This mall is the main mall in Guelph, it hasn't changed much except recently. I would like to see more affordable and larger stores in this mall. Otherwise it has served Guelph well for decades.

Well, what is there to say, besides a select few boutiques of very discriminating tastes, SRM offers a wide variety to the masses. From University crowd to high school. Ex Toronto residents escaping the city to the born in Guelph Townie to a long term ex metro res. that went to college here and never looked back. "The mall", as it's commonly referred to, is the only mall that has ever come here and survived to thrive many re do's. It offers more or or less whatever you need or want and brings in kiosks at holiday and long weekends to "market up" the atmosphere. I like it, you get to know Store Managers and staff , they call you by name and generally know your expectations. If I chose to go for some exercise indoors in bad weather and grab a coffee ☕, nobody is put off, they're just as happy to wave , speak with you or join you in the food court. Born and raised in TO, I can honestly say big massive malls just mean too much walking in circles and generally higher end stores , with stressed and tired of crowds staff that really can't or won't make the time to personalize your shopping experience! ???? I have seen better malls to be honest. But this is an ok mall nothing really extravagant. In my opinion there isn't anything that really stands our at Stone Road but maybe I go once more I might change my opinion. (Might update)

This mall has all the stores you need. The food court is under construction but other than that its a one-stop shop!

Nice mall but the hours are terrible. How am I supposed to go shopping after work when they close right after? They really need to look at other successful malls such as Square One, Eaton Center, etc. who are open until 9pm on weekdays and Saturdays.

Why do the men’s bathrooms have a hand dryer blowing right into the garbage underneath?? Nothing like washing my hands and the smell of used gum and hot garbage. Got what we needed at the mall so all is cool there.

Unfortunately the mall management really doesn't care much about the safety of the staff and patrons of the mall. Active screening for those coming into the mall was not initially set up until much later than required. Even at that, those screening patrons really don't seem to care either way what the answer is. I have often seen the guest information staff not wearing masks, or only putting on their mask when someone comes by. The example set by these staff members is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend going to the mall until everyone is vaccinated. The management could care less if someone got sick because of their lack of efforts to keep everyone safe.

Very nice interior but I find that the amount of stores I’d actually shop at is lacking. Too many generic/value stores and not enough higher end stores. The updated food court is quite modern but I wouldn’t visit for that reason alone.

Quite a nice shopping centre. Its not quite on a Yorkdale scale but it certainly has a strong variety of things that you will need and are looking for. Grab a bite of food a haircut and maybe some jewelry while shopping here

I don't like malls in general but somehow I like Stone Road Mall. I think it's because it's so easy to navigate, they have just the right stores, all store personnel are friendly and helpful, and even most other shoppers seem cool and relaxed. Nice atmosphere. Some malls are just full of clothing stores, but this one has a really nice mix of stores that cater to a variety of needs. I also like the indoor parking. Really nice to have on rainy days. Plenty of parking all around. The location is also very convenient: close to other stores like Best Buy, Walmart, and a whole lot of restaurants. The food court is rather narrow in selection and seating but plenty of restaurants across or up the street. I wish the mall had a better food court so I can just eat in. But I really don't mind a little walk for some variety. Overall, it's just a really nice vibe to the mall which has many 'functional' stores.

Came over here on a Saturday. Was pleasantly surprised at the stores and selections in this mall. Wasn't even busy on Saturday at all and found it to be a very relaxing shopping experience

Like the mall and would love to shop here…but it closes at 6pm during the week… I would understand 8, and would rush for 7, but 6 makes it impossible. Forced to go elsewhere simply because they are closed so early.

I went there during the work week and it wasn't busy in the afternoon. There were plenty of parking spaces to choose from and free. I went in to do business with two stores. The staff in both stores were pleasant and very helpful. They did wear their masks and I also wear mine. We had to keep our distance from the pandemic. I been going to the mall, when I was a kid. I still enjoyed coming here. They had a variety of stores to choose from. It's nice they had a Food court. With different variety of restaurants to choose from. They had benches or chairs to sit down and rest. The washrooms are usually clean, most of the time. They also have Wheelchair accessible and entrances. The construction is finished where Sears used to be. There is a new entrance to go into the mall. Several new stores added on. Back of the mall, they have 3 or 4 levels of opened garage you can park in for free.

This is a big indoor mall with variety of clothing, sports, toys, household, stores. There is plenty of parking. There are some stores you can enter from the parking lot and then continue into the mall for more shopping. Great place for the whole family to come and do all their shopping.

This is a very nice Mall. They have a great food court with a good selection of food to eat. Lots of stores to shop at. Marshall s ,Indigo book store, Toys r us and many more. Very clean and well set up. A good place to spend some time and have a meal in the food court.

Great mall, centrally located in Guelph. It has everything i need, but I have fairly simple tastes. I think the food court is still being renovated, but likely opening soon. Others may have different opinions on the amenities in the mall, but for the size of our city, it works.

Not sure why this mall still closes at 6:00, when pretty much every other mall/retailer has going back to pre-pandmic hours. It makes it difficult for those of us who work to shop here.
