Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy! I (supposedly) have fiber op, & am 7 mins out of Charlottetown, & the internet constantly cuts Out, videos buffer, and it's supposed to be fiberop...at $90+ for ONLY Internet!! It's being cancelled and am going elsewhere

Called today for service. This was a move 1.5 weeks ago. The installer did not know how to set up the TV box. Called and they wanted 59 dollars to setup when the installer should of did it. The internet keeps going down. Called twice and the IT support hung up twice. If we do not get help soon and resolve this we cancel this rude service

TERRIBLE customer service twice in one day ... staff were almost insulted and I felt as if I was bothering them... real nice place to visit... NOT. . I can see why this location has such a terrible rating ... maybe it's time to get new staff...

While Bell does have a great service, their customer service has gone down hit. I will never understand why Bell doesn't value loyal life long customers. They continuous adjust your billing higher and higher, while giving deals to new customers. I've had the same outdated Bell equipment for the last 10 years, paying $4 per box and they double it to $8. I've paid for those boxes 10 times over. It's greed I guess, after 25 years of my loyalty, I give up.

After 2 weeks of trying to fix and order for two phones that I made online, and going to bell in store twice, an amazing service rep in Bell at the mall helped me solve my issue. I left with two brand new phones and a huge smile on my face. The store and employees were welcoming, as well as very friendly and I was given amazing customer service! I would recommend this store to anyone having any trouble with bell/ wanting to become a customer. 10/10!!!

After being forced to deal with bell satellite 4 times on the phone to order a second receiver, I finally gave up and went to the bell phone centre who completely changed my frustrated, angry mood to completely resolving my problem IMMEDIATELY. The staff at the Bell phone centre in Grandfalls Windsor NL are the absolute best people ever. They are young, knowledgeable, happy, bubbly people who go the extra mile to help you completely. Bell should be utilizing these amazing young people to train all future employees. They are such a wonderful change. Awesome!!!

Worst company in Canada!!! I got an esim for my business back in may 2020. I got a new phone and tried to get them to transfer the esim over. when i called they said i had to go into the store, so i did, where they told me i had to call. After 4 time of them telling me to go back and forth i told them to cancel the account. Now in January 2021 i come to find theyve been charging me the entire time and made me pay $126 just to cancel my account now. After taking my money they hung up on me. I ended up calling 16 today to cancel my account. i finally got it "cancelled" but i wont be surprised if if they are continuing to bill me. Absolutely disgusting service and customer service. STAY AWAY!!!

Pathetic customer service. I've cancelled my phone with them at my expense now they are refusing to give me the unlock code as required by law. No offices on PEI. They think nothing of lying to get your money.
