Very poor service if any at all! Last time there was one staff who did nothing but chat away on the phone while customerS were waiting! I finally left and that woman needs to get fired!

Always find the highest quality of pet foods and toys for our coon cat and our flat coat retreiver. Staff are always eager to help as well. Our pooch loves to go shopping here.

Wachay! Hello! I like the customer service when it comes to friendliness. The staff are always willing to show any new exotic pets they have on site. So cute! We have a gecko and we shop here for our Mr.Dragon!

A very good shop for pet supplies in a central location. Friendly staff and very supportive of the local cat shelter and Dogs Life helping with the adoption of their charges to new, safe forever homes. I should note that both local pet shops are very supportive of this initiative. They are always fully stocked with a wide variety of choices of supplies for your fur babies.

Best pet shop in the area! Not only are the staff knowledgeable and friendly, they carry a huge variety of products that you wouldn't see anywhere else! Anything from Reptiles to Spiders and even Aquatic Plants! Not only will they take the time to help you get the most value out of your purchase but they work hard to ensure the success of your animals. This store has been a blessing to Kirkland Lake and area!

Prices were highly inflated and not marked so you get a bit of sticker shock when you go to pay. Very shocked with the customer service. I normally get to a Pet Valu and have to fight the staff back with a broom as they are always so eager to help and provide such great service. This place - not so much. Was haughtily told go keep my dog away from the till as there was a service dog behind the counter (fine - not great delivery, but fine). Then when I replied and began to ask when I can find xxx product. I never actually got a chance to finish my ask as she turned away from me and went back to the booklet /paper on the table.

The only good thing about this store is the size. Staff is not knowledgeable at all and sometime very rude. They keep trying to push their home brand of food (PERFORMATRIN) that is over priced and only average food. Much better food out there for that price range. Acana, Orijen. Pets are in small cages "to small for them" without water or food. Not pleased with my visit to this store.
