Well, ever since they closed the fennel and gage Canadian tire store, we have to go to this one now. Its bigger, but its so crowded. The aisles have boxes of products not unpacked yet and its hard to navigate. But it's the closest one so you have to go deal with this.

I'm pretty sure that they had monkeys design the layout of the parking lot. Clearly no one skilled or educated in the proper layout of plaza parking was involved. I'm shocked that the permit was granted...although Hamilton City Hall and local Government are hardly known for quality and proper decision making.

It's just two stores, one of which includes a gas station. Metro groceries which shrunk to allow the Canadian Tire to expand. The gas station which is part of Canadian Tire even has a car wash. The only other vendor is street meat (BBQ offering hot dogs and sausages) and is semi-permanently in front of the Canadian Tire in the parking area.

Food basics on upper James and Mohawk. Huge store, a wide variety of selections prices very comparable to no frills cheap prices. I'm a mother you have small children and have to take them with you this specific food basics is fantastic as it has shopping carts that are children friendly shape of cars, small shopping carts for your little ones to push around. My 9 month & 3 year old highly enjoyed our shopping experience!!! Although the only negative aspect would be the very smelly customer washroom. Needs a good cleaning .other wise the rest of the store is very clean , very spaces apart! And great store hours!

It has one of my favourite places to get a great meal at a very reasonable price, Ye Olde Squire. It also has a few other restaurants to choose from Montana's, Mandarin, Starbucks, and few more just up the street.

Always love this quiet little mall. They don't have many stores like they used to but everything you need is there. If you're like me and love Dollarama but get anxiety in stores with too many people this is the location for you.

Upper James Plaza is a location where you can find most of the chain grocery, hardware and automotive shops. If you plan to get a variety of things, just visit this place. You will find No Frills, Food Basics for your groceries, Walmart, Canadian tire for your hardware needs, Shopper's Drug Mart for Pharmacy items, cosmetics, health and beauty. There are more stores, I just mentioned a few. I would definitely recommend this place.

I mostly come here for the Walmart and Shoppers Drug Mart. The parking lot, as others have mentioned, is poorly designed and the spots are a bit tight.

Was unable to get what I shopping for due to shortages, I do not blame the store for that but I was unable to find a staff person who could tell me if the things were available at another location. Aisles where blocked with unpacked stock, but no staff to be found.

Went to the Dollar store here, the place is rammed with products to the point of falling off the shelves. Everything is from offshore and questionable quality, but as they say you get what you pay for.

I like this plaza but I don't like the fact that everything is so separate. You literally have to drive from one side to the other. I liked it much better when it was one long mall and everything was inside it.

So many options to choose from. This plaza has it all, Canadian tire has pretty much all your needs covered except for food, which you can get at the food basics that in the same lot. They also have a Canadian tire gas station available for you, so that just pretty much seals the deal now doesnt it? Really kicks the Lamas @$$ if you ask me now, you know?

Bought Continental True Contac tires at CTC. However, one tire has a blemish mark on the sidewall which they said was lubricant when they installed. They power washed but I checked this morning and is still there.

I usually just come here to wash my hands and go to the bathroom after taking my empties to the beer store as they get sticky from sorting into bins. Bathrooms here have always been very clean and well kept as well as the rest of the building the Subway and Dollaramma are nice as well as the discount place that seems to sell everything forget what it is called it is where payless used to be great prices on anything there!!!

Canadian Tire store, seem to have a lot of products. I wanted a Panini press and their household area I was able to find one as well as baking pans. Food Basics is in this plaza as well and I have shopped there, busy store, but found what I needed.

visited this store today June 9th 2020 will I return very unlikely due to the attitude and arrogance of the management. There are other stores that I would get better respect as a customer so that is where my buying will happen.
