I am not very pleased with the experience I had yesterday with one of the sales lady you have there. I went in to only get a battery put in my watch and she told me that she wouldn't do it ,, So I questioned why cause it's only a battery. She told me that because it's the holidays they don't have time to do it. I noticed that there were 4 workers and only 2 customers so why couldn't she have taken the 5 minutes to give me a battery. I wasn't very pleased and you can consider your selves 1 customer less and trust me I will pass on the word about my bad experience.

My wedding set is from here. Beautiful set of white gold. As well, bought my husband's wedding band from here. It was damaged almost 2yrs later, and Peggy went out of her way to contact the company, replace the ring, and send it to us. We are very grateful for the friendly, professional, and fast service. Today I called your Gander location I spoke with Kayla I was looking for a gift for my boyfriend his birthday is in 2 days. Yikes! Been busy and it slipped my mind I also live out of town. She went out of her way and sent me a few pictures of what she had in her store similar to what I was looking for. I have a friend that is going to Gander today and she picking it up for me.
