All this shopping center is now is Save on and Shoppers in my opinion. All the rest in between is the most ridiculous layout I've seen in a mall. You have to exit the mall twice to navigate the whole thing. Great thinking just like the rest of the planning in my neighborhood.

Convenient little shopping center right in the heart of Rutland. Good parking clean area, a decent variety of stores, services and restaurants in the plaza and surrounding it. Has security on location from opening to closing which keeps disturbances at a minimum, and having the local public library in here is very handy. Has room for more shops to be added also.

Plaza 33 has changed and not all for the better. The mall entrances don't make a lot of sense, Save-on was far better as Cooper's some years ago, also the building just looks dark and somber with the lack of colour! Some shopping trips here are met with stress and frustration. The walkways outside are very narrow and inconsistent. (The parking lot is a warzone to walk through!) All complaints aside, this place still has some useful businesses that save a trip downtown so the occasional frustration is generally worth it.

Isnt much there..shoppers,save on,couple banks,& library.. nothing against any buisneses there,as I did not patron them, signage is horrible,layout is archaeic! Access & parking is below average at best! None of this should reflect negatively on the businesess there, as ,i imagine it is none of their doing...if anything ,they should be commended for choosing to support such an abismal layout! Pretty much typical Clone-@ city planning! #nohindsight4thefuture!!

The selection of shops and services has dwindled to making this plaza redundant. Parking and access is a nightmare, and end to end accessibility is poor being blocked off on either end with alot of dead space in between. Management would do wise to return this plaza to the height of it's relativity to the community , circa 1999.
