The meat is off , very hard and smells bad.and the dough is uncooked. It tasted very very weird. My stomach reacted very badly. Vomiting and Diarrhea . Probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in terms of service and wait lengths in Jasper. It should never take 45-60 minutes to get food in an empty restaurant.

so apparently 2 large pizzas 10 bread sticks and 10 wing and two 2 liter of pop coat 90$ , I'm glad I canceled my order , and also conincidently dont offer any of the online offers and have no deals on medium and large pizzas at all , steer clear people

Order pizza and was told it would take a hour. A hour and 40 minutes later, pizza showed up cold and was not in one of those delivery bags. I refused to take it and sent it back. I called and complained. The person at the restaurant said they were super busy and could make it a priority tomorrow. They didn't even apologize for it or even tried to get the food out hot and quickly for their mess up. Plus I ordered a large pizza and a medium and online it said order a large and get a medium for $5. Once I saw the bill when the driver showed up to the door, it was basically double then what I was expecting.

This is the only plsc where a pepperoni pizza has made me sick after 2 slices. They obviously dont follow pizza hut recipes as it didnt taste anything like any pizza hut ever. Greasiest pizza I've ever had. ????????

When the pizza box was barely a large size and the pizza didn't fill the box and I had let the pizza guy go, I was angry. We had just paid $50 for two large pizza that looked more like two medium pizzas. I thought that paying $50 for two large pizzas was bad enough. I am really disappointed with Pizza Hut. Where I come from Pizza Hut is half this cost and I'm only one province over. Get it together Jasper Pizza Hut.

The lady on the counter just couldn't get our order right after 5 times of trying, order came to $59 for 2 pizzas. I said to my Mrs, I bet we get 3 now. Low and behold, out came 3 pizzas, 1 just bbq sauce and red onion.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. The floors, tables, and toilets were dirty. It was obvious they hadn't been cleaned for hours. The pizza was horrible, the dough was undercooked and the cheese tasted weird!

This place has KFC & pizza hut together..but the staff and services were so so bad. we called in at sunday around 7:30 pm asked about pizza and its delivery, they said its free in jasper and i said "ok will call back". then i started calling them around 8pm, nobody picked up. After calling for almost 45 mins, we finally went there at 8:57pm exact. the open sign was on, we went in. The lady saw us and crossed us, turned sign off and said sorry we are closed. really ?? then i called the next day just to check in the times and the guy said they close at 9: 30 pm every day.... seems like they dont want to run business ...

Do not offer deals that pizza hut franchises everywhere offer. Attempted to charge me $76.00 for what is supposed to be the triple box deal at $34..... Horrible business in Jasper with very poor customer service. Cannot wait for them to go out of business.
