I had a good experience during these covid times. The place was not much crowded and we got enough time to check what we needed to check. Even though the place was small, due to less people we didn't face any problems while using the trial rooms or checking out the shoes. The only con I would say about this place is that the shoes of your size might not be available. I would say visit this place but call before you go just so that you don't have to end up going to some other location.

Last Monday I was on Mark's website browsing for winter boots. Being in business locally, I try to shop local as often as I can. I found the boots I wanted and was notified that the Perth store had 1 set left however when I tried to put them in the cart it said not available. I decided to call the Perth store and inquire. I was informed by the girl who answered the phone that they were doing something else and that they could not assist me. She told me to use the website, had she listened she would of known I had. Obviously Mark's didn't need my business and it doesn't keep her employed so I went over to Amazon's website. I found the exact same boots, ordered them on Monday. They shipped Tuesday and I had them by Thursday. According to Mark's website it could of taken 7 days for someone to go to the back of the Perth store, pick up those boots and arrange to have them ready for curbside pickup so I even was able to receive them faster through Amazon. Really hard to shop local when the business doesn't seem to want your business.

Bought everything I have in my closet from Marks over the last 15 years. Loved (past tense) the company but they went and changed all the sizes recently. I went in and got my "regular" sizes and nothing fits. So frustrated because this was the only place I could find with clothes that fit my body shape-"Working Man with actual muscles, wide in the shoulders, narrow in the waist." Guess I'll start looking for another place to buy all my clothes form now on. Just when I was going to outfit all my employees with new wardrobe, and there is no point now. So frustrating.

One of the only places in gander for a man to buy clothes. The quality of the clothes is pretty decent. Ive had casual and work clothes that have had a long life. The work clothes are excellent. Carhartt, helly hanson, the marks store brands dakota and windriver all good stuff at differing pricepoints. Had no problem with a return on a jacket 2 days ago. No problem to recommend marks to anyone looking for a quality product

I just love Mark's Work Wearhouse I don't go to this one very often but the staff were lovely and helpful. Great for men, but women's inventory is ignored. Women's footwear has 4 shelves, men's footwear has 1/4 of the store. Same as with the clothing. This is specific to the Whitehorse store, it does not care much to cater to it's female clientele. However, Mark's itself has much more, so women are better off looking online.

Mark's was the place I shopped for most of my clothes until recently. Now they will not allow you I the store because of a virus that is affecting primarily nursing homes. Knee jerk draconian reactivity will cause you to lose a lot of customers, this is not how you run a business. It's like they WANT you to forget the brick and mortar stores and just shop on Amazon. Mark's is my go to place for jeans and other practical clothing. On my last visit, I was looking for a waterproof outer shell. There was nothing on display. When I asked about this, someone went and looked downstairs and found one that had been marked down from $110 to $ 27. What a bargain! I was super happy. Thanks to the awesome staff there.

Went in there a couple days ago. The store has a great, quality assortment of items; such as clothes, footwear, blankets, slippers, lipbalms... however one of the footwear items looked like it was extremely dirty, which is more on the brand Marks, not the workers. The management is awful. Got in and not a single worker in view, a few people actually left after waiting for awhile with no one coming out to help. When workers actually came out they were surprised to find we had been waiting... the workers were nice but there is not enough of them. People were asking for help but then the workers would have to run back to the cash since they were working as the cashier and a store clerk. No blame on the workers since they are only doing their job and were good to help, but they need to hire more employers... because the employers seemed exhausted. But no wonder because they have to do every single job at once which is not a great look for the brand and will drain the workers which isn't fair.

I bought a pair of winter work boots here and the sole of the right boot let go brought them in to this Mark's and they did everything they could for me. They exchanged my sale price i bought them at and even had the exact same pair shipped to this store. They didnt give me a hard time like other retailers stellar service would deff be going back.

This is a busy Mark's, no question, but the staff was friendly and worked hard to move the line while giving each customer personalized service. The male staff member at the counter even seemed to go over and above, calling a cross-city Mark's to check if that store had an item which a customer wanted. When it came my turn, he thanked me for my patience and assured me he'd get me moving soon. I liked that. I was happy as well with the money I saved today. $20 bucks off a pair of non-slip Sketchers for the workplace, plus an additional $8 off for joining Mark's online community (they send you a coupon)... basically left the store paying $75 tax included for a pretty decent pair of work shoes, normally $99 plus tax. All in all, well worth the trip to Kingsgate Mall!

Very helpful staff. The Simcoe location didn't have my size but they found it in Brantford and asked them to hold it for me until the next day since I Wii be there tomorrow. Great service!!

Great store, mostly great staff, plenty to choose from, however, they don't carry outside work clothes for women. No women's high visibility, or Carhartt type clothes and no sizes small enough to fit a small woman. Had to order Carhartt work pants from Amazon. Even normal clothes for thin men and women are rarely in stock and either need ordered on the website or sourced elsewhere.

Typical Marks work ware world, they are located in a mall with access from inside and outside. They carry all manner of clothes jackets boots gloves vests winter wear gloves hats etc that one would wear on the job or those who just want to look the part. They carry the usual brands like carhart etc as well as their house brand. Price wise you can expect to pay more than big box stores for some of the same merchandise. The return policy is supposed to be hassle free guaranteed, and if you speak to other stores in the franchise they will tell you items you purchase in another store can have warranty honoured at this and any other Marks location but that's not always the case at this location so keep that in mind if shopping out of town.

As much as I love Mark's clothing, the service here was mostly inexistant. We spent over an hour in the store actively searching for sizes and nobody came to us. I had to go ask to the counter for help myself multiple times. Luckily, that person was helpful once they got to us...

The selection at this location is lackluster compared to other locations I've been to; this is strange since it's really cramped so you feel like there is a lot to choose from. Lastly, the staff is extremely unhelpful and don't offer assistance. However, I think this is because they were understaffed the day I was there.
