A few nice boutiques but we go to there mainly for the best coffee, teas and hot chocolate and fine truffles offered at Annegrets chocolate & truffle boutique. You must try this place, and you'll become a regular customer.

This is the only mall downtown and it needs some serious changes. The turnover rate for stores is very high. There are more empty stores than occupied ones. The security guards that wander back and forth through the mall are not very friendly and the mall is wasting money on having more than one guard. They recently put number code locks on the bathrooms and the security guards make you feel like a criminal if you ask for the code. This mall is dying and has a very unfriendly vibe.

A very small mall there is a restaurant which is a good food option some business and some retail.

Obviously, everything here is pretty high end. Molly's Cafe has some pretty amazing food. Parking is a but sparse, though it is free. Bike racks in the back, not covered though, so be prepared for that. Thankfully, there are security guards that make regular rounds, though I would still be nervous about leaving my own bike out, since Kelowna bike thieves are pretty gutsy, especially in this part of town.

A nice looking mall but it's rather quiet. A few storefronts are empty but they've recently renovated some parts of the mall. It looks nice inside and is comfortable, and the cafe inside makes amazing food! Definitely worth investigating.

I love the downtown area and all it has to offer.???????????? The culture is great even in the winter months. I moved to Rutland area and it no where near the same vibe and feel as being downtown. I want to move back to downtown area but its a matter of affordability. Sadly housing downtown is above my paygrade these days. ????

The city has revamped this mall and seems to be trying hard to make it upscale. Right now there's lots of spaces for lease, so until the space is full of stores it is a quiet, not exciting mall.

It's a strange miniature mall with a weird mixture of stores. For a while the world's largest apple fritter was kept here, not sure if it's still there. Worth a visit just to experience the weirdness.

I'm never very impressed by this mall. It lookes dowdy to me. Best thing about it is free parking and the chocolate shop. Who doesn't love good chocolate? The clerks at one dress store are a little too helpful! I've never shopped in the shoe store but it's well stocked. I looked in the bridal shop for a Mother-of-the-bride dress but the selection was very limited. I can't comment on any other business in the mall.

We recently moved to the Kelowna area and walks are big with our family. This was our first walk around downtown Kelowna. You can go from The District down to the lake and walk along there as well. This is also a great place to wander in and out of the many trendy shops along Bernard. Can't wait to visit them once COVID eases and the weather warms up so we can stop in to Moo-Lix for a waffle cone.

Small and simple mall that is about to get a major face lift and reno. The stores that are there are cute as a button and the single restaurant in the food court has such a large selection of food that you don't need any others. Try the home style hamburger and fries it's one of the best in town! The Chocolatier has amazing selection of goodies.

Not much selection of good stores parking setup is very annoying you need pay parking then go to costumer service to get refund. If you want use washrooms you need get keys . Relic old style mall not keeping up whit present time on excellent location ;(

Dissapointing and very poor service. The coffee shop is good and the seats are very comfortable. But I got interrupted and kicked out by the security guard when I am comfortably reading my book just because I place my bear feet on my seat. Very upsetting as the coffee shop is supposed to be a cozy place for people to enjoy their coffee while reading or working. First time shopping there and definitely my last time.

This place was so rude. I was usung the bathroom and i was in there 3 minutes when suddenly the security came and told me i had to leave??? Why??? Ignorance, racism, jealously, boredom, or wasnt his decision? At least the two places i stopped at on the way out weren't as rude!actually the were really nice i absolutely found my new favorite store!!! And the donut place was amazing! Will tag stores later!
