We've got all the information of people like you who consume the products of Salmon Run Mall (Mall) in the territory close to Gananoque (Canada).
At present the firm receives a rating of 4 stars out of 5 and this rating has been based on 127 reviews.
As you can see the average of ratings is very good, and it is based on a high number of feddbacks, so we may think that the assessment is quite reliable. If there are many people who bothered to give their feddback when they are pleased with the service, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to write scores when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Mall belongs to the category of Shopping mall.
During the week you can get in and out pretty quickly if you need to. I went to Burlington in that Mall the staff were always helpful and the store was clean.
I can always find something I want in this mall. It's not huge but the shops that have remained over the years offer a wide variety of items. It also houses a Regal Cinema and being a movie buff, it's the part of the mall I frequent most.
Priced to sell,it has a little bit of everything. There is a cafe' attached in the back.
Very disappointed to come to the mall to find 90% of the stores have been closed by 7 o'clock p.m! ????
It's great to be able to go to the mall again. Makes you feel like we might get back to normal. Salmon Run has alot of great stores
Food court was surprisingly busy. Several new places to eat...
Was a very good experience, clean plenty to see and do...but A.C.must of not been working had to leave a little early
It was nice, the people were nice and everything else, but my wallet got stolen and I was super sad about it :( the security guard that was on duty was very very nice and tried to help so much :)) he was cool, so was one of the cleaning crew lady's!
Great place to go with friends it's so fun there I go there very often
This mall is not dead but not full either. Shops are still in great shape.
Lots of places to shop .....nice deals
It was a clean and upkept mall that has plenty of stores to pick and choose from and the bathrooms are typically clean but once reported they are cleaned in a timely manner
My family and I always have a great experience at this cute little mall.It is well kept clean and very friendly. I hope in the future there will be even more variety of stores As well as family activities. it’s so nice to have a place close by that we can go if it’s raining or the weather is poor. There are also some excellent restaurants close by to choose from for a meal out.
Only went to the movie theater so did not see most of the Mall. It looked quiet for a Saturday afternoon.
This mall belive it or not is thriving. Lots of stores open, my favorite was the sports store Erin's Way. They had a great selection of teams including hard to find ones as well. Thanks Erin's Way for the great shopping.
Lot of different places to shop inside but it's a lot of walking
It's a fine mall for sure. The food court was nice, and I got some good Wendy's there. the Coke was really good, but hey! Coke is always really good(especially at McDonald's). I am seeing an influx of people complaining about a Splatoon 3 demo not being there due to a video by Joey Perleoni. I don't want what happened in the Steven fandom with Keystone Motel to happen to this mall. I kinda wish this mall would get more business though.
They said on their official twitter that there was a playable demo of Splatoon 3 on June 2nd. There was not. False advertising.
One of my favorite malls to visit! I know there was supposed to be some new installations but then COVID-19 hit. Nice to see some of my favorite store still alive and working tho! Very nice and roomy and always a treat to get some fried dough or a slice of pizza
A great place to shop and plenty of stores.
There should be better games and food options. The clothing and shoe stores are all pricey. I would like to see restaurants and more activity oriented businesses. Rock climbing wall, racquetball, bowling, something to entertain.
Very Clean and well kept. Was very impressed
Decent place nicely arranged, little understaffed as we had to wait 20 minutes for food, but other than that theater section a tad outdated chairs have tears but good quality food and drinks. Might be on the pricey side as far as anything you get here but it's a mall what are you gonna do
Since I last visited the mall some things have changed: The local Planet Fitness is in the process of relocating to the mall, some of the stores have changed and so on. Plenty of plaves to shop for clothes, knick knacks, and so on. The most negative change is that The food court barely has any food in it anymore. Literally just a Bubble Tea restaurant, Wendy's, Sbarro's, A Chinese restaurant, and Skewed Brewing. The majority of the space in the food court area is now either empty or taken up by various stores. That said if you are looking for a one stop shop of retail therapy and some tasty grub you'll be hard pressed to find anywhere better in the region north of Syracuse and south of the Canada-NY border.
What a dismal far cry from what it once was. This place was packed years ago with more stores than you could visit in a single trip. Now it's a ghost town with a bunch of random stores selling world crafts, unfinished wooden furniture, and clothes marketed towards teenagers. There are more vacancies than occupancies, but at least you can enjoy an Orange Julius while you wander from empty storefront to empty storefront and wait for your turn in one of 40 massage chairs scattered throughout.
Came out with almost everything we needed. Some craft things were sold out but that happens this time of year.
This mall has Tesla Superchargers. Unfortunately, mall management had a team block out the entire thing to reseal the parking lot. I don't think management knows what they are doing. Superchargers are critical infrastructure for travelers - you CAN'T shut them down without stranding people.
Not a bad place to shop. Very clean. There were some very cute stores.
Clean and great customer service.
Very empty nowadays. The stores open at 10:00 now and the few things that are there are overpriced now because of covid pandemic. My friend is trying to buy shoes here today and we are in store #2 now. The place smells like bad nasty old feet. Yuck.
I miss my twice annual visits across the border to shop at Salmon Run Mall. Hope to get back there soon now that the border crossing has opened to non-essential visitors. Sorry to see some of my old favorite stores at the mall disappear, like the Bon Ton, however new stores have replaced the old. I look forward to shopping at the mall again, especially to revisit some of my favorites, like Christopher & Banks, and the fudge shop - hope they are still at the mall!
Some radio in the shape of a grizzly bear carving sent me here with other people to collect these "golden eggs". Some weird fish abominations started attacking me, but luckily we completed the quota they asked us to do and I got a neat ticket for a drink.
This is a nice lil mall. It was really quiet and uncrowded. Many shopping options available. Fairly clean as well.
It's a little scary to be honest. Salmon Run in it's heyday was one of *the* places to go shopping in the area (and especially for canadians). So many stores have gone out of business it makes one wonder. Sears an anchor store gone. Gander Mountain... also gone. It felt really desolate when I was there with hardly any customers. Hopefully, when the fear lifts from covid it'll get back to being busy and give that feeling of prosperity. Right now, it feels like it's struggling... Would I go back? Absolutely! I need my Bath and Body works fix! I'm hoping for the sake of employees and the City of Watertown that things improve soon. Time will tell.
Really great to see a small mall really thriving and still having anchor tenants and plenty of other stores hand as well. Small food court on hand, and a nice Regal cinemas on site as well. Hopefully it can stay the course and stay open
good amount of different things to do, places to eat and a little retail therapy.
Way too crowded. Not enough to do. Half the kiosks take your money. Arcade was ungodly hot.
This mall is sad. I remember it when it was brand new in 1987 and now it is just sad.
New stores coming in due to covid and movie theatre is finally open!! Had a great time shopping. Food court is limited still as others haven't reopened or replaced their vendors.
The roadway is always a wreck and it's always full of people but that's not the malls fault. It's a well stocked business with plenty to offer every customer and the prices are fair. The food court ris large and the theater is comfortable too. Nice if and when you don't want to drive all the way out to Plattsburgh.
Lots of fun to do here. there's a movie theater and lots of little shops, along with food courts.
Loved the Christmas setup. The Grinch pieces were amazing
Shopping at Burlington was worth the trip, got some goodies. Seems we got there after new arrivals were put on the floor. Cashier Celine, great customer service.
Nothing in the mall anymore, online shopping killed the box stores.
Wife went to Hobby Lobby! Staff is exceptional in their assistance with everything. Everyone should go there just to experience the staff!!!!
I think I should go like if Alexis she gets back and like I won't be nice no More and like I am on my own like life forever and ever of leaving so sooner then like I'm sure who is gonna helped of my dad Dave right and I'm always all set it as well and I;; be fine and like I know how to be careful as well laws and so ,any ways of some people show me some respect and like I wasn't it k lol
The elegant pearl of watertown ny.
Went to pay off a phone and can't do that without ID , went to cut my hair and they are closed so looks like that waits, the only thing I was able to do was get my sneakers for work and pay cell phone bill over all nice visit to the mall
It's got awesome stores there
Nice small town mall but with good name brand stores.
FANTASTIC MALL CAW CAW, SMALL MALL WITH SOME COOL LITTLE PLACES CAW CAW!
I’m amazed that footlocker is not in the mall anymore this is very upsetting to me because this is one of the reasons I go to this mall, other then dick’s, hollister , Maurice’s, and American Eagle. I wish they had more of a variety of clothing store for my teenage boys and myself.
Compared to many malls, this mall is underwhelming. They do have some nice stores and attractions inside though. It's a decent place to get the essentials.
Nice mall with interesting stores including a pet place. Good free internet for 120 minutes if you want to just sit and browse the net or do some work while your spouse shops.
I saw a video on YouTube that explained that this mall was scamming people to buy a demo of splatoon 3 at Best Buy and they weren’t selling it. WORST MALL EVER!!!????????????
i don't usually write reviews but i just have to talk about how friendly and helpful the people who work here are! the staff at yankee candle helped me pick out a few candles for my mom because i can't smell, and the ones they recommended were perfect!! the staff at fye and hot topic were also very friendly and helpful. overall it's a very good mall with a nice atmosphere. <3
Even though the Salmon Run Mall is not what I remember even a few years back. The stores that remain. Are still decent stores. Its too bad that a lot of the good ones have been lost along the way and now even more recent, the entire Cinema after they did all that work to make it what it is now just a few years back. Hopefully we will see some of those empty store front filled again. Even if its by smaller stores and kiosks again for more variety.
The Mall is open but not much to shop for. I went to the Burlington and found a few things of interest. Perhaps in better times, there would have been better shopping.
Basic mall, has the usual things you'd like to see for retail stores. Personally I'd sacrifice the hour of driving to go to the one in syracuse.
Good pretsels but no fish :(
A lot of the places here close early so if you work you don't get time to even get to shop
Too much walking for this senior. Had to visit T-Mobile...a long journey with no distractions or entertainment to make it a nice experience.
I really enjoyed this Mall. Small town feel but actually has some shops and shopping to enjoy. I loved the food court and the direct access into Regal Cinema's and the smell of popcorn! I'm very weak to pizza and movie theater popcorn!????????
The mall was quite today which is just the way I like it to be. We got everything we went in there for however in all of my life I have never seen the mall so empty, there are barely and food options in the food court, the movies are closed and there are so many stores closed (empty spaces) hence why I gave it 4 stars. I did however notice a couple of new places that I have not seen before this pandemic.
The mall is ok. Some good stores. But nothing ever seems to last long. The ones still there are run down. Could use some upgrades. Maybe get in some newer stores too.
Love the bounce house
An awesome store.
Actually not hobby lobby. Ordered a microwave from Best Buy. Walmart does not honor Walmart extended warranty.
The mall itself is beautiful. Its good stuff my children appreciated it. So do I
