Always a good stop, often on impulse costing me more than I have, but that's on me Hahaha.... Never a problem, always avoid during spring break and Christmas..... But the best part these days is Nespresso has opened, and they are rocking it out!!!

The Samsung Ultra 20 S is considered an old phone in Best Buy. I was told they won't be bringing any more cases in for that phone. All they had was a case for 70.00. Which, does not include a screen protector, or camera protector; that, they did not have. I make every effort to support local. I drove 20 minutes in gas. Disappointing to say in the least. I would have saved time and gas money by ordering Amazon. Best buy has lost my business.

I find the parking lot tends to be counter productive; the location is a blight on area traffic and it isn’t the friendliest atmosphere. There are some shops worth stopping at but I prefer to get out as quickly as possible.

Only indoor mall in Kelowna, I would like to see additions & expantion for things like indoor activity centers....arcades, play center, go carts, waterslides or anything that would be stimulating over winter months as well. Nothing to do in kelowna during winter other than going up to the mountains to ski, real bummer that they don't have something else going on here and utilize their indoor spaces all year round.

An amazing shopping experience, minus the parking. Finding a parking space at this mall is practically impossible unless it's late in the day or the middle of the week. That being said however the mall itself is in great condition and is well cleaned and staffed, security makes sure the mall is also very safe. The shops inside are also well kept and there are some real great ones I love to visit, from Spencer's to Kernals there is a lot to do at the Orchard Park Shopping Center. A solid 8/10.

Awesome place to go shopping. Everything you need from men's women's clothes, jewelery, shoes , hats, pots n pan, etc. List goes for days. Everytime I go to Kelowna, that's the one place I have to stop. Very clean and respectful staff. They have scooters for the disabled people, who can't walk. My only issue, was the food court. More selection could've been batter. But, that's my opinion. Two of the coolest things I've seen, available to the public, were the ride on studies, and the 9D rides.

I generally nice how small our mall is, but with the amount of people that shop there coming from summerland all the way to Vernon as there is no other mall recalling around, orchard needs to expand and update big time. There are just way to many people around this mall now and no other mall within the area. Needs multi levels, underground parking it needs to be bigger and added too. Kelowna needs to step up and start doing things like this to increase our area. Just adding houses and bringing in more people. Is not gon a help this tiny mall for our population size that's growing fast.

Never get Lake Shore Chinese food I had to go back with my girl. ORCHARD park has a bit of everything in the Mall. The layout is easy to navigate around. You can find a food court and a range of shops in the mall. There are bathrooms in two locations. One in thr centre and the other by the food court. All bathrooms are wheelchair accessible and family oriented. The buses stop in front of one of the main entrances. So, you take the bus there and do your shopping. There is a drug store. So, you can get your prescriptions . #accessible #familyfriendly #groups #wheelchairaccessible #coffee #takeaway

My best friend and I drove 2 hours this past Saturday, just so we can have some Kernels Popcorn. If you've never been there, and you looooove popcorn, you gotta go ! Variety of flavors, excellent staff members, and obviously delicious popcorn. We also stopped at Spencer's, interesting little store, it has loads of knick knacks to choose from. Our only downfall was there was no more Victoria Secret, we were almost positive it was there before! There food court has tons of options, compared to most other malls. For people looking for a calendar store, it's in the food court!!

Throughout the shopping centre they have sanitizer available for the public and a lot of shops only allow a certain amount of people in at a time, or they have bollards up so staff need to let you in. They are doing a good job to help reduce the spread of covid

for a city growing like kelowna, we need a better mall! 2 floors would be nice but i don’t see how that’s gonna happen in this economy. it’s a shame how crowded it is with tourists and locals in the summer but it’s the only shopping hub we have so everyone goes there and it feels so much smaller when everyone’s here in the summer. hours are bad - 6pm every night?? think that one speaks for itself. we also need so many better stores in general. would be cool to have a public opinion on what could go in the spots that are all closing down in the mall.

I think this is the only mall in BC east of Vancouver and it certainly feels that way. Not the best selection of stores. I would like to see Lego store, Microsoft store and others but this is Kelowna so only can wish. Adding one star because being the only "mall" in town, when meeting with people I can say "meet me at the mall" and everyone knows where, makes it convenient. Could not do that in a bigger city with multiple malls as would need to add name of the mall. Pretty swell.

I'm not very happy about not being able to get a wheelchair at the customer service by Old Navy. The handicap parking is much easier to access from that side of the mall. It was far more convenient to be able to have a choice of whether to get a wheelchair from either the front or the back of the mall. Also at the back of the mall, even if you couldn't get handicap parking there seem to be more stalls close enough to the doors to get in easily. And the majority of stores my mom needs are not at the front of the mall. Very very disappointing

Not really a whole lot to complain about here. It's a mall. There's a few stores here that I always make sure to stop in at when I'm in town. It would be nice if every now and then I came to town and there was some new stores, or maybe a new restaurant in the food court, but I'm sure the rent is fairly prohibitive to new store fronts.

A decent mall with a good selection of stores although those visiting from the coast or back east may find it a bit lacking. The mall is only one level and spread out so it may be a bit tough on those who have problems walking too far. Nevertheless, it's a popular mall, pretty busy on the weekends, but if you shop Wednesday or Thursday evenings it's much quieter and you'll avoid the crowds.

Being local I have seen the many faces of Orchard Park Mall. They are indept at staying current and modern with wide variety of shops , extensive food court and a great flow to the space. Kids area and family bathrooms are available. Only suggestion is they stay open later

Never ever ever go to this mall and take a bike.. they do nothing to prevent theft. No cameras no security, brazen thieves will take your bike with grinders or cutters. If you have a nice bike you might as well put a sign on it “Steal Me”. Just a warning folks

The food court is full of delicious Cuisine and all sorts of different kinds of food. There are a lot of public bathrooms throughout and they are usually clean as well.

It's a mall. Sometimes its insanely busy, wall to wall people. Other times its not that bad. A lot of stores are open and doing the best they can in these crazy times. Food court is also open and serving! Convenient bus access on the west side of the building. Has handy stores like Mark's, Sportchek, Shoppers, EB games (though the one by Walmart is better) and a Dollar Store.

Orchard Park is a very nice mall. It has lots of excellent stores, some that come quickly to mind are Indigo, Old Navy, The Gap, and Best Buy. It also has a full food court with many excellent choices that people like for fast food including Chinese food, Orange Julius, Tim Hortons, A&W etc, etc. I rated this mall 5 out of 5 stars because it's an excellent little mall with great service and great people working here. There are many stores to choose from. There's something here for everyone, so please enjoy your visit.

Tried to take my laptop to the computer geeks in Best Buy, it's not broken it's just running its fan really high and I wanted to know why. Guy told me they were going to charge $300 just to look into it and that there was about 200 computers ahead of me. So I took my laptop and walked out. Customer service would have been giving me a few suggestions on what I can look into he didn't seem interested in helping anybody. But rather was very determined to get rid of me.

I have never been here and not seen the place being cleaned! The family room amazing and such a safe environment for all gendered parents to sneak away for caring for younger ones. It's the perfect place to pause in a busy mall with busy kids. The store selection is incredible and the staff are always friendly. Even the weekend before Christmas this place is manageable because if how well managed and maintained it is.

When visiting Kelowna I do enjoy going this mall. For being the only mall in the city it is quite a nice mall, it has most of the basic stores including Old Navy and Bath and Body Works. Unless you are looking for something specific or fancy you should be able to find what you need and should not need to go else where.

Busy, busy, busy! You must wear a mask, not many maintain social distancing. A lot of stores require only a specific amount of customers and at a time so if you do go to the mall during a busy business hour expect to have a wait. I always encourage if it's not essential and absolutely necessary to try and avoid going to really crowded places.

I was visiting from Ontario and noticed that the mall wasn't enforcing a more strict Covid-19 response. I understand that each province has a different set of rules but businesses like malls have renters who rely on them to keep shoppers safe and their businesses open. This mall is good but me and my cousin went on Boxing Day at6:10 pm thinking that it would be open until 9:00 cause it's Boxing Day and that would be the smart thing to do but no, when we went There all the stores were closed, they closed at 6:00pm on Boxing Day, like are you kidding me!i was very disappointed. I expected a lot better, they have ridiculously early hours at orchard mall, but the mall is nice and they have good stores and a big selection but the closing hours are unreal but they should add some more stores like: Victoria's Secret, H&M,Zara,etc. At Sephora they don't even have Mac lipsticks, I know this isn't the malls fault but really! Well laid out mall design easy access for everyone. At the main customer service desk (by Chapters at the Harvey/97 entrance) they offer free car/truck strollers for your children to ride in. Also at the main service desk they also offer free scooters and wheelchairs for people who have mobility issues. Wide variety of shops with something for everyone. They offer a food court with many meal and drink options as well.

Go there for the shopping and the food court. Not much else. Would be nice if there were some recreational things to do. Indoor mini golf, laser tag, arcade etc. Something, anything. The hours are also pretty bad. For the only major mall in a city like Kelowna to close at 6pm most of the days of the week... Makes you scratch your head. What is there is pretty nice though. Could use a little more personality by going further with the orchard theme. The parking lots and entrances are named after fruit, but you pretty much forget it's called ORCHARD park mall once you're inside and it's just a series of lifeless corridors.

I havent been in the mall for six months because im not a big mall shopper. But ive been here long enough to know when its time for a facelift. The new Marks addition doesnt appear to be very well advetised inside as i did the full tour and missed it. I thought by now it would look more futuristic and have some high-tech shopping expérience! Mais non!!!!!!!

I love our little mall! Lots of shops to browse. Food court has tons of options and is always clean. It's never super busy. Parking can be a pain, but whatever!

I went early this morning when stores were just opening. The mall was quiet which is why I chose to go early. Everything was spotless in the mall itself and cleaning staff could be seen. The parking was easy as well which sometimes isn't the case. Everyone wA wearing a mask and there was hand sanitizer everywhere. They are doing their best to keep everyone safe. Stores are all festive and there are sales everywhere.

First went to this mall 40+ years ago when it was smaller. Moved back to Kelowna last summer it's still one of my favorite malls. Wish there was a cart one could use for those who have mobility issues

Big shopping center! Can find most everything to buy in one place, something for everyone. Clothes, shoes, boots, jackets, sports wear and equipment. Nick nacks gifts & suvaniers shops. Cards, candy, kitchen and jewelry stores. Body shop, Chapter book store. Best Buy. Alots of eats & drinks to choose from throughout the mall.

Really nice shopping center with a good variety of stores. Large food court with a pretty good selection. Nice clean washrooms. My mother and I were surprised though that we didn't see any security in the 2.5 hours we were there on a recent visit to Kelowna. Would definitely go back though if in Kelowna again.

Mall is good but I went to order food at the taco bell in the food court and the guy was absolutely rude. I asked a question he said no and then turned his back to us to talk with other staff. We ended up leaving and going to another food vendor

A big mall with lots of options. It's a good place to find what you need or spend some time just shopping around. Parking can be quite full but besides major shopping days it shouldn't be too much of a hassle to find a place to park on the premises.

As a local I've watched this mall change over the past 20 years. Nothing really drastic or interesting seems to happen here. Business hours aren't the best, closing at 6pm half of the week? Also, parking is a nightmare here during the summer or winter. Food court is okay, just the usual burgers, sandwiches, pizza, asian cuisine.
