Lots of free parking and 2 banks and 3 other major retailers conveniently located here, with outdoor access to each business. Can be extremely busy on weekends and after working hours during the week ,early morning to mid day visits are best.

Well I was there early when nothing was open. There's a large variety of different banks, which was helpful, so I didn't have to get charged a fee, I went straight to my bank. There must be like 7 or 8 banks all in that area. That's all the info I really have. It was like 5 am. Timmy's is opened around 6am that's a plus. That's when the parking lot got busy. 5 stars I bet it would have been a better experience if everything was open. ????

I've been going here since I was young and it's a great place to get your everyday necessities. There is a Shoppers Drugmart, TD & Scotiabank, NoFrills, Blue Sky Market, Dollarama and there's even a doctor's office.

I love shopping here the staff do there best to cash you out in hurry! Unlike other grocery stores the lines wrap around the isles!!! And then wrap around again! Keep it staff ! Your doi g a great job ! Thank you for being there for us , as I have to particular time to shop , but I guess I do now! I will see the heards of people there now to at the same time before 8pm ! Being an essential worker sucks in this province, I get punished now and have to make life changes to get food ! Thanks government!!!lol

Love the location. New store Seed The Need has improved the selection on site, a very attractive store with a lot of clientel coming and going.. Love that store along with Dominos and the Bank which is so convient. Would look better if the parking lot were repaired and remarked. Curb appeal needs care but there is even a restaurant and pub establishment.

Depending on time of day, you either love it or not. Parking issues...pedestrians not watching...look around ur surroundings, a lot of hassling for buying fake goods...they're very persistent & aggressive; they even come to ur car & won't allow u to leave

Nice outdoor plaza competing with North York Sheridan Mall across the street. York Plaza actually feels safer with a better variety of stores rather than the many dollar stores selling the same items in NY Sheridan Mall.

This plaza needs a fresh look. The parking lot needs some maintenance and the building is beginning to show it's years. There are still some great businesses here however. You're best to stop here when you are planning on heading west when leaving as crossing Main St here can be troublesome during peak traffic volumes.

It's a typical busy plaza on a busy neighborhood. It has a good spread of stores and variety. They need to rethink the entrance and exit ways. There is way too much traffic and it gets jammed up pretty good.

Most of the staff don't speak English and supplies run out fast. Months before it gets stocked. Products like produces are not fresh and cashiers are rude! Also, on Google the store hours indicated opens at 8 am but notice on the door says 9 am.

Limited variety of stores with a very disorganised parking lot. There is zero parking enforcement, with people regularly parking is laneways and areas marked no parking. A section of the lot has been fenced off for years, only to be treated as a dumpster.

Parking lot is always busy no matter what time of the day. Plaza have two grocery stores, bank, dollarama, fast food restaurant, and Shoppers Drug Mart.

Although this only gave the option for the plaza the poor rating is for the dreadful customer service received at Shoppers drug mart. This is the first time that I've had a bad experience there. Been shopping there since the beginning of store opening. The associate was rude, impatient and talking over me. She may have been tired, don't know. She was the only person on cash, she may have been frustrated with bosses or co worker that called in, don't know. But I was on the receiving end of her apparently bad day. Prices weren't matching what i thought they were. She said the prices are mark and I should read them. ????

Starting with the Food court, it has Greek, El Salvadoran, Japanese, Caribbean, and a kfc on the lower level where the food court is, also Koodo kiosk is there, A comic book store for the collectors and nerds, A Library, dentist office, hair salon, small but cool looking tool store, dollar store, and that's just on the lower level. On the street Level Walmart "represents", clothing stores with urban style, bedding store nice ones too, TIM HORTONS with comfortable seating, a bank of Montreal, and a CIBC, weaves business for the sisters, an accessory kiosk for anything mobile, a humble toy/game store, also store that sells new and used gaming consoles, A PIZZA PIZZA, a convenience store, as well as on the lower level, ATM near a lottery kiosk if you don't want to use the other 2 banks, Security is Chill all the time and I'm there at least 2 times a week for my weekly Visits at black creek community health Center which is at Sheridan but entry from outside, just like FOOD BASICS near Walmart but walmart has indoors and outdoors entrances FYI. one last thing, there's access for wheelchairs and an elevator for both levels inside SO, convenient. BTW I MISS THE MINI MOVIE THEATER INSIDE, very cheap tickets but it was at least a decade ago, and I think it was the soy boys betas ghetto goofs that RUINED IT for everyone so only memories stay just like BLOCKBUSTER that used to be around the corner too.

I absolutely despise this plaza. It's a nightmare to drive into and get out of. If you walk in, be prepared to encounter drivers with little self awareness. This plaza has drivers in mind, not pedestrians, so keep your head on a swivel.

Great plaza, theres a No Frills and a dollarama side by side. Theres also a Td bank and a shoppers. Makes it a perfect spot to do all of your errands. Burger king closes at midnight and also a supermarket.
