Its a large mall with ladies dress shopping, a Valley Lab location that requires appointments since Covid, a bowling alley, a good Chinese food takeout (Yum Yum Tree) as well a my favourite Japanese eat in take out restaurant MiNe sushi, a battery kiosk (remotes, car keyes, watches) and an excellent grocery store Independent.

This mall is in such a great location but is lacking when it comes to variety of stores. Interior health has taken far too much space and the food court consists of just one restaurant. This mall needs to change the way it uses space and make it friendler for customers.

Basic little strip mall. Pretty dead for the most part, except for the older crowd that likes to hang out in the 'food court'. The main anchor is the grocery store which is reasonably priced and does quite well. Overall decent for quick stops.

Not the fanciest mall, but enough to get by on without having to go elsewhere very often. Bike racks are available, but the best one is in front of the west facing entrance on the south side. It's covered and security guards are constantly going past, so your bike will be safe and dry for an extended stay.

Always clean inside. Actually had one super bad experience there and i still have a bad taste about it. I bought some cereal and my family loves captain crunch but have you ever noticed that they dont ever come in bigger boxes... ya totally sucks... well the day came and guess what capri actually sells a double box for 9 bucks... so me i am super excited pay for my groceries and then come home and put everything i bought on table to put away... and in bag was my receipt and i glanced at it and then took a double look and i was charged twice for the cereal so 20 bucks for a double box of cereal not so great of deal now haha anyways i get back in car and go back in... its been about 10 minutes MAX i tell customer service hey sorry but your cashier accidently charged me twice for the box of cereal, she looks me up and down and says no i doubt that... i said ok well go ask the cashier - so she does... i am not one to judge and thought sweet now she will no forsure i am not lieing... WRONG... the old lady said no it was a big box she had 2 cereals...i hear her.. and calmly walk over to the 2 whispering and say well its only been aboit 10 minites maybe you can check the shelf cuz i am know they packed tight on shelf (i used to work at save on and safeway so its a natural thing to watch for) so i continue sayjng maybe you can check the shelf and see that there is only spot missing from 1 box of cereal... the CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY looks at me and says DONT TELL ME WHAT TO DO, YOU CANT EXPECT TO TAKE 2 BOXES OF CEREAL AND THEN JUST COME IN AND GET A REFUND IT DOESNT WORK LIKE THAT. Me stunned i was actually shaking and breathing heavy i couldnt believe my mood went from so flipping happy to am i seriously getting accused of stealing a box cereal! So we go back and forth i tell her then review the camera. Please review the camera i want u to see that i got put one box of cereal to be rang in and paid for and i ACCIDENTALLY got charged for TWO. she says no why should i its a waste of our time... i said well its not waste of my time i didnt buy 2 boxes, i deserve my money back for the one. About 15 minuted later goes by... another lady supposedly the manager on shift... again not very nice lady she rips my receipt outta my hand and says fine ill go check the cameras. FINALLY! I can show these hags that i didnt steal a box cereal and they can say sorry for making such a scene and makkng me feel so little and disrepectful. I am waiting 4 minutes go by the supervisor lady comes out... goes to till and says in a snooty voice here is your money back... i responded and said oh good u seen that there was only one box and i wasnt here trying to scam some cereal .. she said no the cameras arent working for some reason and i just want you to leave the store! I then took the new receipt and wrote on it the time and date of my receipt so when the cameras are working they can check it and know that they actually treated a paying customer like crap and i honeslty went home and cried. I felt so sad and so disappointed in the world that i relaized i was helping my husband that day at his job site - he is a contractor that i had on dirty clothes from the day and no make up on that these women without even hearing my side or anything just made a 32 year old women cry becuase of the way i looked that day.... i wonder if that day she did see on the camera that i was right and just didnt want to admit it to me becuase of the big chaos they had caused and how embarrassed she would have been to have admitted they where in the wrong....

Capri Center has most of your average daily needs covered from grocery shopping, pharmacy and fast food to financial services, gym access and some light consumerism. Prices throughout are very competitive and value conscious just don't expect any high end retail in the area.

I use this great wagon from Costco to shop makes it easy when you live in a condo.Unless your a senior ,staff and security treat you thieving homeless addicts.This kind of profiling is over the top at Capri so dress a certain way and I guess use their shopping carts or prepare to be harassed.

Has a nice variety of buisness's and stores. From Bowling to Autoplan to groceries. There is a lotto kiosk in the mall across from the Canada Post office and right beside Independent Foods. Beware of the young lady that works it sometimes, she talks on the phone the whole time to someone and never says hi or thank you.Just constantly talks to the person on the phone. I find it very rude. I've been there 3 times and she does it every time. I no longer use this lotto kiosk. There are lots of stored in this mall. Very large parking lot. Restaurants spread around. A&W is located in the parking lot against Gordon drive. There is also a dollar store here and hair cutter.

I actually rather like rigid mall for it's little cafes good eating spots and grocery shopping. The hotel there also provides a nice spot for a coffee or drink. My issue with this location, as with many North American venues is the focus on cars and the parking lot. But I guess you can always find a place to park your vehicle there. There is some access to bike racks.

My biggest dislike was not having AC in the rooms. I have a 2 month old baby who was very hot, cried a lot due to being hot. I had the patio door open which helped a little, but then the noise of the parking lot and people enjoying their evening was quite loud - now we cant sleep due to that. I did use the bath to cool my baby down, however we still had a sweaty sleep. We stayed here in May, imagine what the room would be like in July or August? I won't be staying here again. The reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 was the staff was friendly, hotel was clean.

A great place to grab some Chinese food buffet for lunch or dinner plus you can stock up on your lotto tickets, get an updated wardrobe, renew your vehicle insurance, file government paperwork for your passports and other government identification, go bowling and fill your panty at home at the grocery store all in one stop plus you can grab a burger or Root beer from A&W or a smoothie from Booster juice or done in at FatBurger or De Dutch. It's a great place to get everything done and parkings free.

This little mall is filled with a mix of quality shops and busiñesses that treat you well and bring you back for a second visit. It has a grocery store,a complete Postal outlet, a battery/watch tiny store,a dollar store,a Lotto center,places to eat,a. Peking center and also a children's play place(popular for birthday parties), and I am certain I left out one or two stores. This is a nice, little mall,centrally based in Kelowna,that visitors and locals alike enjoy.

***WARNING EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL*** I would have written this last night,but I was shaking and crying so uncontrollably that I was unable to until now. Forget about last time, the day my mom passed away. When I was almost REFUSED my medication, from the elderly East Indian gentlemen(used VERY lightly) Because I was there (according to him) ONE day early. Fast forward to yesterday, with the younger East Indian gentlemen(again used EXTREMELY lightly) Frist the two young men behind the counter were arguing about who was going to help me. It wasn't until I said that perhaps I should find a manager. That one of them finally came to assist me. Giving me an attitude just because I requested that my meds be put into a blister pack. Now for this next part. You need to understand that I have just gotten out of a 5day stay at the hospital, because of not being able to eat from stress, and dropped to 74lbs. So my medication is and was very important! So believe me, this review should really be more along the lines of NEGATIVE 1000. Being a pharmacist, you'd think that you would be a little compassionate and understanding, not to mention professional towards your costumers? ANYWAY.. Fast forward to yesterday when I TRIED to pickup my meds. Must have been too early as the young girl behind the counter said that it would be another 10mins. When I stated that I know what time it was when I dropped off my proscription, and was told an hour and 10mins. (Of course I'm frustrated. I just spent 5 days in the hospital, from not eating due to stress) Not to mention the fact that I just celebrated 1year sober on April1st. The young East Indian "gentleman" pops his head arond the corner, and proceeds to tell me to "watch my attitude before he REFUSES to fill my perception" from the HOSPITAL. And states that there are a number of write ups on my file. From when? The day my mom passed away the day before my birthday?(January6th) Before I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, and Bipolar? Or perhaps from when I was a drunk?.... Um?? People change! Who is this PHARMACIST to judge me??!! LONG story short. He wound up THROWING my perception at me and tells me to go somewhere else. Mind you its 7PM. ****NEVER AGAIN*** A word to the WISE. You WILL be judged based on your past if you go here! And they will treat you "accordingly". PLEASE save yourself some time and grief! !!DO NOT GO HERE!! I will NEVER be stepping foot in this store again! As I also complained last time, and NOTHING was done about it. This reflects GREATLY on the QUALITY of this store. Not to mention the "RESPECT" they have for their costumers. Which apparently isn't much at all!!! ***BOYCOTTING***

This was where the shuttle dropped us off from Prospera Place from Skate Canada. The wonderful staff member answered questions we had about parking our vehicle at the hotel. It's a really weird & impractical mall with different sections separated by narrow hallways. I've never gone there to look on around in general... It's always for some very specific purpose. It's more like 2 strip malls that are hidden inside a building rather than a "mall". The architect should be shot.

Subject: ink cartridge refill business inside of Post Office. Do NOT use this service. The owner is a cheat. He gave me back someone else's cartridges that were "protected" and would not work in my printer. I returned with documentation proving they were not my cartridges but he insisted they were and would not work with me. I dropped off my working cartridges for refill and left with useless cartridges that had to be thrown out! Don't use this service.

Historic 60 year old mall that is past its prime, but still almost completely occupied by a variety of shops, services and eateries. It is anchored by Independent Foods and Goodlife Fitness. There is a hotel adjacent to it and a bowling alley in the basement. Many of the former interior shops have been converted to offices and clinics, including the central "sky court". The food court is basically gone except for a few tables outside Yum Yum Tree (delicious Chinese take out). There is still a small interior concourse of shops in front of the grocery store. The remainder of shops are accessed outside in a strip mall style. Obviously Capri's best days have gone and it will never be like Orchard Park, but I still think the owner could be doing a little more for the place. They are just holding out doing the bare minimum until it is redeveloped starting in 5-10 years time.

Not the greatest mall. I think it's definitely more geared toward the senior community. It's a lot slower paced compared to orchard park. I am curious to see what they replace the old winners building with. Oh! I do like this Chinese restaurant in there called yum yum tree. Used to go there all of the time as a kid. Great service. Independent grocer is comparable to superstore but of course they have their differences.
