During Covid 19 they will not answer their phones! Had to walk in to the office and saw no one seated either! Then you are screened at the door for Covid19 symptoms. Extremely not helping trying to be safe by avoiding setting foot in there to begin with!

Very slow. If you're planning on coming here, make sure to come at least 2 hours in advance. It took 47 minutes to get 3 people. Very slow.

The lack of knowledge within the building is absolutely astonishing. It was so very painful having to listen to the staff explain what I needed to register ONE vehicle. I was sent to and from 3 different spots to acquire documents I could’ve been told I needed from my first visit to Service Ontario. However every time I came back with the document I was told I needed, I was sent off to acquire another document. The incompetence is far beyond anything I have ever had to witness. So bad I’d like to inquire about giving a negative star review. Pathetic.

Extremely slow. So slow, they run out of seating if it starts to gets busy. Doing anything here is with great difficulty and frustration, as most things here seem to be big hassle. Its often times unclear what you need to bring, and if you miss something, you get to wait in line a second time. Wait alone is minimum 15 minutes unless its dead. EDIT: been here for well over a half hour and still waiting. Getting sore sitting here
