It was a great little store filled with several adventures (especially if you only speak english) and the staff was very helpful asking if we wanted a basket when we loaded our arms full and happily reccomended a very yummy snack! Can't WAIT to go back for the next adventure!!

Visited this site in Toronto and lived it so had to check out the local one. Staff are very friendly and helpful and they were having a 40% off sale on mostly everything. Definitely will be back!

Lots of neat stuff in this store. Glad to have something different then the usual stuff. Tons of cute things and useful things. Great ideas for stocking stuffers for Christmas. Have gone a few times now and not left empty handed. Check it out for yourself!

This place is awesome, they have so much cool and interesting stuff, mostly imports from Japan, that you won't find anywhere else. It's very reasonably priced and nothing I've bought has been low quality, even the $12 earbuds I got were what I would expect from a $40 pair. The staff are all very helpful and nice, and have been very attentive about my accessibility needs (power wheelchair user) without being infantilizing. Store is moderately accessible because of a few narrow places and corners. Stuff goes on massive sale at the end of season, fyi. Love miniso!

Very bad shopping experience. Their goods have no refund policy and the quality of the goods is very bad. Their staff is just a leisurely stroll. Even when I was looking for help, one clerk has been focusing on cellphones.

I have purchased a lot of products here that I have been happy with. There is a no refund policy, but if you buy electronics they have a 14 day manufacturers warranty when you bring it in with receipt. Prices reflect quality. Great store for travellers; they've got hygiene products, stationery, sunglasses, purses, backpacks, batteries, bluetooth speakers, phone chargers and cases all at a very reasonable prices.

I want to say this because many people don't know. Miniso is not Japanese company. Although it is written as “Made in Japan” because the business is prosperous if written as “Made in Japan”, but almost products sold here are not made in Japan. Made in China or Korea. Also, there are no Japanese employees .

Their electronic products have a very bad quality. I bought a new earphone and found that there was no sound on one side when I got home. I am not going to refund it, because no one will return it for a few dollars. This is a store that looks clean on the surface, but their products are like knockoffs from China. As a consumer, I was deceived.
