I went to Suzy Shier during the day on Friday, January 12, 2018 I was ignored the entire time I was in there. Normally this wouldn’t bother me if I was just looking around (I hate being harassed by employees of department stores) but I had my baby with me in her stroller and had 4 shirts piled onto it while trying to push it. The woman working there watched as I struggled to keep the shirts from falling off the stroller & she opened a change room (not even telling me it was for me she walked over to it, unlocked it, and walked away). I tried on the shirts, she didn’t ask how they fit, how I was doing, or if I needed any other sizes. I had to walk out and grab different sizes and she was nowhere to be found. I called for help but she was nowhere. After about 5 minutes she finally showed up with a mop and started mopping the floor. My boots must have tracked in some snow. I was so pissed off at that point that I didn’t even bother asking her for help. Good thing the clothes are nice otherwise I would have walked out empty handed.

This Store has got it going on ???????????????????? The staff are wonderful, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the clothing styles. They offer suggestions based on your body type but are never pushy. Its my Favorite store!! ????❤️

Not sure what's happened recently to this store but it's not the same. Used to be one of the best stores in the mall and now its constantly messy, staff seem miserable, barely any customer service. I believe the store is under new management? Wont be shopping here anymore

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been into the store a few times lately and the skinny lady with short hair shaved on one side is the worst. From what I've heard shes the manager? I've seen her a few times walking in and out of the store, leaving the employees while its busy. Havent had a good expereince with her yet. Too busy to acknowledge the majority of her customers and rude to the ones she chooses to talk to.

Picked out two dresses here recently. The sales associates were so nice and very helpful! I never wear dresses, so I really needed some help.
