Very nice lotus Vietnamese restaurant, taste as good as those in new York city. It is surprised to see a such good Vietnamese restaurant in this area.

This Is a strip mall so not sure what I can say about it. There is a staples, price chopper, dollar tree, Joanne fabrics and other stores. Parking lot is well maintained with a light to allow you to safe get out of the papering lot.

We frequently stop in here on our trips North from Syracuse while going to camp. And it's easy to get off I-81 and hit the Price Chopper grocery store. Then get right back on the highway without much delay. Ponte have stores have come and gone over the years but have always had good success with the grocery store.

Two different asian restaurants, nails I think, price chopper, herb philsons, a pet/pet food shop, staples and other stuff I'm forgetting!? Yes please!! Arsenal plaza is pretty great but becomes the best when you know how to get in the back way.

JoAnn fabrics is my favorite store for materials. Dollar tree store was good accept it will not take my Canadian debit card. Our meal of "road kill" and margaritas at the Road House Restaurant was excellent until once again I could not use my Canadian debit card. All in all it was a good road trip even through the border crossings.

Price Chopper is very over priced, contrary to the name. Every item outside of a bag during checkout a sticker is affixed to. It's as if it wasn't, I would be mistaken as a theif? Very odd practice. Not sure what the point of that is.

A great place to get a quick bite to eat, at a fair price. The Vietnamese restaurant, has incredible food. The Daily Buffet, has good food at good price. Apollo Restaurant has awesome Greek Food and is the only one in the area.

Arsenal plaza has three places that draw my attention: Chipotle's, Ollie's Outlet and Thrifty Shopper. Of the 5 Chipotle's I have visited, this one is closest to me and perhaps because they see me the most, they anticipate my meal perfectly. This Ollie's seems to have many things that the one in Oswego doesn't. And this Thrifty's is one of 2 I consider the best!!

This is a great place to stop when you need to get some shopping done. The area contains a good variety of stores to visit and every trip that I've made has been great. The whole place is clean and the layout is very easy to navigate. I always enjoy being able to stop in here with my friends and family.

Good mall. I recall all the people there had been happy people. The dog walkers had appeared to have happy dogs to. One Saint Brenard was enjoying a walk. The dog is huge.
