Great for quick stops City busses stop here Small food court with a McDonald's and a Chinese food take out, Noralynns served good food, homemade goodies. Chrispins makes sandwiches. Theres not much as far as shopping, a shoe store, Shoppers Drug Mart, Scotiabank, Dollarrama is a good size store. There is Samuel & Company located there as well as Envy. There is a call center located up stairs with a few Government offices. This mall is small, sad too for it was a great mall in the 80ies.

Security are atrocious and discriminatory and their disabled washrooms are not accessible. I've witnessed an elderly man have an accident waiting for the disabled bathroom to be unlocked. They barred me from the premises for bringing up their inaccessibility. They very quickly unbarred me after a call from the Premiers Counsil for Individuals with Disabilities. That was 3 years ago and the washrooms remain inaccessible.

This place needs no review from the users. During my last visit at Fredericton, New Brunswick, I was searching for some good places to do my shopping. All of my searches landed at this shopping mall. It has almost all amenities for the daily need. Public bus for all routes is available.

Good for stopping in to pick something up. Coffee in the morning from Second Cup or McDonalds, or lunch from the food court. Also has a Shopper's Drug Mart and Dollarama which is convenient. Kings Place has minimal retail stores so for shopping needs I would probably suggest going uptown.

It's got what you need. Sometimes there are nice performances inside and outside during the holidays. The best part is that a lot of the stores have sales and it's one of the main bus hubs for the city

A lot of empty stores. I am not sure if the rent is the problem or the big box stores have squashed King's Place too. Plenty of people are in the downtown area shopping at all the shops and the restaurants seem to be doing well. Perhaps, lowering the rent a bit may attract new entrepreneurs. Our Premier seems to be giving out plenty of money to help companies outside of our province. Maybe try him.

Mall does not have many stores now. It seems to have died off after the last recession. Too bad, because it had a great many stores that were specialty destinations that I loved. Everything seems to have died off. People need to find this place again and SOON so more retail tenants come back. I would imagine that rental options are available that would be ideal for local startups due to the landlord wanting to fill up storefronts.

A pretty mediocre mall filled with mom and pop shops. McDonalds is the only staple in the "food court," but that's leaving. Pretty much only go there for the Scotiabank, which isnt even in the mall, just attached. Only popular really as a spot to go inside to wait for the buses to arrive when the weather's bad.

One would expect a little bit more from a shopping mall situated downtown in New Brunswick's capital Fredericton. King's Place Mall looks like it's still stuck in the last century and there aren't too many interesting stores. The biggest store belongs to Scotiabank which speaks volumes for the lack of innovation in this mall. Still, the shopping centre is clean, convenient and cool for basic services.

Great spot if you live or work downtown, the mall itself is a little dirty looking, but overall it's got all the basics that you might need. The food selection for lunch is pretty good, it's nice to have all these lunch spots in one place; however, most of them aren't anything really special... except for Mimi Zawa which has some really good lunch food.

Kings place remains a pretty bland, boring experience. Which is really a shame because it's in the centre of downtown Fredericton so you would think a little effort would be put into such a prime location and especially where it's the bar and restaurant district.. It's been like this for years. I've been away from Fredericton for 20 years and recently came back and it's the exact same experience as it was in the early 90s. It is the hub and Mecca for busses, but unfortunately I don't really have a lot else to say about Kings place. I hope all the small businesses that are in there in an attempt to bring life to the building all the success possible. As well as the local artists and musicians whom gather outside the building,

I have a baby and they moved the change table to the bathroom by the food court. First you can't get your stroller in there. Second there is no accessible stall so if you need to use the bathroom your self you need to either potty with the door open so you can see your infant in her stroller or take them in the stall with you and balance them on your knee. I don't want my child kidnapped or my stroller stolen.

This is one of the main stops for Fredericton Transit, where most transfers to other destinations occur. They are mostly local businesses in here (other than Dollarama which is a national chain) as the most of Downtown Fredericton is also. As with other downtowns it has fallen to major chains relocating elsewhere in the city.

Some beautiful merchandise here. But, no parking services for seniors, no drop- off spot on King St. at the front door. And the elevator in the parking garage was out of service so I left my 90 year old mother with a stranger, a nice woman who volunteered to wait with her while I got my car and picked her up. We will never shop there again.

Barely a mall tbh but it's location is great, it has a wide selection of food if going home and making healthier cheaper food isn't an option or you're hungry enough not to care. It's surprisingly niche stores are often charming while its general stores are well stalked and accessible.
