Pretty stupid that every night there is a bus load of people and now the biggest rest stop between Winnipeg and Dryden on greyhound everything is closed, not even a bathroom available or the possibility of food or drink late at night, this used to be open all the time but I suppose this town is just lazy, and can't provide basic services to anyone passing through at night

If you're worried about covid-19 this is not the place to go. There is no hand sanitizer supplied. Cashier area is never wiped down between customers. Tables are never disinfected or even washed between customers. They do not enforce social distancing. Seems they're more interested in turning a profit than they are about your health

I'm getting more and more disappointed with the service at this location. They don't greet you at drive through, and they have a hard time getting an order correct lately. Unfortunately they are all about speed, but speed isn't going to make a customer happy, isn't going to make them want to return, and it sure doesn't make them want to leave a tip when the customer service is lacking, and the food/drinks aren't made right.

Drive thru can be slow. Had to ask a second time what my order was. Some other customers order way too much for a drove thru order which causes the line up on the road. Management closed dining room after 6pm until 6am making drive thru even slower, when busy it goes out unto the road.

I have visited there about 5x going up and around there but sadly I can't leave a good review for them. I absolutely enjoy my chai tea when I go to Timmies but they seem to never get the size right nor the sugar or milk amount I ask to have in my tea. They seem to always be in a rush to give service and not very much conversation while you wait on your drinks nor even a smile especially if you aren't from around there.

It's a consistant 5 stars a Timmy's... service at the Kenora east store.. just east of Walmart is fast a friendly..the coffee is a Canadian standard.. and my wife's green tea was ..she said.. great and hot as well.. I had a cinnamon bun which was Okay bit not great..there are certainly better but the while deal. Service..food..and quiet place to chat gets the score up to a 5
