Clean. You need to sanitize before entering every individual store. An employee at Sunrise came up into my face while I was shopping to yell loudly at me that he didn't see me sanitize my hands and that he'd throw me out of the store if I didn't leave right then. Otherwise good experiences at the mall.

For a capital city Fredericton has a smaller and less visited mall than both Moncton and Saint John. I hope to see more known stores come soon because that would make the mall a lot better and we would have a lot more people visiting instead of them driving a few hours away for the stores they want.

I enjoy the low key feel of this mall. Not big enough to get lost! But with enough variety to usually find what I need. The newly renovated end is spacious and beautifully done. We enjoy the food court although having to dig out proof of vaccine with arms full of bags is sure difficult. We usually just choose to get our food and eat in our vehicle.

Regent mall offers very basic shopping and lacks any unique stores. Guest services is located quite far from most entrances so if you need to go there for a map, stroller rental or anything else of importance I recommend parking close to it, the mall layout is poor.

This mall is great yet not great at the same time. There are some great things like the movie theatre, H&M, and Walmart, but there is a lot of wasted space. Those two hallways hold almost all the stores. Near the H&M there is a huge open area which has no stores near there except for the Laura secord. There could be a lot more stores, like Old Navy for example in that space. There isn’t even a Tim Hortons. There is a lot of twists throughout and the mall isn’t very well designed.

Fredericton's only proper walk through mall and it's very nice. You might think a smaller city like fredericton would have stores closing, but this isn't the case. Every unit is rented and the variation in stores is very good. This is a big city mall in a small city. Anchor stores are Walmart, Sportchex with a large Chapters and multiplex movie theater on the backside of the mall. The Walmart is large as is the other anchor stores. My only criticism is the top heavy selection of women's clothing stores, but this is common for most malls. The food court has a good selection with a mix of maritime chains and North American chains.

Pretty standard. Getting into and out of the parking lots can be tiresome. No co moderation for pedestrians moving to get into the store from parking lots. In front of Wall Mart is among the most dangerous areas. All the entrances are accessible, however some do have long ramps (5m+). The mall is accessible via Fredericton transit. The bus stop does not have level boarding. The mall does have bike parking located near a few entrances. See photo.

A decent mall experience. Usually quite clean. The staff of the actual mall (cleaning, support, security) have always been kind and courteous. I do agree that there needs to be a few more shops since several have closed, but there is a decent selection. Would like to see a few more things such as Forever 21 but I understand this is not the choice of the mall owners.

I was at the mall yesterday and the security guard, female, blonde hair had the opportunity to kick me out. She came up to me and asked where my mask was. I don’t wear one for medical issues, I have seizures if I strain to hard. She asked for an medical exemption and I said I don’t have one. Because I’m on a 7 year wait list for a dr and can barely get my anti seizure meds right now because of Covid. Instead of being like Costco, Canadian tire, marks work wearhouse who all kicked me out of their stores, she said I think we can let this go. I thanked her then, and I thank her now. Thee only store outside of North side Walmart to show a disabled veteran an ounce of respect during this pandemic over the past 2 years. Every other store and security was completely rude, didn’t care about disabled peoples rights, and wouldn’t even listen to me. Or let me explain. Again thanks for being kind blonde haired security guard. I wish o got your name to put up here. She was kind, polite, and still did her job properly.

The only real indoor shopping centre in Fredericton. They have a fair assortment of specialty goods and bulk shopping centres(ie. Walmart). If you are looking for a one shot stop, this is probably the place. If you are looking for a relaxed experience, consider checking out the shops downtown between Queen and King St. :)

At the food court yesterday my daughter had a diabetic episode that made her feel sick and ready to pass out. A wonderful female security guard came to the rescue. In search of my daughter, I found this total stranger sitting on the floor next to my daughter helping her through this time. She then went to get her a wheelchair and helped her get to a table. Thank you for having employees who have a heart.

I won't be going back until covidn is over. I have a really hard time walking and I usually have to get a wheelchair if I am doing the mall but they don't have them anymore. So I found a small cart from Walmart that I picked up in the food court and I was threaten by a worker at Old Navy that if a security seen me with it that I would be in deep trouble. It was the only thing that got me me back to my vehicle after I walked from the food court to Body works store then back to my vehicle. This staff member was VERY rude to me. I felt embarrassed as there were other customer around where I was. There is no way I can do my husband's Christmas shopping if I can't walk the Mall. I do not do online shopping.

Regent Mall is a very small mall with lots of stores and a variety of different types of stores inside. From stores with video games and pop culture memorabillia like EB Games to clothing stores like H&M. One can easily spend a few hours here and it is a place where many people go to hangout, grab food and watch movies too.

Still pleasant shopping at Regent Mall during COVID-19. The mall is very COVID conscious with floor arrows and foot prints well marked, so easy to follow the social distancing route. Also stores were only allowing a certain number of people in at a time. It felt safe to be shopping there.

Whenever I visit fredericton I always make a point to visit this mall. It's always clean and the kids enjoy the play area. They have a variety of small niche shops, as well as larger chain stores, so there is definitely something for everyone. Guest services also has strollers, walkers and wheelchairs available, as well as other services.

This mall is very good, great mix of local stores and big stores! Only thing is that they do not have David’s tea anymore since it is closed after the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown. Old navy, Dollarama, Walmart, bath and body works are my favourite stores. The mall is very big. I recommend this mall for everyone.

I ate in the Regent Mall food on Monday August 17 and also ate at the food court last Tuesday. From what I experienced from both visits the cleaner isn't keeping up cleaning the food court tables and chairs after customers leave. He should be paying more attention especially where we are under a coronavirus pandemic. I noticed that customers have to go track him down to clean the area where they want to sit down and eat their food. Its ridiculous. I am wondering if the company that he works for told him to pay more attention to the tables after customers leave. Because a new set of customers want to sit down and eat their food but not at a dirty area.

The Regent mall is a awesome place. So many stores to shop in and find great items from kids to adult clothes, toys and so much more. It has a great food court with a large variety of places you can pick from to eat and a reasonable price. Something for everyone. The mall is kept clean and well looked after. It attaches into Walmart, and theater, and much more. A one stop place fir everyone.

At Walmart, first time in a LONG time, a staff member asked me if I needed help finding anything. Once she told me what I was looking for was in another section of the store she walked me to the correct department. Also, while I was using the self-checkout I had a great experience with the staff working there. She assisted me when the discount items were ringing up at full price and when I was finished paying I left and was headed to the door, she came up and handed me 2 items that I had paid for and accidentally left where you put your scanned items. I have had MULTIPLE TERRIBLE experiences at the Southside Walmart but today was actually a good one; thanks to 2 very different ladies that had no idea that by their kindness they were in fact making my day.

Visit today was much the same as any visit. Husband and I decided to get a quick lunch at Dairy Queen. Each got a hot dog. Tasted good at the time but oh did we pay for it that night! Both experienced nausea, cramping and a touch of diarrhea. Not saying it was the fault of DQ (I don't think). May be we should both just steering away from this kind of fast food but, I do know we will not be eating again anytime soon.

As a basic customer, the mall is decent for the size of the city but there really isn’t much selection, especially for men. The bathrooms and food court are typically a disaster zone and the mall staff (especially Mike and Clarke in the admin office) are rude, extremely unprofessional, and horrible to work with a a tenant and as a customer

I would like more brands in the mall like gucci and supreme and louis vuitton but over all its pretty great but the food court needs a bigger viariaty of food places and there needs to be more stores in the mall because so many people are in the same store at the same time and make everything in the jewler stores a little bit lower of a price so thats why i only gave 2 stars

All the major chains & some local businesses, plus movie theater. Mall hours: 9:30am - 10pm. If going to movie theater, make sure you park at the end of mall where theater is. Otherwise when late movie is over, you will have to walk to your car outside rather than inside the mall (especially handy to know that in winter or during heavy rainfall). Mall security will make sure of that.

A really nice mall with good dining choices, located Fredericton uptown. Would have got 5 star if they had a water fountain. As we are looking to reduce plastic bottles, sustainable choices like introducing water fountains would be great.

With many stores able to be reopened with their covid rules in place.. the mall as a whole I think is doing an OK job.. best practices, arrows, signs, hand sanitizer stations etc are all in place. Traffic pattern lines are clearly marked out on the floors. Individual Store staff are wearing their masks and most patrons are following the best practices rules. Perhaps some gentle reminders from mall security and or mall officials, to those who are not following the best practices and or not wearing a mask really should be and that it really does make a difference for everyone.
