Brought a car cam which was a piece of garbage. The 1st. time I returned it they could only exchange me with another one. Still a piece of garbage. The second time I tried to return it, that refused me and told me to email their head office. Very unprofessional management, riding around the store in a hover board. It's hard to take her seriously. They just loss another customer.

I was the only customer in the store and the two employees stayed behind the counter the entire time, never acknowledged me even when I walked by them. I selected an item to purchase, an Air Hawk, 79.99, took it to the counter, pulled out my debit card to pay for it, she asked for my phone number, then my name, then my email at that point I said I don't give out my email, she insisted and was really rude about it. I said never mind and walked out. I went to Wal-Mart and bought it there for the same price.

This showcase store location has the biggest selection of nice to have items. The store attendant is super friendly and very helpful in finding the items i wanted and it is affordably priced. I recommend this store.

Horrible rip off store as usual putting $1 items at 10x the price that you could get direct from China (Ali Express) and even if you buy a brand new item that they got in stock, they do not even do exchange or return on it

The lady managing this store is very polite and helpful and the only reason I would still shop at this store. However, there is a staff member with black hair that is unpleasant to deal with and I will not go into this store if she is working alone. I returned a product that had malfunctioned and the idea was to just re and re the product. At first, the staff member said she couldn't find the sale on the computer. So, I gave her my receipt and she all the sudden found the sale. Then she told me that I was past the 30 day warranty. I said, " I don't know how that can be when I just bought this last week. So, she looked again at the receipt and confirmed that I was correct. I was concerned how she was handling everything, so I asked her if this would affect the extended warranty that I purchased and she tartly said, "Did I say that was going to happen?" She gave me the other product and I returned to my vehicle to plug it in but the connection was broken on the product. So, I returned to her and let her know that there was also a problem with this one. She tartly said, that I well need to wait for the manager because she knows "there is nothing wrong with the product!". I showed her the problem and she contacted the manager, who was on her break, I appreciate the manager who left her break to come and help me. She was polite and helpful and I was able to leave with a working product.

Bought something on the 10th went back on the 15th and wanted to return the items purchased. Was told they are non refundable and final sale. Was not told this when I purchased your product. Your receipt even says items are returnable opened 30 days after purchase. Worst customer service experience I’ve received in years. Tell your customers upon purchase it’s final sale. No where In your store do you have a final sale sign posted. You are crooks and thief’s

Horrible. Assistant manager yelled at us, when we asked about the three for one deal, she yelled at us as if we were dumb. We literally asked once as we didn't know that the deal was going on.When asked why she was being so rude, she told us she is not and that we were in the wrong for telling her that we were offended by her. Terrible customer service.

Lots of cool things to be found at this store. But sometimes I can find the exact same products cheaper elsewhere. For example, the Mini Brands mystery toys were on SALE for $12.99, regularly $14.99. I found them at Save On for $9.99 (card price). Their return policy isn't great either. If you buy something in-store and need to return it, you'll only get a store credit. Not good.

The product doesnt work. They dont have an exchange. They wont refund your money. Store credit for more non-working junk only. I won the debate on their refund policy; So the Manager went nuts cursing me out of the store (F### Bombs). I had to call Mall Security on her. She ran away. I had to phone the RCMP on the manager. ***CIRCUS*** Still no refund Stay away !!!

Ok I should have known better but how the hell does this store sell knock- offs I thought it was illegal to sell products that are not real. I bought something at this store at fidget cube -paid 29$ as opposed to amazon for 5$ because I didn't want to buy a knock off only to get home and compare to a friend who bought a produce direct from the supplier for 22$ plus shipping and time to ship (that's why I paid the 29$ it was quick) I bought a knock off and the quality is poor...boo showcase you guys are a scam.

Return & refund policy was very tricky, and wasn’t explained properly during purchase. So you end up getting a store credit & forced to get more junk you don’t need! Not cool at all! Terrible customer service from an unpleasant & rude staff who refused to give her name when asked. This is the first time I shopped at this store & was horrified enough to never come back!

Things seen on TV. Just the basic boring things we wouldn't use unfortunately. Some prices are on the higher side, and it would be better to bring in more of a selection as the store seemed very low on products. There are a few interesting items, so I would say its worth a look. Careful on warranty and returns. Staff needs to acknowledge customers when entering store. Read other customer reviews. Covid-19 Protocols in place. 3 ???? ???? ????

On 5 Dec 2019 bought a HD Mirror Dash camera $59.99 to install on my rear view mirror in my car. Lady said, I can buy a 3 year warranty for extra $12. I agreed to buy warranty and paid extra. On the receipt they mentioned as Gift card $12....no mention of 3 years warranty covered details!! When I asked the lady said, it's all in the system, if I happen to exchange in future for malfunction or not working, the system can identify from the receipt #, date of purchase, phone # and extra paid $12. Hmmmmmm Ok. My point is, it is better to put on receipt 3 years warranty covered....plain and simple words would be more professional and shopping ethics. Harry

I found the item I was looking for and took it to the cashier who asked me for my phone number. After telling her I did not give out my phone number, she told me she couldn't sell me the item then! I left empty handed. This store is a classic example of why Amazon is so successful. The only reason I gave one star is because I had to in order to register this post.

Brutal service at showcase in willowbrook mall! Try and return something when you buy the warrnety , the Gotham is supposed to be non stick , we bought several as gifts last year . Everyone I bought for complained they stick, we experienced the same took it back under warernty and they refused saying it was ware and tare !!!!! That we shouldn't cook on high!!! Wow that's service then the OWNER says to my fiancé on the way out , maybe you should teach your girl friend how to cook ????Are you friggin kidding me !!! That's service for you coming right from the owner way to be an example or any sort of leader for your team ! Ridiculous !

Went in a few days ago with my son just to browse, he saw something he liked but was a bit short on his money. He noted the price and saved up for it. Today we went back and after taking the item up to the cashier, she told us a completely different price. It was still marked as $4.99, but apparently that's a sale price, that you only get if you provide them with your phone number. Bit of a bait and switch if you ask me, which is pretty scummy. If you have a members program, advertise it as a members price.
