For the price you really can't beat it anywhere else, they always carry the newest styles, but, for an affordable price. Staff is also very friendly and will help with anything you need quickly.

I went in the other day and was in the store for probably close to 10 minutes. Not one of the 4 staff working said hello or acknowledged me in any way and I was the only customer present. All 4 staff were standing chatting behind the checkout counter and one was even on her phone. I tried to indicate that I needed help with a higher up sweater and was ignored. I ended up leaving because of the bad service.

I bought several items at this location. I never got the ladies name yet she was extremely helpful. As well as that the store was well organized, for example the sweaters were the smallest size to the largest. I'd recommend you go to this Blue Notes over the one in the Village Mall or Avalon Mall

Small store very neat. Too bad the mall is only open until 6pm during the week. It is difficult to get there when you work until5pm.

Not impressed by the misleading staff member. Was in Sat and bought a coat which she told me was 60. On sale. Got home to see on the receipt i was charged 85.00. Im from Barrie and sure would like to give the sales clerk a piece of my mind. Will not go back to that store.
