I was at Hartsland Market for a few things. It's a great place just to drop in and pick up what you need very quickly. The grocery store was a drop in grab your stuff and get out as quick as possible type of place it wasn't too busy and I only had three things to pick up. I was in and out in 10 minutes. That's pretty good for a grocery store!

Strange, but sometimes this Zehrs' prices seem to be a little cheaper than Zehrs Imperial..... You notice it especially in the bakery section.

A lot of open lanes EXCEPT THE BEER LANES. Only 1 open and 5 people waiting line but other cashiers not serving anyone. Get it together Zehrs. Its Saturday and people loading up for tonight.

The produce is usually imported. As an example, the only corn that was available was from the US. I'm sure Loblaws should be able to source more local growers. It's a shame.

Pizza place and the Fat Duck restaurant are both fantastic places to eat. The pizza place cooked up fresh slices even though they already had older ones made. If you're looking for sit down, the Fat Duck has epic....yes I said "epic"...beef piesand caesar salads with massive chunks of bacon.

It is my heart's land to get groceries from Zehrs, do banking and meet a financial advisor or two at Scotia, get cost effective supplies from Dollarama, or even walk through the Royal Recreation Trails. Hartsland development made possible the joining of two parallel main roads running North-South in the centre of the Royal City of Guelph on the South. The public transit makes it easy to reach Hartsland Market Square. Kortyard is a relatively newer low rise development on the North side of the Market Square for the younger generation to find a resting place and satisfy their gastronomic desires at Cusina, Slice Roots or Fat Duck Gastro. Why do you think I said that Hartsland Market Square is my heart's land up front? It will aiways be whenever I want to indulge myself. Hahahaaa.

A Haunted Lighthouse

While I love every store and restaurant in Hartsland, I noticed that this plaza could use a little coffee shop. There is no place to get a coffee until the restaurants open at lunchtime. Please consider this. Thanks!

A good grocery store. The ailes are cluttered with cardboard displays of stuff you likely don't know. I like the cheese and meat selection. Prices are average. Is not a store to get "direct from the farmer" food.

This is a sleepy plaza. The Zehrs grocery store accounts for 90% of the business traffic. There is a dollar store, dry cleaners, running room and a few medical offices.

This has been my got to for prescription for a very long time. The staff are extremely friendly as well as helpful. Any questions regardless of how busy they are will and do take the time for question. Any new med they ask you if you would like to speak with the pharmacist. The young ladies and men that work there are top shelf go out of there way and work VERY hard for there clients. Would recommend these professionals to anyone looking for a pharmacy to do business with.
