morning before the shops were open so decided to get breakfast first. Parked on the South end of the parking lot and went across Portage to the A&W there, upon returning to my car there was a note under my wiper blade about it being a private parking lot. When I saw this absurdity I did my shopping elsewhere and will never shop polo park again

Probably the most decent shopping mall you can find in Winnipeg, it has a food court and various brands available. Highlight for me is the Apple Store. Huge parking space with covered areas by the east side of the mall. Other stores within close proximity to the mall are Best Buy, Canadian Tire and a cinema.

This is my mall of choice. great selection of stores, multiple levels. Mall is clean, and has a decent selection in the food court. Meets the needs of children to adults, toys to clothes to electronics.

Polo Park is the premium shopping mall in Winnipeg. It's a straight forward two story layout with only a single loop that's off the main drag. Its bright with lots of natural light. Ample parking in front of each entrance. The store selection is subjective depending on who you are and what you are shopping for, but as far as the mall itself goes. It's a place I don't mind stopping in at.

Any Winnipeg will know that this is is one of the best place to buy a wide variety of ok to good quality products. This area has a very good selection of clothing, furniture, furnishings and electronic goods. Of you are from out of town like me and you want to do some shopping where you can acquire just about anything this is the best place in this city. I like the oxymoronic quality of this photo.

The Disney store, build a bear, and the Lego store are all great places that my nephew absolutely adores. I love that there are Quicksilver, volcom, and vans stores rather than just general clothing stores for guys.

It's a good mall, pretty big, but if you live in Winnipeg you probably already know about Polo Park. If you're new to Winnipeg though, it's a really convenient place to get most, if not all of your shopping done. It can be a bit expensive if you go nuts, but there is a wide enough variety of options so you should find something at various price points.

The Christmas decoration is absolutely gorgeous. 2 giant reindeers greet you when going down the escalators from the second floor and the lit up globes spreader all over the mall are an invitation to embrace and enjoy the festive season! I particularly love this one, that you can walk through. I have seen a lot of people going there and taking selfies! Love it!!

Polo Park is the largest mall in Winnipeg with a huge selection of stores and a spacious food court with lots of options. There is a variety of stores including men's and women's clothing, electronics, jewelry, shoes, etc. All of my favourite stores can be found there and they have lots of unique stores that aren't at the other malls, like Anthropologie, among others. The mall is always clean (including the washrooms) and has a modern appearance. The roof of the mall is all glass looking up to the sky which brings in lots of natural light. There is plenty of seating throughout the mall, lots of pretty plants, and free Wi-Fi. The food court was recently renovated and is a good place to enjoy a meal from one of the many restaurants. The mall can get quite crowded and busy, especially on weekends and evenings and around the Christmas season. I enjoy shopping at Polo Park and would recommend.

Great variety in stores both at the food court and in general shopping. The food court wasn't nearly as clean as it should have been ; the garbage was literally stacked a foot out of the can, while custodial staff sorted nearby chairs instead... Prices in stores are generally high though, but I don't discredit the mall for that.

Busy place at christmas. Not many stairs to go up to the 2nd floor or back down to the 1st floor . If you are in the food court you have to go back to the middle to go to the 1st floor and if your are parked at the portage ave lot, you have to walk all the way back from the middle. Also, Few places to sit and rest. Also Few restrooms so use the restaurant restrooms when you are there.

Biggest shopping mall in Manitoba. Lots of stores. My favorite thing includes the huge parking facility. Both on ground and above ground. Even on a busy boxing day, finding parking is not that big of a deal in this mall. Which compared to other malls in the province is way, way better. Quality stores. Clean environment. Great interior design. I think Cadillac fairemont polo park is a complete shopping mall. Recommended for anyone who is interested to go shopping and expects a good experience. Food court restaurants are also a bonus. As they have many good choices.

Don't expect to start shopping here until the mall businesses open up at TEN AM!!!! Very inconvenient for shoppers who want to shop before work or school. Never heard of such a large shopping mall opening up so late. It needs to open up at 8am or 9am. I'm sure west Edmonton Mall, the Mall of America, and Eaton Place in Toronto opens up early for customers.

This mall is the closest to the winnipeg airport. Two levels that just expanded not long ago. Has everything you could need. All phone company's, coffee companies, jewellers, optical, lottery, clothing, sun glasses, hair salons, disney store , name brand stores. Even a kids footlocker. A huge food court. It's missing the old water fountains . They were cute l wishing wells they did way with a long long time ago.

Nice mall as far as malls go a till bit weird that the directory told me to cross 3 roads and a parking lot to get to marks work warehouse but at least it was helpful. Modern mall good amount of brand stores and a few interesting little trinket stores.

I work here and I like the mall, however I find it has extremely poor maintenance. Food court washrooms are always disgusting, and the faucets are placed way too far back from the sink bowl. The ONLY main floor washroom has been under "construction" for well over a month and as of last week, the whole area was still gutted. Should be dedicated washrooms provided to all mall employees

Average Cadillac Fairview Mall however it is the biggest mall in Winnipeg. So generally it's got quite a crowd. The store selection isn't fantastic however quite good and the food at most establishments is standard.

I try to avoid malls. Not for the stores or the extra price. It's the shoppers that ruin it. Pushing, rude, no manners, expect u to get out of their way and just terrible. Have to say it's the younger crowd that does this mostly. I remember hanging out at malls when I wad a teen but I would never have acted the way they do now. W sears closing the demographic of the mall will change ever more. Honestly only go here if there is a reason to and it's an in and out trip

Polo park is one of the main malls in Winnipeg. It offers a very large variety of stores ranging from all sorts of clothing like work out, out were, casual, business and suits and dresses, shoes of all quality and sizes, to kitchen products and known brand make up companies. As sears recently closed for good, there are for the time being no other stores that offer appliances, but other than that, everything you might need for your daily life, and then some, you'll find here.

so nice and clean, we just left kildoanan place (which sounds like a daycare to abandon unwanted unsupervised children) this place is so relaxing to shop at and it may be a more expensive mall but the same stores as kildonan place have the same prices so really why go there? the sounds of screaming kids in the middle of the hall? please polopark don't ever incorperate a child abandonment station in the middle of your nice clean quiet mall (btw we have 2 kids and they will never be allowed in public access unmanned unsanitary daycare in a mall hallway)

Good options as far as stores go, slightly overpriced but that is to be expected within a mall. My only complaint would be the lack of respect amongst the patrons there. you can't walk in a straight line without getting pushed into by somebody, (not like it was busy) and these walkways are pretty big.

One of the biggest malls in Winnipeg. It has every store and it's close to other stores like best buy and Canadian tire. Has a movie theater and even parking isn't hard to find. Mall is clean and has everything.

Went to have a coffee and chat with old school mates (graduated in 77) at Earls. Happy to say Earls checked for vaccinations and everyone wore a mask. Was not too crowded, staff were friendly, service was fast. I had the dynamite sushi roll, which has deep fried shrimp in it, and found it very tasty. They let us sit and chat through the lunch hour and gave us separate bills. Would go back cheerfully. Interesting to note, I went into the mall afterwards while waiting for a bus home. I was asked to provide POV there too, although it was to get into the food court to use the washroom.

Feels clean as long as you don't look too close, pretty easy to get to. They have these touch screen map things that are cool but in a, "Well this is obviously a thing that should have already been everywhere years ago, why is it even taking THIS long?!" Kinda way. Don't go here if you aren't looking for clothes as they only have clothing stores in this mall. Like the biggest mall in the city and only clothing stores, it's bizarre.

Large shopping mall and has most of everything you might want from a mall of this size. I left out one star because the first time I was there, it was quite tricky navigating the stores or locating a particular store. Plus the washrooms were under construction and the only available washroom had a veeeeerry long queue.

Parking is a headache. The setup is weird and makes it difficult to navigate efficiently. It's an older building but it's fairly well kept. The food court is well staffed and keep the area clean even during busy hours. There are a lot of stores to look through and usually something new everytime you go.

Of the two major malls in Winnipeg, this one is the best. They have good stores and have a great Sports Check. Also have a Lulu Lemon, and a pretty good Moxie's inside the mall. There is a Joey's and an Earl's on the property as well. I guess if you have to go to the mall this is the one I would go to.

Polo Park is in the top two as far as malls are concerned in Winnipeg. I always find something interesting when I shop there and the food court has a great variety to choose from. I do miss Sears in there and I hope that they find a tenant for that large area or split into smaller areas. In a time where malls are seemingly dying out it's nice to see that Polo Park is relatively full with tenants and thriving! It is a "must shop" place when I come to Winnipeg and will continue be so

I usually end up killing time here while waiting for my wife to finish shopping, so I appreciate that they have a number of reasonably comfortable chairs spread around the mall. There are quite a few clothing stores and cell phone kiosks, plus some nice specialty stores like Build-a-Bear, the LEGO Store, and the Disney Store. The mall can be very busy, but there's always parking available.

It's a fairly clean mall; the food court is always well kept. The cleaners there do a great job. Some of the stores are very small and hard to move around. The elevator is a little scary. The stores with multiple levels are hard to access with a stroller when they won't let you use the elevator... It's close to most hotels and the theatre so we usually end up going to this mall out of convenience.

I goto this mall for everything. I get my hair done, goto my optician, get dental work and shop till I drop. Its close by and only gets super busy around Christmas. Sometimes I think it could be cleaner but it's a big mall. The starbucks here kinda sucks their slow and screw up my order a lot but whatever

Polo Park has always been the “go to” shopping mall in Winnipeg! There are two floors consisting of a great variety of stores, many being high end chain stores, and a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. “Polo,” as it is known by locals, still houses its bowling lanes in the basement. There’s loads of free parking and the location is easy to get to from any part of the city. Polo Park also has a great history as it was originally a polo field (hence the name) turned into an open air mall and eventually to the shopping mall that exists today. Within close vicinity to the mall, one can find a variety of businesses, restaurants, hotels, and services. If visiting Winnipeg, take a few moments to view the history of this popular mall!

Store selection may be decent but the low rating is for the inaccessibility of the mother's room. First of all it is locked so you have to find a food court attendant but there is no instructions on how to find them or where to find them and then once you get inside it's very small with no sink and it is right across from the hand dryers so it's very loud to nurse a baby. I think the small should take some notes from the outlet mall and it's nursing room because that is fantastic.

Polo Park is one of the premium shopping malls in Winnipeg, conveniently located on Portage Avenue and easily accessible by bus and cab from hotels in the downtown area. There are no individual restaurants in the mall, but it does have a well stocked central food court which caters to a variety of tastes. There are, however, a number of reputable neighbouring restaurants which offer table service with excellent and varied menus in a fairly casual setting sit down setting. This mall is comfortably air conditioned, always tidy and well kept with an inobtrusive background sound system which generally caters to a variety of musical tastes.

I would say this is a good place to go when driving through or visiting Winnipeg. This mall has a wide variety of stores and a great food court with lots of selection. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Transit is easily available from this location with more than several different bus stops running by close to the building. Security is always walking around keeping their presence known which is good since a lot of the time there are somewhat of a rough crowd wandering the mall but overall the security staff makes you feel safe regardless. Great place to go when you're bored or what to shop and overall a great facility

Someone shoplifted right in from of my eyes at The Bay. Then someone was shoplifting as we were walking out of the Disney store. The mall overall is nice, but crawling with shoplifters. Winnipeg has gotten worse within the last year. It's really sad.

Lots of stores, many options, well laid out and comfortably modern. Quite a large selection from the food court and a bus loop specifically made for those getting to and from the mall. It is usually quite busy, but is never too claustrophobic, as the halls are quite large. Centrally located in almost the middle of the city, you're pretty sure to.find what you're looking for right here.

The biggest mall in Winnipeg. There's something for everyone available here. Several barbers and hairdressers, loads of clothing, footwear, and various other specialty stores. If you don't feel like shopping, you can always play a few frames in the basement bowling alley or wander through the parking lot to the movie theater that's really close by. There's quite the selection available in the food court on the second floor.

It's probably the best mall in Winnipeg, but that's not really saying a ton. They have made some improvements over the past few years (whereas it seems like a ton of stores are closing down in St. Vital mall). At the end of the day, it's like most other malls. If you're visiting Winnipeg, it's the one to go to and it's near a lot of other shopping in the St. James area.

"Welcome Back Friends" Really! That's the sign you see before you enter into the mall (May 13, 2020) BUT that's not the feeling you get as you pass through the doors. Several "Security" people all wearing masks with radios scrutinizing you. When I ask one of them what they're doing, the response is to, "make sure you follow the arrows" Really! Now I'm being monitored to ensure I walk in the right way. I'm 70 and I never thought I'd see the day my country that my Dad fought for come to this. A bunch of scared sheep afraid of catching....wait for it...the COVID 19. Well it's the last time I take this mall up on their "welcome" I'll find other places in Winnipeg where I do feel welcome. And if the rest of the sheep are okay with this type of treatment, knock yourselves out. And don't give me the group response that people are dying from this cause I'm not going to be frightened into locking myself in for the next who knows how long.

There are safety measures in place. The need to introduce a system in the food court as to what tables have been used. So that proper cleaning can be done in between guests. Tons of sales right now. Places with no fitting rooms should include a return policy. Shopping is very different during these times.

I have a huge scar on my knee from falling up the escalator. I was told I'd be contacted and was never. I thought about during but I don't have time to deal with people who are dumb. I ended up ripping my new pair of 50$ jeans from Garage that day. All I asked from Urban Planet was to out a sign to let people know they should put a sign saying "Watch your step" I tripped over a "step that was possibly 4mm high because I assume the escalator "stopped" like that. I went back to see the next day to see the escalator still not functioning nor a sign put up. Urban Planet couldn't even find their injury papers.

I have grown up around Polo Park and I've gone there most of my life. In the last 20 years it has changed dramatically, I would say for the most part for the better. If you need to catch a bus this is the place to do it. Sometimes you can find some good sales here but not always.

Our Fave mall to go! Hubby and I are excited that food court opened up again. So we are sitting and just finished eating then a security approached us to leave if we are done, as people are waiting for a table. We looked and there are tons of empty tables & not busy at all. We do take precautions seriously, we wear our masks, we follow the arrows, we lined up in stores, etc. We are also both fully-vaxxed BUT these covid security should be trained to be mindful and say it more discretely not in the way that she did. I was crazy enough to come here on boxing day. Despite warnings from people not to. But it was not as bad as everyone said. There was security everywhere directing traffic outside and security all over the place inside. Considering it was boxing day it only took me 30 minutes to get in buy what I needed and get out. It's kind of -the- mall of Winnipeg it's got all the best stores, great choices In the food court (which is actually kinda spaced throughout the mall) and plenty of amenities and services. I would say best of all is its upkeep - I don't really get down there that often, the last time being over two years ago from this time but the mall remains in brand new condition and cleanliness, is relevant and still very popular. With all the excellent places also springing up around Polo park, it's definitely a must-visit of the city.

Polo park is a pretty decent shopping mall, they have many shops to browse. Having a movie theatre nearby is also a great perk. The bright lighting and walls makes for a welcoming environment and after many years of visiting I have never had a problem.

A great shopping center on the Western side of Winnipeg, with lots of major brand name retail outlets, grocery stores, restaurants and cinemas all within walking distance. Serviced by a transit loop that is centrally located and get you to all points North, South, East and West.

The mall is pretty nice, a good selection of stores… but when it comes to the food court (also a super variety of food) I was expected to get the food first, then stand in line to show your vaccination status (barely any space to put down the tray with the food and your purse and purchases) then you can enter the seats & tables section to find a table, sit down and eat your now cold food. Don‘t get me wrong, I appreciate the effort to keep everyone safe but this procedure took too long to enjoy a warm meal. If people would have to show their certificate before entering the food area, everyone could roam freely.

I was happy about this mall! They had all the stores we were looking for and lots of coffee and food options. The parking was great as well with lots of free parking available. There was some construction around the mall which made getting into the parking lots a little challenging. Overall a good experience!

Best place for shopping in Winnipeg. You’ll get most of the branded stores here and there’s food court as well but because of covid, there’s no dine in only take out. This shopping centre has been doing good work in maintaining social distancing. They have marked whole building for 2ft standing difference. If you really want to do shopping, you can spend whole day here.

How do you rate the biggest mall in the city? Pretty easily. Polo park is the trade off you have to make to come anywhere near the kind of shopping you get south of the border. It’s busy , the food court is a mess and it sometimes seems like it’s run by teenagers and the perpetually alone. It does have a lego and a Disney store though, and the new edition is definitely unlike anything else found in the city. The only problem is that the parking is terrible, the stores are always cramped and the layout it a mess. If you can manage it - shop online. Otherwise - it’s better than KP or St. vital .

For me this is the best mall in Winnipeg. Very clean. The recent upgrade is great. Food court has great variety. Can find almost all the common clothing stores here. Parking can get pretty bad here tho. Sucks that the theater isn't attached either. In the end meets all your shopping needs.

A superb mall,...a destination mall for most people......has everything,...but if you are disabled , or elderly, and need to find a place to sit for 5 minutes while shopping,....this mall is definitely not for you, very large.......the few places to sit in the mall are taken, by young folks (lol to me that's anyone under 50) : )...and they will not let an older or disable person have a seat. So, I avoid this mall as I can.

I have never been so frustrated in my life. I went to most of the stores that carried men clothes, and only a small handful had clothes that were in my size, I get that being larger comes at a price, but it is always no fun. Im not obese by any means, but I wish more stores carried my size

Even with restrictions loosened, they have no one, not even security, enforcing their social distancing rules. Yesterday I was nearly pushed down the escalator as well as my sister because young adults were fooling around right behind us. They didn't even apologize for almost pushing a pregnant female down the escalator. On top of that, the stores aren't even enforcing their own social distancing rules. I don't even remember seeing any security anywhere in the mall. Ridiculous to have rules posted but no one enforcing them.

Decent parking on a snowy day. I enjoy a spacious shopping experience so I like this mall because it's bigger. Used the washroom and they were clean, that's big for me because a good public bathroom is hard to come by in a time of need.

CF Polo Park is one of the few major malls in Winnipeg. The variety of store is great, depending on what you search. What I don't really enjoy from going there is that you only have one small elevator that barely fits 2 strollers. Also, the mall looks frozen in time with its early 80's style. Also, the food court is on second floor in one of the ends of the mall, which makes it hard if you plan to eat there and shop after and you are parked in one of the ends of the mall. Parking space is really big and I never had issues finding a spot, but not a lot of parking space and access (only one way) to the lot's second level.

Always clean security guards are visible and friendly ...it's the public that make the place "dirty" people that cannot contain their loud abnoxious children. The public like to stand in the middle of the walkway in groups making it hard to pass when there is 25 feet of space in the middle for congregation.. the general public fail.

Expensive stores, need to have $$ to shop there. Polo park if ur there early morning as there opening the doors Parkade door 3 beside Hudson Bay they chain and padlock the emergency door. If trouble arises customers are trapped and are unable to access the outside.. a fire hazard and safety concern.this needs to be addressed. Spoke to the security about this as he was unlocking the door and ignored my concerns of the safety.

Huge Mall...will take you all day ..ie 12 hours "to shop" this mall...maybe 2 or 3 days... Outside of food court....very few places to sit and get a load off your feet. Not for the elderly or disabled.

Didn't appreciate the interrogation heading into the mall the other day, being asked questions that I feel were not their right to ask. I had been inside Kildonan place and st.vital on the same day and was able to just walk in and go shop with the only thing the person said at the door was to practice social distancing.

Really miss this mall. Have been living in the Lower Mainland Vancouver for the past 30 years, and nothing here compares to Polo Park. People here in Vancouver think Winnipeg is this little farming town and make fun of it, but I tell them make all the fun you want about a town where you can buy a very nice house for the same amount that will buy you a 300 square foot condo in Vancouver.

I really enjoy Polo Park. Having lived here all of my life (pretty much) I have been to all the malls in the city. It has the most variety of stores that I like and they are constantly doing refresh's and making sure the space is bright and clean. I can always find good parking, although they do now have a system where you can pay for premium spots. I've never used it or felt the need to. There aren't any unique or overly local shops, but that isn't what I go to the mall for any way. I just really wish they could fill that empty Sears space with a Simone's!

The CF Security team really needs to be taught a thing or two about professionalism. I have had more than one run-in with Dwight who works for the CF Security team. The first time, he approached my vehicle and pounded on the trunk leaving dents because according to him, I was improperly parked. Regardless of my parking skills, his reaction was completely unnecessary. The second time, he had the audacity to utter racial slurs. I've asked to see his security license, which he would not show me, an offence punishable by fines in Manitoba. Dwight himself should be fired! I called and left several voicemails for the "Security and Life Safety Manager" Daryl Ford and he has not once returned my call or addressed the issue. I even went as far as to visit their admin offices in person and I was told by the young lady at the desk that "Mr. Ford doesn't have time right now," I then asked to speak with Peter Havens, and was told that he was not in the office at that time, I was then asked to leave their offices or I would be escorted off the property. CF Polo Park clearly does not care about their patrons or the fact that they have an absolute loose cannon for a so-called security officer.

I love going to this mall because of Sportchek, it's the only place where you get everything you need for casual or athletic activities. Sporting goods, clothing, bikes, and electronics and the service is great, the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. The prices are great and you can collect and use your scene points for purchases.

The mall is ok.... These barriers are not doing well of its job to keep people safe from covid-19 in food court. I Just saw some teenagers went under the barrier to get in the seating without being checked legally.. The inspectors security in food court aren't really doing much of their job. Needs more security...

Is it a great mall? No. But it’s the best we have! I mostly go to Polo as I shop at Harry Rosen. I’m so happy Winnipeg has a Harry’s as it is one of the only places to buy quality men’s apparel and shoes. The mall is clean for the most part and has a decent in-house restaurant, Moxies. My son enjoys the Disney store and LEGO Store. In the past decade we have gotten a Coach and a Michael Kors; and while these stores are not exactly my style, I do hope to see more premium brands come to Polo in the future.

The parking lots are often full during peak times and you end up walking a ways to find an entrance. I suppose this is with most malls however. The food court has a mediocre selection in my opinion. There are lots of good shopping options inside, many of which are interesting kiosks in the hallway. This location does have the Apple store which is fantastic but sometimes hard to find an employee to assist you due to the high volume of customers here. They have many cell phone shops for most (if not all) carriers available in the city. There are two main washroom locations but they are next to the food court upstairs and next to Starbucks in one of the wings. This could be improved with another location in the other end of the mall.

This is the place to go for clothing. From everyday wear to upscale, you can pretty much find what you need with two levels of shopping. Polo Park has plenty of other shops to offer as well; hair salons, gift shops, electronics and a large food court. My personal favourite is parking out of the sun in the lower part of the two level parking structure ☺️.

Mall is always clean and well taken care of (including washrooms). Most of the stores aren't really my taste because it's mostly women's clothing, with a couple other stores sprinkled in. Food court is a great place to go if you're looking for a casual hangout with friends, because there's lots of selection so everyone gets what they want (and it's cheap) I'm still disappointed they took away the fountains. Those added something special to the mall.

Love this mall... Renovations are awesome but St James Street that runs West along the mall leaves much to be desired as they spent $7 million to fix between Maroons Rd and Portage but the rest of the street going North needs attention as there are bad potholes. Also they got rid of extra turn lane going South towards Portage. I worked at this mall for years and I still think of it as my second home... It's on par with any of the famous malls you hear of.

We went to the Vans shoe store and the person who assisted us was excellent when we were there! More and more people are wearing masks and some stores require that you wear one. The Lego store is open and Kernels flavoured popcorn ???? if you ???? like it. EB games is inside Polo Park if you're a video gamer. Oh yeah and H and M clothing store is there and they helped us to find a cashier that was available, thanks ????!

There a large variety of clothes and jewelry shops as well as telecommunications services... My only complaint is everything is on the high end in terms of price. The mall was nice but couple of stores could of offered us some service so then when we asked got sent to part of store that had nothing what we where looking for ? but there loss we spent our money at the many other stores with better service and the outdoor parking stair wells are locked you can only get to parking level from mall entrances or use ramp it was a nice day for walk

Ideal place to get shopping done in one go. Easily accessible by public transit along with plenty of parking. Food court is diverse with a variety of options. Several of the businesses are in flux and closing out. Best check on details of business status ahead of time.

I’ve been working at Polo for about 13-14 months and enjoy being at the mall a lot. Unfortunately shoppers are slobs sometimes and there’s often a lot of garbage lying around so more frequent janitorial staff would be nice, otherwise bathrooms and floors are well maintained. I have a good relationship with security and my only problem there is customer safety on weekends/evenings. It would be nice if there were resources especially for women to be walked to their cars at night or close to close. Lots of bad stuff happens in parking lots.

I go to the Nespresso shop on the 2nd floor at polo park. I find the staff there always so helpful, so pleasant. I have tried ordering online where they offer free merchandise if you order a certain amount. When you attempt to submit the order, they ask for a code and you can't find the code. This is so much simpler even though I have to drive quite a distance to get there.

It was Saturday afternoon The Mall was buzzing with people . People shopping, eating it was nice to see. Shops were busy , but again selection is an issue stock is lower then ever. If you're shopping for the Holidays better do it soon. Polo Park is a nice Mall, But we need more .

Great variety of high quality food from different countries. Love the tray collection centres. The shopping experience is well worth the visit. Lots of high-end stores. You get a good workout walking throughout the mall. The store merchants are friendly and helpful. The mall and food court is very clean. Can be very busy at times.

Very good, lots of smiles in the mall walking through. Not super busy, but that's ok, I had to hit a few places. Was a bit rushed, pressed for time, that's alright. Next time I'll have a more relaxing day and be able to look around more. Was on a mission impossible, Lol ????????

When I go to Winnipeg, this is my go to shopping mall. I can usually find what I a looking for easily. Eatery can very packed, most times doesnt seem like there is enough tables. But many people sit for long periods after eating taking up seating for those still arriving. Other than that I find it clean and easy to get around, parking is pretty easy as well.

Whoever laid out the parking lots was a major idiot! There is no flow. The layout makes NO sense. At peak times, expect to be stuck in traffic. Once inside the mall, it flows a little better. The parking lots seem to be a reflection of the city's planning when it comes to layout and expansion. It's nonexistent!

I understand you may not have control of the covid enforcement team however yeaterday I saw an elderly woman kicked out of the mall for having a cup of coffee alone minding her own self the mall should remove benches and chairs if people are not allowed to use them during this time I found this disgraceful

This is a beautiful and classy mall ... have lived in QC, Ottawa, Winnipeg, and Halifax and this is always the mall that my daughter and I refer to as the best. We love The Bay and Eddie Bauer in particular, and Polo Park has the largest and best selection compared to others that have been to. Winnipeg is very lucky to have this mall.

It is a very busy place. The staff in the stores I went in are nice . I don't like pushy people. So when you walk in they ask if you need help.you tell them your just looking. They say just let me know if you need assistance and leave. That's what I like.

Security here sucks, someone was breaking into my car and all they did was put a camera on it and said all they can do is watch. They are actually told to just observe and not interfere with anything. They are just a joke, St. Vital Centre is a better mall then this place with security that actually do something. People working here are kind of rude as well, but that is everyone in Winnipeg.

It was open late on a Monday which surprised me! E everything was tidy where I went, there was plenty of parking, and we had a good time. Everyone at EB games was very helpful about a Christmas game exchange that was over the 30 days.

Went to Hakim optical to pick up my new glasses. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.had a great experience.lots to choose from and the prices are great. The more you buy the cheaper it is. I wear progressive lens so they are expensive to begin with.so buying more than one pair is a great option.

Lots of shopping options. I really just go to polo to shop at Teavana and visit the great staff. Trish is absolutely amazing and really know her teas. I was able to explain my stomach issues to her and she was able to teach me about what teas would work with me. Couldn't be happier! Britney and Tien are also great to deal with and really brighten the day.

They have a variety of shops but less shops for kids. Only the Disney store and Lego. I hope they add shops that caters to kids. They do have sitting area which is fine. The place is complete as they also have salons, services for eyeglasses even insurance which open on weekends.

Stores represent purchasing power for most levels of earning. Security is good. Several levels of parking and if there were more entrances to the mall it would be better because Winnipeg is the coldest city in the world. Parking also needs digital signage to where parking is available near the entrances as the demands change from parking area to parking area. Apart from the one time capital expenditure the changes to the signage and WiFi could be made in 30 minute intervals by the security personnel who drive cars anyhow. In this area of the world, unless parking is improved Polo Park is going to continue to lose business to the stand alone stores.
