cant manage to deliver on right time. Not attending the calls. i was running behind them around 3 weeks about a confidential mail. they not yet posted in my address and they dont know what happened now. i dnt know why they ae getting paid???

Don't expect to receive packages at your door even you are at home all day, got up early and tracking the delivery progress on the phone, looking out at the windows, you still and always get a pickup notice asking you to drive to the post office to pick up your package the next day in the afternoon. EVERY SINGLE TIME! I have to say the delivery personel must be 'catch me if you can' artist.

No one ever answers the phone and there is nowhere to leave a message. I haven't been receiving my mail properly for over a year now. Important documents having to be sent up to 4 times by companies because we haven't received any. Legal documents not coming in on time from a town over. Birthday cards 2 years in a row not showing up and only coming from Toronto. Why? Why can't you just deliver my mail on time?!

Their favourite pastime is giving away my mail to other people. Looking at the box number on the package comes second to staff personally deciding where it should go. They should be fired and mail fraud charges should be looked into.

My package was there and 3 different people said it wasn't, even though I was insistent it was there. Only reason I was able to get my package was with the help of FedEx. Very frustrating.

I totally agree with Brian. The younger clerk is very condescending to customers. The older clerk is ok. It would be nice to get a friendly greeting once in a while. I do like the fact that this outlet opens at 8 am on weekdays. Very convenient.

D'après l'horaire la poste devrait ouvrir à 8h, il est 8h40 et la dame de la poste refuse de nous servir, car à partir d'aujourd'hui ils ouvrent à 9h. Il n'y a aucune indication à cet effet sur google ou dans le magasin.

Inconsistent communication and deliveries from this location (come broken, late and sometimes dont give you a delivery slip and just return it to sender without notice!!!), I would ask to have packages/mail sent to another location that treat me and my packages with some respect if I could. Awful customer service from the morning employee...

Worst service I have ever had! They drop the parcel in downstairs in the lobby of my apartment building and won't wait 30 seconds for me to come down and get it, even though i clearly told them that people have been stealing parcels all the time since they implemented this knock, drop and go BS.

Ok first I’m in a great mood. I walk up and say “hey I just wanna pick up my package I didn’t have the cash last night for my duties. (Meaning my duty taxes from crossing the boarder) I get a lot of packages so this is normal for me. Instead of saying ok and grabbing my package and ringing me thru. She started to tell me how it was taxes not duties. I literally giggled and said in my normal voice “I’m not here to argue with you I’m here just for my package” she continued to tell me how it was a tax not a duty (it didn’t matter I just wanted to pay and leave) so I said again “look I’m here for my package not to argue with you” then to get told how I was raising my voice and she didn’t have to “serve” me. Now I’m not mad at this time at all I jut want my package I have a head cold and just wanna leave. Finally I get it paid for and as I’m walking away like a high school cheerleader she yells maybe you should get you mail delivered somewhere else.. ok I’m already walking out at this point so I didn’t even bother turning around to say anything because all I can think to myself is (this is why they are on strike every two years. They just don’t like there jobs and don’t wanna be there obviously. I was told I was tell when I can barely talk without my head feeling like it’s gonna explode. Now with all that said. It’s called a duty tax hun.... Learn you’re job and drop the sassy attitude. Every time I deal with this younger girl she just sassy and rude and I’m pretty sick of it to be honest. Anything in my power to have USP handle my mail I will. Over the last month and a half Canada post hasn’t had my support over whatever they fighting for because they don’t seem to do the job they need to be doing. On a good note tho the delivery lady that’s drops off my packages is a complete sweetheart and I love her. So not allllll bad just the package you lost last month and this today. Cheer up you guys make good money.

Not all services are offered during business hours. That is, they refuse to mail out parcels 30 minutes prior to closing. This information is posted nowhere online, which I think reflects poor customer service. If you don’t know about their special rules and are coming in from out of town it is especially inconvenient. Only a few staff there are friendly & knowledgeable, they experience frequent technical problems also. Very slow service predominantly.

This place can’t even get your daily mail to you DAILY! Hadn’t got mail all week then I get a big bundle with flyers 4-5 days already started! If y’all can’t keep up to the demand, here’s a hint… HIRE MORE CARRIERS! Canada post deserves ZERO stars, sadly that’s not an option!

(Translated) First, the website is not up to date for orders. Second, I don't understand why the delivery guy doesn't knock on the door but just leave a delivery notice. I was expecting a very important package and having several people at home. He didn't knock. Now I have to wait 1 more day and I have to review my plans. (Original) Premièrement l site internet n'est pas à jour pour les commandes. Deuxièmement, je ne comprends pas pourquoi le livreur ne cogne pas à la porte mais fait juste laisser un avis de livraison. J'attendais un colis très important et ayant plusieurs personnes à la maison . Il n'a pas cogné. Maintenant je dois attendre 1 journée de plus et je dois revoir mes plans.

Waste of time! Address online is wrong! New.location is very inconvenient to go to for quick access, package to be picked up was in business name and address, which you id is not, wouldn't give me the package not would they reattempt delivery to the business.....I guess I will never get whatever the package is!

Waited on hold for 20 minutes with Shoppers customer service, to get transferred to canada post on hold, then my first contact with someone I was asked to hold! How is there not just a direct line to canada post? Ring a few times then a message saying we are away from the phone leave a voicemail. Surely there could be a better way.
