Promenades used to have an average selections of shops, was dark, and dated. Ever since Oxford purchased the shopping centre and dropped a few million $ in renovations, it's like night and day! It's bright, airy, pleasure to walk through, and new stores like H&m and the region's first Simon's make it a worthwhile destination. New food court is also worth mentioning, low waste, reusable plates, glasses and cutlery, it's how all food courts should be. And lastly, new restaurants like the bring your own wine Academie and Mexican 3 Amigos, make this a complete shopping destination in the region.

The Promenades Gatineau has improved a lot since the renovations. Food court is pretty decent. Restaurants attached to the mall are very good. Enjoy Simon's and Costco being attached as well. Always worth the trip over there.

Tidy place with nice security guards. Food court is clean and I do recommend Sukiyaki beside the A&W; best Pork Ramen and Beef Udon I've had. If you're looking for good clothes at good prices go to Simons; they will also quickly trim clothes for a low cost. P.S Killer Spotify playlist...def a five star for that alone.

Great shopping mall, but the opening hours aren't made for people who work regular shifts. I've been there three times and was always stressing out about the shops closing way too early. I wish they would stay open until 8, they are losing a lot of money. Great chocolate place there, great ramen, it's a nice mall to spend a Saturday at.

This is actually a good mall on the Quebec side of Ottawa Gatineau. I go here mostly for the Costco. Since it is on the Quebec side it has some good wine selections not as readily available in Ottawa. The mall also has a lot of traffic, plenty of parking and some really innovative stores and restaurants.

It’s my first time at this mall. Was surprised by the size of the facilities and the modern and clean decor. The selection of stores are okay, but what I liked the most is that it has a Costco adjacent to the shopping mall. This makes it super convenient if you are also planning on purchasing groceries, or grabbing a cheap and quick bite to eat in the food court.

I'm not a big fan of Costco and this proved it today when I went in.... It's in a terrible location there's not enough parking and the lineups are crazy long with no room for carts. You think Costco would come up with a better solution for the checkouts.

A beautiful mall with stores offering exceptional deals in clothing, also a variety of services at hand. You might want to find out which gate you’re supposed to enter so you won’t walk too much. It’s big and flat. The food court could have more choices for the amount of seats it has gotten. Really enjoyable to eat. Clean and bright. The parking lot can be crazy at times. I find it to be the norm.

This is my childhood mall. The renovation they did is excellent, but I find it's still missing something. It feels quite empty and the selection can be disappointing. However, it's got all you need for a little, cheap, shopping spree. However, the biggest let down is the lack of pharmacy! How is there none?? It would be immensely useful!

The mall has ample parking and a simple layout to help us find the stores we were looking for. The flow of customers around the mall was steady, but people were well spaced as they tended to walk on the right side of the main hall. We found what we were looking for, and came across some interesting and unexpected finds.

Still have directional arrows on the floor... Had to use the restrooms, not sure why they hate people so much. The handle behind the toilet seat is the most disgusting thing I have ever saw in a public restroom. it also hurts your back.

I mean, i like the place but i liked it better before they remade the place into this typical big city mall. I liked the look, felt like a small town mall with affordable rents and plenty of small shops, now its all big brands and big names, no cute little coffee shops for older people. Its missing the charm it used to have.

A decent mall in Gatineau. Great for kids to ride on their stuffed animals around the mall. Costco also offer discounted beer compared to other QC and ON stores.

I really enjoyed the fact that everything was here at this mall the prices for the food or wonderful I really enjoyed the way that they're turning green when you ask if they will give you a cup and a plate and metal forks I mean that's pretty good way to save the environment here in Canada is kind of small and this is a small little drop in the bucket phenomenal

It's one of the best place to go shopping, they have a lot of place for clothes, they have a very clean food place and the staff is always welcoming and nice. Maps are dispersed everywhere to help anyone find their way and there is even a little library. Awesome place to go for Christmas shopping !

I have been shopping at the Les Promenade for many years, but will not return until the COVID restrictions and mandates are removed. Shame on the mall staff for creating such a horribly tense atmosphere! Who can possibly enjoy a shopping experience when security and store clerks are fanatically watching and policing people's actions? No thanks. I'll shop in Ontario where people are reasonable and sensible.

Great selection of various different types of shops, everything from Costco to the bay. The mall is kid friendly too. A play area for smaller kids with tons of mega blocks. Lots of parking too and there are buses that drop you off 2mins from the door.

This mall is beautiful! Recently took my 2 year old son to meet Santa and he was the most authentic friendly Santa I have ever met. My son is being raised bilingual and Santa spoke both French and English to him. Thank you Santa! Aside from Santa, the mall has a fun play area for kids, a train that rides around the mall, a new amusement area with slides and balls, and large stuffed animals that kids can ride around on. Listen I can buy anything I want online and have it delivered to my house. So making sure the mall offers an experience not just stuff is really smart. Les Promenades Gatineau offers fun activities that my child can do so I will keep visiting the mall and shopping there.

Since the renovations, it is wonderful to go shopping at les Promenade. It is very clean and spacious. There are lots of boutiques to choose from. I would recommend that with winter, they have a space where we can leave our coats while we do our shopping.

Great place to go for a walk. I have no problems getting a wheelchair for my wife. The customer service desk is the best. We may not shop much but the walk is great. Newly renovated single floor Shopping Centre. Ample parking except in December when it is packed. Easy wheelchair access. Food court at the East end, Costco at the West end. Cannot drive around the building on the West side where the Costco is located. This can be a pain if you'd like to head South as you will need to double back.

This mall has really improved in recent years! No longer a collection of iffy discount stores, it is now a shiny destination for brand name gear. The food court is environmentally-friendly (reusable dishware and glassware) but is lacking in selection.

It’s good if you Visit on the weekdays , weekend is very hard and struggle finding parking lot , were will you even find ppl parked on the sides where no parking is allowed making meow traffic jam , no security to enforce the traffic whatsoever. For stores inside is average or less than average.

Well that place is a nice place to shop you got everything you needed to the big shopping mall with Costco wine beer at Costco if you can get all that and all the food and all the vegetables that whatever you need this at Costco so a lot of people knows about it than most people knows about it if they don't know about they should go out there and do it and get their food and not all of that there's also and also you can have a good coffee hot dogs chicken name it they got to go snack bar and that's it go for it really ain't going to regret it

10 -15 years ago it a fun mall with interesting shops covering a wide variety of customers wit shows and exhibits great place to visit even if you lived far away from it. These days it is nothing more than the usual mall and maybe a visit every 2-3 years is too much. If you live in Gatineau than yes more often is OK. As a small plus, is the only mall I know that has a Costco in it

We've been to Les Promenades many times and have always enjoyed our visits. The renovations have given this mall a fantastic facelift (similar to other CF owned locations) and a more upscale feel which helped to attract brand name stores as well as more shoppers. As for the service, the staff are generally friendly and often quick to change to English when needed. Keep up the great work!

When I'm Ottawa I actually will travel to Gatineau to shop in this mall. Because it's in Quebec there are number of stores that we do not have in Ontario. Ladies clothing store lace happens to be one of my favorites, where you will find a useful Styles at a great price. The food court in this mall is great there's something for everybody including my favorite smoked meat. The mall is also very clean! Put on good walking shoes that you will need them.
