Average mall...on par with most mall's trying to make it in the age of online shopping...mall is relatively organized....but...the mens bathroom was one of the funniest and disgusting I have ever seen in a mall.it also way to small to accomodate the number of elderly people that shop here.

Had an idea on a new concept for this mall while watching the documentary…. What about adding great grocery stores like Whole Foods or popular restaurants with bars and pool tables, games, theatre, and entertainment. More to do than shop. One stop shop! Would hate to see such a beautiful building in such a nice community go to waste with such great retail space.

The Jasper Mall, the stores that are left, the people are very nice and polite will help you any way they can but the owner of the place needs to either drop the rent and get more places in or figure out a game plan to start bringing more people in because it's a dying mall if they don't do something, and the drive and parking lot and everything is getting worse and worse

Can't even consider it a mall anymore. It contains very few stores anymore and I feel the rest are about to be moving out. JC Penny's is gone. Belks remains as the only main chain store included. They have a Subway inside for food as well as a yogurt shop, but I have heard rumors they are closing Subway due to sanitary reasons. They have a Children's Place, Factory Connection, a boutique called Carols, Fishers, a shirt shop and a hallmark like store. They have one nail salon and one place that does the threading of the eyebrows.

Plenty of parking almost like a ghost town so much is vacant Belks Hibbetts Childrens Place some boutiques Tshirt shop Factory connection bath and body works not your typical mall its very sad about 5 years ago I went at Christmas there were no store vacancies and very festive even though it wS small.Still go by and check it out theres some pretty good resturaunts chinese buffet 2 sub sandwich places one being subway,another one thats a lil pricey but nice atmosphere get steak, burgers ,salads good mix of eats and have a beer or mix drink.Usually belk has good sales and your pretty much guaranteed to not have to wait in store lines.

Would never suggest this mall to anyone. It’s dark and very outdated. Barely any stores left and many vacant store fronts of former stores. Fake plants and dark painted walls and floor cause a gloomy environment that is definitely not inviting.

This place has certainly gone downhill. It's dim inside and half the stores are empty or closing. It sure would be nice if more stores were interested in doing business in this mall, but I am assuming the rent in the building is way too high for it to be attractive. Really a shame, since it used to be my favorite place to go and hang out as a kid/teen. The only reason I ever go here is for the Chinese food. Those guys are consistently doing great business and are carrying y'all. ????

Has hardly any stores, and what they do have are mostly local businesses. Belk is really the only main store, and who likes belk? Just drive the extra little time brookwood. Better stores but less people than the galleria.

If you're not a crowd kinda person, today is NOT the day to go to the mall-the staff are frazzled and struggling to maintain order in an apparently ornery and "me" minded populace . There's a lot of impatience and rudeness in the air, and so I chose to retreat from the melee in hopes of surviving to win the battle another, saner day.

This mall is going downhill. Several stores have vacated. Needs updating and additional outlets. A movie theater would be a welcomed addition since this town no longer has one.

There isnt a very big selection. The types of stores in the mall is very slim and the range of sizes and styles is as well. I avoid Jasper Mall if it's possible

In my opinion, it needs an entire revitalization. It needs to be more than just a place for teenagers to hang out. There are still a lot of good stores inside the mall, but most people don't want to have to deal with the teenagers sitting around or standing by the doors in order to actually get themselves inside the store.

I always went to Robins Nest Being a church we always bought special items for our families who lost loved ones and Robin was so sweet and special at helping us pick out things she had or we needed her to make. So sad they closed but I totally understand retiring. Love you Robin.

This is the most disgusting mall I have ever been to. It's dark, it's dingy and the trash cans are filled with roaches!! Like, tons, of German roaches! I got what I needed from bath and body works and I ran! The plants are also COVERED is aphids. And I mean you can see the white fuzz all over everything plant. I feel contaminated just being here. The only praise I can sing is the security guard is super nice and the stores staff are very friendly. But ugh! The pests and just over all darkness of the mall is just sad.

It's a disappointing mall. There is no food court. Having 1 subway doesn't count as a food court. Where I used to live I went to the mall all the time and probably 9 out of 10 visits were for food even tho I usually ended up shopping too. Then there's so many vacant stores. And all the stores are so similar. We need variety like Spencer's, Hot Topic, Victoria Secret, the as seen on tv store, an arcade, a movie theater, Antie Ann's Pretzels or Cinnabon or both, Starbucks, pizza place, burger place, asian place, wing place. Our mall needs so much.

The mall is not well. The kmart n pennys are gone. I did eat at the gargields restaurant for dinner. All tvs were tuned to sports. Only one waitress untill about a half an hour later then service got slow. The subway is closed also but i did not walk in the mall so am not sure howmany of the other stores are left.

The selection of stores has gotten better over the years, but it still has a long way to go. I rarely have a reason to go inside, other than going to Bath & Body Works. The decor hasn't changed since I was going here as a child. If the mall would acquire some of the more popular stores and would do some "modernizing" of the space, I would certainly make an effort to visit there more often. An Old Navy or American Eagle would be nice, and a Victoria's Secret would be great as well.

Interesting documentary on Amazon Prime about this mall. I couldn’t help but notice the sad irony that Amazon has caused much of the retail exodus from malls throughout the nation. A once thriving mall near us is now a huge parking lot for hundreds of Amazon trucks. Perhaps their future rests with more competitive lease rents and a renewed effort to attract service oriented shops that don’t need to compete with Amazon.

It's a small mall, but a local fixture. It's mostly occupied by clothing boutiques now, as the other types of stores dried up and closed down. Anything that isn't clothing related that moves in tends to shut down after a few months. It's sad, really. This used to be an awesome place to hang out back in the day when there was a bookstore, and a music store, and a game store and an arcade... Yeah, I hope things change in the future. If the mall brightens up, so will my rating.

I'm watching the movie on this mall I've been to this state once. I was curious if this mall was still open. I hope they get more stores there. Sadly a few malls by me are going through the same thing I'm from ohio. If anyone comes up here stay away from papa joes subs, and pasta nasty disgusting food. Sometimes goes past expiration date, and the owners are husband, and wife they're nasty people

I grew up at the Jasper Mall as many of us have an its such a sad waste. Plz give the Jasper Mall its life back by adding new stores. An things families & teenagers can enjoy. Don't waste this beautiful building anymore. That way more people n Jasper will shop more locally than going to Riverchase or anywhere else. #Revive Jasper Mall
