I mean, it's ok right... It's just a mall that doesn't have the money to pay for renovations. I don't hate it but I don't necessarily like it either, it's got a place to eat but if you're looking for a big chain fast food place don't go. They've got good small shops with kind people who are looking for people to try them out! They have GOOD fish burgers they also fry the bun. Anyway that's my review.

A combination indoor mall and strip mall. Great variety of stores including a grocery store, drug store, and work wear, clothing and dollar stores. Areas of the parking lot are a bit cramped for navigating with a larger vehicle and be very sure to lock your car and don't leave anything valuable in sight.

My two star rating is based on the depressive food court. The food court is a fair size but some of the lights are out giving it a dim look and it's so plain and uninviting...the manager of the mall is failing to making the mall attractive and a place that people like to spend time in...this does nothing to help the people who have food to sell there...

I like the grocery store here and the Source plus Shoppers drug mart .Most of everything you need you can find in this mall. The rental cop's can be a pain in the ass if they don't like the look of you. Typical for these want to be cops but never will be. Maybe goes back to be picked on too much in school. So stop bullies it makes for way too many mall cops with a chip on their shoulder.

Did you ever have a situation where you needed to make a photocopy and it might have been a holiday so every photocopy place was closed? Well that happened to me over the holidays and I was desperate for something to be copied. I went to the North Hills shopping center and I asked at least eight different stores to see if they could help me out and all of them refused. Little do they know that I too am a businessman and my business is success is based on the service that I give my customers. Hence I demand it no less than the great service that I give whenever I go shopping. If I could give them a zero star I would because the response I got was something along the lines of ,"you look too much like a criminal so I'm not going to serve you". I have to agree with them I kind of look like a criminal but that's beside the point because I'm not.

Lots of free parking and a central location. It has everything you might need for a quick stop such a grocery store, Lotto center, pharmacy, bank, coffee shop, and take out. The inside of the mall doesn't have too much, most stores are have store front on the outside of the building. Overall it's good to for quick trips to get the essentials.

Terrible a bad area of town during the day kind of safe after 5 PM you have to be very careful people have been beaten up at the bus stop and there are aggressive bumps who will approach you at every turn looking for a hand out not a good experience I live in a neighborhood westsyde and will drive 20 km out of my way just to avoid that area

I like this mall, but maybe that’s because it’s convenient to where I live. I was there today by the way(Wednesday the 17 of Nov) and they were doing vaccinations there. Had a makeshift clinic set up, with friendly staff, who were/are efficient and professional. If you don’t believe in vaccines, check the people in your life that are elderly/sick, or for other reasons may be more susceptible to Covid-19 than you may be, and ask yourself if you want to be responsible for infecting them, because you caught Covid, but we’re unaware you were infected till later, and possibly, may be the reason you’ve been asked to read the eulogy? I’m not a big proponent of the vaccinations, but I was vaccinated because I had elderly friends whom were not in the best of shape. I didn’t want to infect the people I love…simple as that. As for the mall, check out the “Source”, a great group of guys there. Affable, friendly, interactive, but not aggressive like some salespersons tend to be, and they got some great deals too. I can’t say enough good remarks about the crew that works there. But don’t take my word for it…go see for yourself.????

This place needs drastic improvement on many levels. When did the North Shore get so bad? There are a lot of drug addicts and beggars in the vacinity of the mall. I did a quick walk through with my young child and got harassed over 7 times to give people money. I even got followed through the dollar store by someone asking for dollar amounts. It wasn't nearly this bad a few months ago so what happened? This is such a big issue.

A friendly, well laid out mall that has been around for a long time! Big box stores have come & gone, but the core businesses stay, & the mall continues to diversify!! Northills shopping centre has pretty much nothing that anybody wants, but just enough stuff that people need to keep it's doors open. Much of the mall is antiquated and has many vacancies. There are no brand name stores that attract the younger generation like American eagle or lululemon and any stores that people tend to visit are all on the ouside of the mall. The only reason and redeeming value to Northills shopping centre are it's grocery store, and several food outlets such as starbucks, edo, and chopped leaf. Most of the mall is taken up by banks and knicknack shops which i rarely see customers in. The food court is also a sad excuse and has only generic carnival style food which i have yet to see anybody eating. In short if you want to go shopping go somewhere else.

It's a standard small mall. Food court leaves much to be desired. Lots of empty store spaces. However, the stores that are here, are top notch and have excellent customer service. The washrooms are always clean but be wary of your surroundings Watch for transients and drug addicts like anywhere else.

Love going to North hills mall but going outside to the transit bus is a horrible experience because I'm allergic to smoke and the mall allows folks to stand by the door and smoke. Now no disrespect to smokers cause I used to be one but apparently folks can't have a smoke without sharing it with others. I'm really hoping the mall will help to resolve this matter as I've seen many seniors not happy also.

Always somewhere to park. I just wish the police would clean up some of the vagrants that hang out near the bus loop...it is intimidating! Every day people taking the bus and going shopping are being constantly made to feel like they can't run errands alone.

Very dissatisfied with one store in particular."Treasures". I had just purchased muk Luks for my wife for christmas 3 days ago . Since then after 3 yrs of waiting she gets call to have her troublesome ankle surgery at St Paul's in Vancouver. In turn meaning her one foot will definitely not be wearing anything soon. And be a different size than the other. An employee there had to leave the till area because of the treatment I was getting despite the situation.

Well North Hills Mall is a complete gone show with Security guards they’re rude they rush customers when I’m shopping like normal customer witch is not cool I got blamed and rushed by a security guard woman in Independent for no reason I got Accused of shoplifting at Shoppers Drug Mart today by the Manager being rude go ahead check the security cameras from the little box you were accusing me of that was empty I did not steal the little thing from the box check my purse check my grocery bag if I stole anything. I’m pretty ticked off by two employees from there it’s pretty rude and makes me feel uncomfortable going there now way to go treating your customers.! Next time I’ll be recording the drama situation and posting it on customer vs employee public freak out on YouTube.

Some variety if your into small food stores ie japanese and pizza and indian. M &M store liquor store and independent food store has a deli and salad area. Meats etc. The bus loop is right there as well. A few scattered indigents around but they dont bother anyone im aware of. Two banks td and cibc a loan shark and a post office.

Mark's used to carry a solid collection of clothes and shoes that were good for ladies office wear and mens casual. It's now mostly tee's, Jean's, and cargo pants. The items they do carry are baggy and it is almost impossible to find small and medium sizes. Sorry Mark's, but it would be nice if you could upscale a bit once again. However, they are a solid company for mens work wear.

I first visited this mall in 2015, and have been back a few times since. This visit is from July 2021. The stores on the outside of the mall still seem to be thriving, but if you enter the interior of the mall, there's very little there. There's a "food court" there, but I only saw one does kiosk there.
