Visited COD FATHER today, havent been for awhile ,I live in Oyama so I'm not out this way often.I went for their own in shop made smoked oysters.. only to be disappointed it's a SPECIALTY ITEM , eg. Like Xmas..I was so disappointed I won't eat canned oyster unless I'm real desperate! IF YOU EVER GET A CHANCE THEY ARE AMAZINGLY YUMMY, nothing like canned .I wish they made them st least once a month ! If you like smoked oyster you gotta try them, canned will never be the same for you ????????????

We live just up the street and this has been our main convenience store for years and years now. If the service wasn't top notch, as it is, we'd have taken our slushy and snack money elsewhere long ago but I can't see any danger of this- recommended to all! Also appreciate the TD ATM without fees to TD customers!

Good variety of local businesses (except starbucks). Had a tuna steak from cod father's that was so dang delicious! Check out the chocolate store! The liquor store has a great selection of craft beer. The deli/butcher and fresh produce stores make this little village an excellent one stop shop.

Very small charming village here, with a couple of nice shops. Father's for fresh seafood with amazing choices, artisan breads and other local grocery. Even Startbucks is pretty nice. The only problem to me is the parking. Need to be patience and be courageous until you can find a spot.

Nice little shopping center but parking lot is often busy. Could use more disability parking spaces in front of the shops facing Gordon Dr. (there are a couple spots outside the medical clinic). Also, the exit onto Guisachan could marked more clearly to avoid confusion during peak hours as traffic merges from underground parking, the gas station and the shops.

A great little shopping centre, full of local independent businesses, no franchises here (well except, Starbucks and Chevron). A gas station, coffee shop, a high quality produce store, a great meat shop, an incredible seafood store, an amazing local bakery, a well stocked offsale liquor/beer/wine store, a fancy oil/vinegar specialty shop, an insurance broker, a bank, a florist, they really have almost everything you need here! (Except garbage bags and toilet paper, the only items I was looking for today, they don't have those anywhere in the this mall!)

Lot's of good shops. I like that I can support multiple local food shops in one location. L&D meats butcher is my favorite in Kelowna, they have a selection of European food items as well. Mike's produce has high quality produce with some of the other basics one might need. Okanagan grocer has fantastic breads and some other food items. Fisherman's market again is one of the 2 best sea food shops in town with a great little restaurant/Cafe. Also in the mall. A chocolate maker Bulk oil and vinegar shop Liquor store. Flower shop. Main drawbacks. Quite tight parking and no public washroom hence the 4 stars instead of 5.
