Up date : I am changing my rating specifically for the one young blonde girl today who was not helpful and I would say at time impatiently rude, I kept asking her about products at the cash desk and I only received minimal answers and even a few”I dont knows”! I have seen her work here alot and am very tired of the lack of help or even a smile. Today was the last straw because it was a big sale and busy- it felt at time she went the opposite direction of customers! I love the store and was glad to see soem new hires though - I love the woman with accent-so happy maybe name tags??? I love this store and that it is seperate from mall. The clothes are great and varietal !

Nice selection of clothing but this location doesn't have the friendliest vibe. The staff never even knowledge my existence when I am shopping in their store. I don't expect a personal shopper or anything but it feels a bit uncomfortable not even getting a hello the past like 5 times I've been there. I just shop online now, so uncomfortable, lol.

I used to love this store. Knew most of the ladies working there by name. Most of the clothes in my closet are from this store. However the last couple of times I have visited this store I felt unwelcome. The staff were more interested in chatting with eachother then greating customers. They barely looked over when I entered the store. Not one of them offered, or inquired if I was looking for anything special. When I come into reitmans I usually spend a good amount of money. If your staff continue to treat customers this way I won't be surprised if this location ends up closing. Staff need to remember where their paycheck comes from. I truly hope to have a better experience next time. And the only reason I will be back is because my wonderful husband gave me a gift card for Christmas.

Great selection in both regular price and sale merchandise. The fitting rooms were clean. Hand sanitizer as you enter the store. There were arrows on the floor to encourage social distancing. These things are very important to to enhance my shopping experience since Covid. The cashier was wearing a mask and the staff were friendly.

I don't know why they bother having 2 people employed. Never left from behind the desk, social distancing doesn't mean you stop costumer services. No wonder everyone orders online. Very useless staff.

Great layout during Covid-19. Basically everything was on sale! I got 9 t-shirts/tank tops for $119.21. That was after the 25% off since its my birthday month. Would've been about $150 or $158 before discount (can't remember which). Friendly, & attentive. Great experience.
