Probably one of the worst locations i have ever been to since ownership changed. Can't get orders right because staff are too lazy care or even ask to confirm. Closes at 9 PM over staff issues and seems the new owner is to lazy to take over his Google business account and update the new hours. I guess he prefers people waste their time driving to a dark building. No products at 5:30 pm in the case..... no explanations. Just excuses. Go to McDonald's and save yourself the headache.

What there with my daughter. I like the atmosphere. The fake fire place gives the place a very cozy feel. I just wish they would bring back the pea soup and the potato soup. I'm not a fan of the chicken soup, it's to spicy.

We weren't finding a lot of good food options in Fort Frances, so we decided to opt for fast food instead. I had never had Tim Hortons, so I figured I would try it while in Canada. We got a Farmers Market wrap, the Bagel B.E.L.T, 10 TimBits (apple fritter, honey dip, and honey cruller), and a maple dip donut. The wrap was pretty good. I wasn't a big fan of the bagel. It wasn't that warm, the everything bagel was kind of flavorless, and the mayo didn't go well with the egg. The TimBits were pretty good. I liked the honey cruller and apple fritter the best. I wasn't a fan of the maple dip donut. It wasn't glazed at all so it was pretty dry. Overall, I thought the donuts were over rated (Krispy Kreme for me, please). Overall, the food was ok. I'm glad I tried it, but I'd probably choose a different fast food chain over it.

DISGRACEFUL Another in a long list of Tim's that is serving walk in - take out food for people without cars but has their washroom facilities CLOSED! No hand sanitizer available and no washrooms. How DISGUSTING! During these difficult times we should not forget these types of behaviors. I will not. This location lost my business today and in the future when life goes back to "normal".

Under staffed. Waited forever in line with my elderly mother-in-law who needs a walker to get around. Employees are not happy. The employee serving us apologized for the long wait and went on to say that it's because of the cut backs due to the minimum wage raise. This is so very sad for a coffee shop. All we had was 3 coffees and 3 donuts nothing specially made to order. I'm so discussed with my experience.

So with the restrictions I can't get coffee anymore because the vehicle I drive is 40 ft long and can't come in or use the drive through. I guess now that I have other options available I don't need Tim Hortons any longer in my life.

If you like to be put into a bad mood in the morning, stop at this Tim Hortons! A special shout out to the lady working the window that got so offended when I asked to cancel my order and go through the drive thru again and re-order something else. Apparently this was personally offensive to her as she said "but your drink is already being made" and then when I went through again and pulled up to the window (keep in mind I am being polite the whole time as I know this is a bit of an inconvenience and I believe in being polite) she refuses to say ONE word to me, even when I said thanks twice as she handed items over. All while glaring at me. Then as I drove off she stared me down. Cheers, I look forward to seeing your glaring face every time I come through the drive thru after this as I know you will remember me, as it seems I so greatly wronged you. But for real, terrible customer service and I am giving one star as it did ruin my morning and I have had multiple bad experiences here before. This is just the one that finally made me write a bad review.

Went through the drive through SERVICE awesome as always . Only one bit of a bummer is the menu board for the drive through although my guess is they would have to wait for warm weather to replace the damaged parts makes sense. Other then that bit Fort Frances Tim Hortons is #1 best across Canada

Tims always has great coffee and food. They could go to 5 stars by replacing their take out lids. They have the worst lids for drinking in a moving vehicle. If you've ever bought a coffee at McDonalds or even Tims in Int'l Falls you'll know what I mean. Much better lids that stop coffee from splashing out.

I was a regular customer here but with the recent renovations all of the donuts, muffins and buns are now uncovered and you can see flies and fruit flies on the food since it's not covered. I no longer eat any food from here. Good coffee but just don't eat here unless you like like flies on your food.

Everything was great except for the service. The staff need to learn to be more polite, down to earth, hospitable and friendly. You cannot get by alone on your products. Friendly staff leave people wanting to return. (If you're having a conversation with another staff member, you need to put that conversation aside and serve the customer.)

Stopped Monday morning 3/6/17 about 11AM. 1 other customer and 6 employees. Nobody was interested in taking my order. 2 young ladies stood and chit-chatted right behind the counter in front of me. It starts at the top so if you own the place change managers, then train the employee base. I like Tim Hortons and will always shop the Fort Frances store. Great customer service on the Canadian side.
