This Mall is classified in the category of Shopping mall.
This place is great, also where my dentist is.
Beautiful, clean environment. Spacious. Great location.
Lots of great high end shops! You can find it all here in one place!
Varied options available .. Very crowded at lunchtime. If youre looking for a quiet space, this isnt it.
Enjoy cutting through to get to the other side they have a lovely tea shop there.
Busy but great access.
Clean yet busy mall with higher end stores. More of a pass through between other malls.
Only go here to shop if you got money in your pocket and lots of it
Shopping and business. Any gals dream
Nice place in downtown Edmonton.
I went to the office tower. It's renovated.
Anything downtown is "meh"
Warm welcoming and always helped the second you go in.
I am.a customer there, but wouldn't let me use the bathroom.
Convenient location attached to malls, restaurants and food courts
A good restaurant in the area - Zenardis - and the area will improve once all the surrounding road /building construction is complete.
Upscale shopping center with the pulse of a pacemaker. Dress up if you dont want to be labelled as a commoner.
Make sure to stop by Sunterra Market for something tasty & the little tables by the escalators are perfect for people watching. I love the bright sunny interior & the shops at Manulife Place are very unique.
A great spooky ghost town attraction, just in time for Halloween!
Yes I will good. Place
Moody workers look like drain be positive some ways
Manulife. It has a pedway and I am going back to explore the most popular storefront.
Really good
Love Zenaris restaurant in Manulife Place. Great meet up spot to share a post work bevy.
Nice
Well located office tower with limited retail offerings, especially with the upcoming closure of the Holy Renfrew store.
Nothing to complain. Nothing special.
An office tower, an empty office tower
Classic downtown high rise office building. It’s been around for over 30 years and it still looks great. This building was the tallest in Edmonton for a long time but no longer, it has been eclipsed by others but that’s ok. There is a Holt Renfrew store, restaurant and other stores in the 2 storey podium. It’s well lit and clean. It designed nicely. It’s part of the downtown pedway system and is easily accessible through several entrances.
Only a few shops available in this center and mostly high end shopping.
Dead.Empty. What is happening to downtown?! Is it greedy Toronto landlords? Are empty overpriced office and retail a good write-off? Time to change some laws I think!
It is a good place to work, although, the security was not helpful when I needed help
Great fashion shops and lots of food choices
Top of the food chain shopping experience
Very nice building with high end stores.
Absolutely deserted, nothing open
It's a mall not bad
Stay classy yeg
Parking is very pricy here. It's best to take take a train, but the train station is very far from stores worth shopping at
great underground parkade that has great parking deals through parking panda. it is a bit of a run around getting to the parking entrance. the entrance is on 102 street and his will say it is on 101, but there is staff on duty all night and it is a well lit parkade. I have used this parkade multiple times for concerts and hockey games it's about a 5 minute walk from Rogers place and it's right in the heart of a bunch of excellent restaurants downtown.
Great Lil shops but a lot of homeless go to this mall
Well kept
Good downtown shopping
Nice and clean
Nice variety of shops & services but hard to find parking for my 1 ton pickup truck.
Good
More food variety out there then others.
if you know what you're looking for good for you but it's overpriced the brands are unknown cuz they're only suited for rich people a good shortcut if it's raining
Security Guards are nice & friendly & the building is kept pristine but parking is outrageously priced as are the stores within. Bring your wallet????
Greeted many times by street people before i hit the entrance.
Public Parking is a great a option, centric and with easy access to City Centre Mall and other city attractions like Alberta Museum
Ok
Holt Renfrew café : a beautiful little restaurant inside the store. You're feeling so peaceful that you can't imagine that you're in the heart of downtown. The food was amazing, a must try restaurant.
Very nice place for office work and food
As intended, the mall mirrors the pretentious mood of the shoppers and stores within it. The security does their best to make it seem as though tolerant of any middle or lower class patrons but these types are not accepted for very long and close eyes kept on anyone who doesn't fit the Target demographic. Certainly do not stop to charge your phone or spend too long going through a bag as it will draw attention. The Christmas displays although lovely show the opulence and excess financial resources that the downtown pedway malls are best represented by.
Low key unless you're there during the week day business hours.
Park here for Oilers games .... Underground ... Pedway to Rogers ... $12
Very high end superb!
Not the easiest to navigate in the pedway system. Nice once we got there though
Amazing stuffs . Long line up usually but the service is great .
Price for parking is decent and the shopping choices are on the higher end. Very empty on the weekends though
Free parking on Sunday. Quiet place for Sunday snowy days when you can park indoors.
Nightlight and rain..beautiful ????
Amazing facility, great amenities and shopping.
Nice place for shopping. Ample parking space in the basement.
Great location in town! Manulife Place have some shops and Restaurant. It is nice place for coffee. Very busy and super clean place!
The outside of the building was nice,.. too many homeless camping around it though, thank you Edmonton City Council,.. But dont worry, as long as YOU have a roof over YOUR head. I was never in Manulife Place, I drove by the building, but didn't enter. Thanks for bothering me Google Review,... : )
Specialty shops, mostly High-end
Not going to rate feral government building
The main floor and second floor of Manulife Place have some retail shops and Zenari's Restaurant. The restaurant is a great place for coffee and a bite, and I've done a fair bit of shopping in here too, bought some glasses from Jamieson's, clothes for the nieces and nephews from Alligator Pie (they have good sale racks!), jeans or shoes from Holt Renfrew and Henry Singer. They even have a retail bay on the upper floor that serves as a rotating pop-up shop for local maker-types.
Had a nice coffee there. A handy place to explore Edmonton's pedways.
Beautiful building, professionally managed with excellent shopping and eating venues.
Nice selection. Peaceful environment.
High end shopping place there is a food court as well, peace and quiet even in the heart of downtown very clean and tidy the security is well trained to handle anykind of turbulence.
Probably the best looking (subjective) building in the Edmonton skyline, but is convenient for its Pedway connection but also a restaurant on the main floor with reasonably priced Italian food that's also delicious. Also kept clean even with the winter slush and sand.
First of all, this review is for the VFS Global not the Manulife Building. VFS global at this location is horrible. Rude stuff, no customer service and yes, you get charged for anything if you play Naive! Drove all the way from Calgary and just because their system was down so I couldn’t print the receipt so I had to go through hell to get my application submitted. It’s a bloody global company and we live in Canada so kindly ask your stuff to either speak in English or French!!! Horrible experience and it’s a shame that the UK Gov hired such a company:( Disappointed ☹️ and frustrated with what I went through
An above average mall in downtown Edmonton, Alberta, very clean and neat. Has lots of restaurants and snacks joint to chose from.
Nice mall and glitzy but nothing special...usually closed by the time you get downtown but some nicer higher end places to shop if that is your things. Wierd layout that makes it hard to plan a proper shopping trip if you want to go to multiple places. Pedway system is nice to connect to other areas in downtown Edmonton or for dinning in different areas.
Food coart is excellent especially in winter ,very convenient and out of cold .
Just there for meetings but nice place.
Fine establishment with a wide arrange of venues for people to show and eat
My favorite place in edmonton
An extension of City Centre mall (accessed through the pedway bridge), it has everything from a CIBC to hair salons and a small food court . Personally, I don't use Manulife much but the design of the building is quite beautiful with all the granite (marble?) and skylights. City centre mall on general is a well designed building. Hopefully, with things opening up it goes back to its former glory.
High-end stores and stops.
Great architecture.
A nice shopping mall, down town Edmonton, underground parking. Good food court on mezzanine floor, SUNTERA market, well cooked meals At reasonable price. On the main floor A nice Italian restaurant, decent tasty Dishes and sandwiches for a reasonable Price.prompt service.Expensive clothing Stores specialising in men's and Women's. The upper floors are offices. The building is connected in doors to Other parts of the main downtown core Including banks and other major services. Altogether it gives a feeling of an upper Class place.
It's a nice building with a few good stores, even if they are expensive.
We luv Blus; great fashion and friendships.
Quiet and very clean. Higher end shopping.
I walk through it every day at lunch. Could have more small stores and restaurants.
The young man at the coffee counter at Zenari's was nothing less than an angel. I got there just as they were closing and he was kind enough to accommodate a coffee order. Super friendly and helped me make it through my night class.
Good place for Italian food
Lux
Just love it there nice shops the staff are so happy n care for the patrons there i always feel special when there love it
Do not use the lavatory here. Security will harass you
Nice but if shopping very expesive
It is a fine place to explore.
Nice collection of stores, love going to sweet Lollapalooza ❤
Awesome
Nice place.
Manulife has very nice upscale stores! Blu’s Women’s Wear, Henry Singer’s Men’s Wear and Holt Renfrew are there. Zenari’s offers great coffee and lunch. There is a Second Cup on the NW corner of the main level accessible by escalator from the second level.
I have done contract work here a number of times. Always very clean and well maintained. Super clean parkade but quite pricey. They just installed the most retarded AI elevator control system. Once you get into the elevator you have no control of where you are going. You have to tell the system beforehand. Don't get on to the wrong car.
Always great to be able to park underground while shopping on a cold winter day!
Excellent ....
Where I connected with the bus. Ok.
Good McDonald's upstairs fresh food
Nice place. Met with someone at RBC. Did not spend much time.
Is under construction in some places so it's not fully functional but food out let's are still open Los the food court is open
Acceptable place. I like their tower elevators where you call the elevator by your floor number and it sorts the best for you.
Well , it was a holiday so things were closed ... I guess I understand but isnt that a great time to be opened for buisness?
I just cut through to Jasper Av
Good bur the restaurant are not opened much on sat
Good accessible parking. Good price on Saturday.
Epic food ,international atmosphere
Not a lot here but they are going to be doing some major upgrades and renovations so I guess we'll see what happens.
It is also by commerce place. It has vandenburg jewelleries shop. It has henry singer mens clothing store. It has winston tobacco shop. Manulife financial is a banking service. Rbc royal bank has 4 atms in this mall. Manulife tower is home to doctor' s office, law firms and cibc wood gundy to name a few. The place is brightly lit, clean and well managed. It has pedway to commerce place, enterprise square and city center.
Definitely a nicer place to shop if you don't want to be around super sketchy crowds.
Excellent building, great pedway downtown against the extreme low temperatures!
Personal visit was great ????
Best luxury shopping in Edmonton: Holt Renfrew, Henry Singer, Blu's and a few others. I just wish it were big enough for a full-sized Holt Renfew. Edmonton's is about 1/3 the size of Vancouver's.
Haven't had the opportunity to shop but nice views on the inside
Edmonton has always had an ingenious underground pedal network which is super useful during the cold winters here.
They have an awesome display on the second floor, kudos to Jerry the photographer and his team. I have lived in the hood for 20 years and have rarely seen such complicated, sensitive issues dealt with so compationatley.
I love Manulife place right now because there isn't many people because of Covid-19. So when I was there at the dentist I noticed a few places open with nobody there. So at the moment it's a safe place to shop. But check because not all stores are open. And it might be locked down even more because of stronger restrictions due to Covid-19.
wide variety of shops in here. Two levels for the public; nice place to check out if you're bored downtown...
I like to go there for walking and grab a quick snack. Always clean and busy . Love it.
Love the outdoor terrace, who knew there was grass and trees like that in downtown edmonton about four floors up above the shops!
I don't spend a lot of time at Manulife place. It is part of a great pedway system downtown. There is a Blus womens wear, Holt Renfrew, Royal bank and a lingerie shop on the pedway level. I noticed yesterday that they have new logo signs at the entrance to Manulife place. It's a really nice design
High end stores and restaurants at affordable prices and a very safe shopping environment thanks to a great security team, rooftop verandas with actual sod 3 stories out in open air,one of the top towers that has stantec tryin their best to match.
Beautiful building. Elevators to office suites is on second floor. Parking is pricey.
Nice building with descent access but usual downtown parking fun!
Not bad . Not really any stores except for Holt Renfrew, which if u ain't flush is out of reach for most of us
A few great shops for men’s clothes, hair services, jewellery and accessories. Several great dining options for lunch and a few for dinner and cocktails.
Used their underground parking for an oilers game. Undoubtedly a hidden gem for parking downtown with reasonable rates
The Manulife mall as a good variety of shops Make sure you ask your merchant at Manulife for a "click and park" coupon to discount your parking there
Very good
Nice building. Very well lit. Easy to get around.
Offers lots of services in the downtown core including dope dealers and is conveniently located by a major transit center
Clean and spacious office building with a wide selection of stores and eateries.
You've got RBC upstairs, you've got CIBC on the Commerce building! They even have a Good Life gym open 24hours Mv. Donald's or Jugo juice A hair saloon for the ladies even a Starbucks Even a massage therapist
Not many shops open, not worth to go shopping here.
I have to do a ton of work with folks who have offices in Manulife Place, the views are spectacular and the Sunterra is perfect for the site. Parking is always good and it's not too expensive.
Formerly the tallest building in Edmonton, still one of the nicest.
Public access is small has a couple stores and Holt Renfrew and rbc bank
Dying shopping centre which is too bad. Swish is amazing
I like how clean the underground parking is! Definitely one of the nicer spaces to accommodate the building's business clientel and lawyer offices / etc. There is a bike lockup available and specific 2 hour visitor parking as well on P1. Parking Panda prices on weekend is what draws me in but the security access after normal hours can be such a pain. There are two different elevator spaces: 1 goes to the parking and the other goes to offices. If you're heading to the offices, go around the corner! Most of the pedways are closed at this time, and overall the building is quiet/silent. A new GoodLife is slated to open soon - but probably delayed due to Covid!
Search board doesnt work. Our cake melted. Scotia tower rules!!!
Great central place to park downtown. Excellent Saturday parking rates. Only a hop, skip and a jump to the Farmers Market on 104 St.
3 Levels covered parking...good thing to ask as the cashier will tell you that the Visitor Parking is only for 2 hours then you will get a ticket. I only paid 2 dollars from 10:30am to 2pm on a Saturday.
