The main attraction is the Tesla Supercharger station, although with only 8 stalls it can get busy with people transiting between Toronto and Montreal. The store selection is modest and there are lots of empty units (circa mid 2021.) What's there is decent enough. For food there is a Shawarma place and a Boston Pizza, and there are public washrooms that are quite clean.

It's on the smaller side of outlet malls, but deals can be found here nonetheless. There's a small local Italian eatery that serves decent sandwiches and pasta dishes in lieu of a food court. A Magnotta winery outlet makes this a pretty unique stop.

If you have an hour to spend or have an electric car, this is a mall worth spending some time at. We stopped there for an hour and found that Bench store was giving out the best discount. Again, check their website for the most current promotions. Not crowded at all and close to 401.

Always come here when in Kingston. The Columbia outlet is really good and they give military discount!. BTW the military discount is 20% and it's stacks with all the other sales and clearance items. Excellent location and lots of free parking.

I didn't find prices to be that low, again comparing USA. I really apologize for comparing, but when I think of Outlet malls, I think of Grove City or Rochester or Harrisburg or Newark, NJ

Used to always find something at our stop here but many stores have closed (Reebox, Rockport, Levis (now Bluenotes). Still, have to admit, this place has the cleanest bathrooms in the area. And lots of fast food restaurants nearby for a lunch stop if your are passing through the area.

I was faced with replacing a $1000 bathroom fixture from another supplier, but Preston Hardware's plumbing store was able to identify the broken part in their vast collection of plumbing catalogues and order it. 10 days later the problem was solved for under $20. I can't say enough good things about the helpful service.

Overall a nice outlet site with plenty of space for business to relocate. Could use more businesses. Several large outlet stores have since closed. The pictures posted for this site are outdated. Sad really. Remaining stores offer great prices and selection is still quite good. Worth the visit none the less.

Staff was friendly but at la Vie en Rose they were rude to me because I had cash. I understand covid-19 but she was snotty sounding and said she had the right to refuse me even though the two customers in front both paid cash.

Kings Crossing is a great place to shop. Roots 73, Bench, Jones New York, Tommy Hilfigger, Colombia, La Vie En Rose, Laura, Tootsies, Fardella's, Ricki's, Adidas, ETC. are located here. There are also places to stop for a bite, or drive on through, if you want to keep on driving.

Tucked in the corner of this mall is a restaurant called Fardella's Restaurant and take out. It is fantastic they have a self serve coffee and tea and the food is fantastic. The staff is really nice and friendly. They also have the best and biggest blueberry and apple and plain doughnuts I have ever seen!! You HAVE TO GET THEM!!! Get a box for your drive home or office or just for you! I guarantee you that you will love them!!

I have found that this place isn't so much an outlet malls but a 'last chance' mall. Prices are not outlet cheap, they are pretty standard. The things that are cheap are clearly the stuff other stores send that have been on racks for months and isn't selling. Tootsies is good but the Rickies Columbia Laura's etc are all full priced stores.

Kingston shoppers have the full range of shopping experiences. First, there is the traditional downtown with lots of adjoining stores but limited parking on the streets or in distant parkades or lots. Second, there are the traditional shopping centres or malls with all the stores under one roof and a giant parking lot surrounding the mall. Kingston examples are the Cataraqui and Frontenac Malls. The RioCan Centre reflects the third shopping experience. Strips of adjoining stores are interspaced with adjoining strips of parking spots. Customers drive from strip to strip. The King's Crossing Fashion Outlet demonstrates a fourth shopping experience. A well-known brand name occupies an entire store, i.e., an outlet for the brand. Adjoining stores are right next to lanes of parking. Prices are typically knocked down because the items aren't necessarily the latest version. We'll known brands at King's Crossing include Columbia, Tommy Hilfiger, Vie de Rose, Magnotta, etc.

Love this store! You need lots of time to fish through the racks to find hidden gems. I always leave with great stuff at amazing prices. There is an “old people” stigma and yes they do have items that fit this bill. But they also have great items for working 30-40 year olds. You just need to look.

Whenever we drive between Toronto and Ottawa we will stop by this outlet. There are really very few stores here. Most stores don’t really have good stuff. I only stop here for Columbia and Puma. This Columbia store is better than other Columbia outlets. They sometimes have shoes sample sales. Puma sometimes has a 75% off rack. Also go online (instructions on receipt) to get a 20% off coupon. It never expires. Remember to print the coupon out. The store won’t except e-coupons.
